   Do you read the Bible ? How important is it ? Can you make it a priority ?  So many questions...    Who is the THEY in our lives ?  Well for most of us its the people who are closest to us.... But do they really know us and who really knows us ? GOD of course.  Small things from your past and that anoying little voice in your head taking us down negative or dark thoughts.  We must fight and choosing to think and say only what you want to say.    Trisha and Dana give us  help with scripture and some tools and ideas. We need to see ourselves as God sees us.  Romans 12:2  Transform.... How we do this.  Titus 4-6  Renewal of the Holy Spirit.  Washing of, regeneration...Make it new again.  Ezekiel 36 25-37 New heart and keep My laws.     Religion vs. Relationship : knowing and learning how to have  a relationship with the Lord.  Joel Olestein's book "I Am".     Listen to God , not the world (which can be difficult) learning to live in peace with God.  Imposter syndrome: Are you a fake ?  Leave your past in the past, show them your new creation. Use the word of God, be in the Bible. God is in your story and has a plan for you.

   Pride is something most people struggle with.  Trisha and Dana discuss how pride can be very subtle in our lives and how God is working on us right now in this season. We discuss how we're working on overcoming pride and how grateful we are. God detests the proud of heart. Pride really is all about what we have done and not about what God did for us.    Everyone goes thru trials and Dana and Trisha have often compared their seasons in life as "Jobish".  Thank God our trials haven't really even come close to Job's !      we take a deep dive into the story of Job.  There's a lot to be learned from his story.   1. Trusting and praising God in a valley.   2. Choosing the right people to go thru your valley with and encouraging yourself when there is no one else to encourage you.   3. If I knew then what I know now. That's a statement that is often said. We discuss how important it is to listen to our elders when we were young and wondering if we would change things. God has a purpose for all of us. God knew what we would do in our lives and has been molding us our whole life. What happens in our life is not a shock to God. We are here to love God, love people. It's not about how we start but how we finish ! God is working on me and you. The things we cannot see will last forever !    Forgiveness ia a choice.  It blesses us to forgive others.  It's what God wants us to do. We are designed by God to forgive.  Then why is it so hard to forgive sometimes ?  We talk about how Jesus forgave when he was crucified on the cross, asking for forgiveness, "Father forgive them , they know not what they do."  We talk about how not forgiving it affects our health and our spirit in a negative way.  God promises to fight our battles but yet we want to try to do it o our own.  Faith and trust in God, thru our circumstances that do not turn out the way we epected deepens our relationship with God.  Trisha tells her own personal struggle about forgiveness and how this episode is helping her realize forgiveness helps her and sometimes it takes some time to get to the point of  making the choice to forgive.   www.toandfromthethrone.com   Phone # 1-855-THRONE5

   Why do we feel judged by other for what our kids are doing in and with their lives ?  Why do we ask ourselves "what did we do wrong?"    Trisha and Dana share how we haven't always been the best example to our children.  But as parents we can cover our children with prayer and believe God has them in the palm of his Hands.  There's also a miracle story of how one of Dana's children accepted Jesus into her life.

   Our pastor says everyone know how to pray - it got us thinking, do they really ?   Trisha suggested a 12 step progran to help anyone wondering what are some tips on praying effectively and why its effective.    God wants our time and attention.  There are tips about how to have a relationship with God and not a religion.  Dana shares different ways she feels a closer connection to God at times when life is distracting.   Dana also shares a recording of her and her husband Paul reciting the "Freedom Prayer" by John Eldridge, that she refers frequently to in most Podcasts.    Have you ever heard the saying "show me your friends and I'll show you your future"?  Trisha and Dana discuss the importance of choosing relationships intentionally.   It basically boils down to , you become who you spend the most time with!   There's someone out there right now looking for a friend like you.  Be the friend your new friend is looking for !   Trisha and Dana's husbands (Micheal and Paul), join the show to discuss their opinions on being head of their households.  What this means to them to follow God's Biblical instruction for them.  The girls share how being a submissive to their husbands, ( its not what you think ! ), has helped their marriage become stronger.

   Just like the weather, seasons change. How do you handle your changing seasons ?  Trisha and Dana express their feelings with changing seasons. How they had their own plans and how they called out to God for help during those seasons and He directed their paths to work all things out for their good and let them know He had a plan.    Its all about trusting God while we're in it! Trisha and Dana get to the heart on why we believe as we do as children, young adults, and adults.  Dana shares her story about her 25 year old son who claimed to be gay in middle school and what she is believing and asking God for today. Trisha experience through an abortion, her personal views about the subject remind us- God forgives ech and every one of us.
