"The Greatness of God"None Like Jesus - Beholding the Glory of Christ Our God is the Ancient of Days who has revealed Himself to us through His Word and through His Son Jesus Christ. We can trust Him because He is sovereign and has a plan for the ages that He is working out and bringing to completion. What is our response to this? How then shall we live? We need to walk in His truth, trusting Him daily with our lives. We need to look to His Word to grow in our relationship with Him. We need to pass this torch of faith on to the next generation. In this short series, we dig into God's Word and see some specific areas where we can trust Him, grow in faith, and walk in truth.

The Romans Road to Salvation Rudy Cerda on X: "This video will never get old. The gospel of Jesus Christ explained in 2 minutes. https://t.co/FF9WlURd2a" Justin Giboney on X: "Pastors and Christian leaders are entitled to their opinion. But expressing partisan opinions from the pulpit is dangerous. Claiming half the country is associated with a demonic cult is slanderous, which God condemns. How we vote matters, but it doesn't make us righteous. https://t.co/3MXhaQGxvD" David Platt on X: "There are more people unreached by the gospel today than ever before in history. That's more people being born, living, dying, and going to eternal suffering without ever even hearing how they can have eternal life in Jesus. That's happening on our watch. https://t.co/nai5repI9k"See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

We use the word great with casual frequency. A movie is great. That new ice cream flavor is great. Our favorite pro athlete is great. What do we really mean by saying something is great? Great compared to what? In Isaiah 40, God's people are struggling and God is sending them a message to comfort them. He does this by giving them an immense perspective of his greatness. This sermon is called "The Unfathomable Greatness of God" and is part of our "Fear and Hope" sermon series. I pray that we will open our eyes to the incredible, unmeasurable, and incomparable greatness of our sovereign God.
