Moses was the father of two sons, Gershom and Eliezer, and he also served as a father figure to the entire Hebrew people as they escaped from slavery in Egypt. He loved his people, and helped discipline and provide for them on their 40-year journey to the Promised Land. Imagine leading a frustrated, tired, hungry group of travelers through the desert—without air conditioning or handheld electronics—for four decades! So many aspects of Moses' life story seem larger-than-life, and he was indeed a hero of his time—but he was also merely a man. Moses' perseverance in the face of incredible challenges over the course of his life shows today's fathers that overwhelming tasks can be achieved when we stay close to God.Exodus 16:11–12 says, “The Lord said to Moses, ‘I have heard the grumbling of the Israelites. Tell them, ‘At twilight you will eat meat, and in the morning you will be filled with bread. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God.'”The Israelites were afraid they would starve in the barren desert after fleeing Egypt, and complained to Moses that it would have been better if they had died by the Lord's hand in Egypt, where they had enough to eat— rather than to wander the desert without provisions. Imagine how frustrated Moses must have been! The Lord had miraculously saved the Israelites from slavery, and now they worried God wouldn't provide what they needed to survive.Through God's faithful guidance, Moses was able to shepherd the Israelites through 40 years of wilderness living. They quarreled with Moses. They accused him of leading them to disaster and ruin. They complained frequently—even after they had seen God's promises fulfilled. Yet still, Moses carried on. He brought every concern to the Lord, and with God's blessing and guidance, he was able to keep going.Philippians 4:6 says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”Moses teaches fathers that with God, all things are possible. God answers prayer and desires intimate fellowship with every believer. No one can follow God's laws perfectly. We all need a Savior.Let's pray.Heavenly Father, sometimes parenting is exhausting! Thank you for the blessing of children, and we ask you to bless dads with patience to spare, and to make your presence known to tired dads in the trenches who need your wisdom, and your grace. Pastor Phil continued our “Rest on Us” series with a powerful and timely message on spiritual warfare. As children of God, it's essential that we recognize both who we are fighting against and how to prepare for the battle. Spiritual warfare is real—just as real as the physical world we live in. Every day, we are engaged in a battle that isn't visible to the natural eye but has very real consequences. If we don't understand our adversary, we risk being overcome. That's why awareness and preparation are vital. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us of the true nature of our struggle: “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Satan is a master of deception. He knows how to plant seeds of doubt in our minds, twist the truth, and build arguments that subtly turn us away from God. His attacks often come in the form of mental and emotional warfare—aimed at discouraging us, confusing us, and making us question our identity in Christ. But we are not powerless. Through God's Word, we learn to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Instead of being ruled by our feelings, we are called to stand on godly truth—truth that doesn't shift with emotion or circumstance. The blood of Jesus has broken the chains of sin and shame. We are no longer captives. Satan wants us to forget that—weakened, distracted, and bound by lies. But God calls us to remember who we are and to walk daily in the freedom He has already secured for us. Missed last night's message? Each week, Paradigm sermons are posted on YouTube, Spotify, Amazon Music, and Pocket Casts!

Catch the message Break And Build: Break The Cycle by Luke Mihail! Many of us feel stuck in patterns we didn't choose - habits, mindsets, or family dynamics that have followed us for years. But through God's power, your story doesn't have to end where it started.God gives us the power to break destructive cycles and start a new legacy for those who come after us. Just because something has always been a certain way doesn't mean it has to stay that way. Through God's grace, healing is possible — and you can be the generation that changes everything.
We see Gideon die today, and while he told the people that he, nor his children, would be king of them, one of his kids, Abimelech, sees the power that could be his if he were king. So, he begins to do terrible things, and even kills his brothers. All in the pursuit of power. Power is a dangerous thing, friends. But for us as Christians, power does not come from the ways of the world; power comes through service. Through love. Through God's Holy Spirit. Today, let's seek after true power. Randy Hill serves as a pastor, seeking to make a positive difference in the lives of other people. Randy also serves in denominational leadership. Through his years of pastoring, Randy has learned many lessons. Tracy and Chris enjoyed hearing Randy's story of growing up in church and seeing many miracles. Do we still believe in miracles? If so, why? If not, why? As a young child Randy traveled with his father who was leading revivals--his dad was also training Randy for ministry. Randy knew when he was young that the Lord had called him to preach. Even when he wasn't living as he should, he knew. Through the years he has learned many lessons of how to not do ministry. Like many people, he saw the hypocrisy. Like many people, he was looking for reasons to stay out of ministry. He worked for a ministry while trying to stay out of a preaching vocation. Through God's miracles and reminders, Randy said yes to the Lord. Listen to his reluctance and his obedience. Listen to his heart for God and people. Listen to the sadness of his wife passing away. Listen to hope amid the sadness. Learn what ministry can be like from Randy's perspective. https://www.gtchurch.net/staff/pastor-randy-bonnie-hill/https://www.facebook.com/jrandyhillministries
I had mutiple people ask me to have Victoria on my show. Sol being the smart person I did and it was epicA well-meaning teacher pulled me aside, trying to protect me from being disappointed… Today I use English daily to empower others on their path from pain to peace and purpose, and from poverty to prosperity.Hi, I am Victoria Rader, or simply Vica, I was born in Ukraine, and the Soviet Union did not make it easy or possible to leave the country. Yet the regime could not stop me nor my Ukrainian freedom seeking genes from dreaming, creating, pursuing, and ultimately proving that everything is possible.Through God's grace and guidance, I found it possible to travel the world and see over 40 countries. I found it possible to home-school my two children while becoming one of the top 1% real estate agents in the United States during the market crash of 2009. I found it possible to create YU2SHINE through struggles and triumphs of marriage, child-raising, business-building, tragic losses & moments of divine grace. It is all being made possible as I daily aspire to live through complete surrender to LOVE, Life Originating Vibrant Emotion (Energy-in-motion)."My favorite part of Quantum Freedom is the monthly program I'm in Business. It's helping me release unknown blocks and develop a higher understanding of who I am and how I want to show up in the world and serve more fully and I tell people all of the time to join us!""When I met Victoria Rader of YU2SHINE… I immediately felt a deep connection and a desire to get to know her better. The Everyone Communicates, Few Connect class group, confirmed my response. Victoria taught with clarity and understanding.""My experience with Vica has not only helped me to achieve my goals, but more importantly, it has enabled me to discover who I am and enjoy life more. Vica's guidance, support, and honest feedback taught me to embrace my unique approach to life and live in a way that truly brings me joy.""Vica is a warm, caring, charismatic teacher who loves what she does – one will come out of the class a better and much more improved individual! A true leader is someone who at the end of the day makes another person feel much better about themselves, and raises them up – that is true success!"yu2shine.com

A remarkable journey unfolds as Saya transitions from struggling under Congo's dictatorship to becoming a transformative peacemaker in both the United States and Africa. Through God's grace, he established the Good Friend ministry in Kikwit, Congo, serving albinos, teen mothers, and people with disabilities. This ministry exemplifies true peacemaking by addressing internal conflicts and challenging societal strongholds that create brokenness. The work continues to grow, focusing on practical needs like construction, water access, and medical supplies, while inspiring others to become peacemakers in their own communities.
Everyone has a story. In this episode, Coach Brown tells the story of how he was the orphan child. Through God's sovereignty, Coach Brown was placed in the home of Arthur and Pearl Brown. God has chosen who are going to be His and all we can say is thank you. We are a product of God's grace. Ephesians 1:5 says that "God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ." God is the hero and because of the death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ, we now have a new life.

God's word fuels our spiritual growth in the same way food and water fuel our physical bodies. Psalm 119 describes God's word as a lamp at our feet that lights our path and gives us more understanding of how to live our lives. Without God's word, we wander through our days as if we are walking in the dark. Through God's word and the community we are blessed with, we can avoid the spiritual stagnation that comes with isolation. Are you allowing God to transform your life through scripture? Who can you be in community with to reap the benefits of the daily bread of scripture?
Life doesn't always go as planned. Circumstances come into our lives that we never saw coming: a job change, financial hardships, health challenges, or maybe the loss of a loved one. The list goes on. But in those moments of trials, testing, weariness, and grieving, how can we press on? Is it possible to persevere through everything life throws at us? In this series, we'll look at the biblical principles of how we can press on and endure through the many different difficulties we face in this life. Through God's teachings, we'll see that there is genuine hope when times feel hopeless, and we will learn that if we press on God's way, He will see us through every time.

Still, a sound Christian attitude consists in putting oneself confidently into the hands of Providence for whatever concerns the future and giving up all unhealthy curiosity about it. Improvidence, however, can constitute a lack of responsibility. All forms of divination are to be rejected: recourse to Satan or demons, conjuring up the dead or other practices falsely supposed to “unveil” the future. Consulting horoscopes, astrology, palm reading, interpretation of omens and lots, the phenomena of clairvoyance, and recourse to mediums all conceal a desire for power over time, history, and, in the last analysis, other human beings, as well as a wish to conciliate hidden powers. They contradict the honor, respect, and loving fear that we owe to God alone”

If you watch just about any movie where somebody dies, almost without exception, they end up going to some kind of “good place”. It's an almost universal assumption that we're all pretty nice people and we deserve a nice rest–in–peace. But today, Pastor Bill reminds us of the gospel: ONLY those who trust in Christ for salvation will spend eternity with Him. So, you have an opportunity in this life, that can have eternal consequences. Through God's Truth, you can rescue someone who's perishing.

The beautiful thing about the law is that it gives a glimpse of what God values. In it is love, justice, and peace. It leads us to a better relationship with God and one another. But we can't live it perfectly. What Romans shows us is that the law does something even more beautiful for us now. It shows us the gifts we are given in Christ. We are no longer held back by the law alone but empowered into growth by the Holy Spirit. Through God's work, we more naturally produce the Fruit of the Spirit.SHOW NOTES:- Dig Deeper - get the verse card and study questions here. -Go to the"Get Started" page for all the information on how to use this study-Join thousands of women to get the verse card and study questions!-Invite a friend-You can find more lessons on the blog-Print more cards fromthe shopHelping you love Jesus + disciple your kids on Instagram

FAITH IS… with Pastor Rick Stevens – Christians must rise to this moment by deepening our understanding of civics, sharpening our economic awareness, and refining our discernment. We pursue our Kingdom Purpose by asking what kind of person pleases God—and becoming that person. Through God's grace, we grow, develop, and strengthen the church, engaging in spiritual body-building without the aches and pains!
