Here's a question. Who do you want to be? And what are you waiting for? I say all the time on this podcast and in my work, we do not have to be defined by the past or the expectations of others. We can all decide who we want to be and act with intention to be that person. Too often we got stuck by an imperfect view of who we are and why we are that way. Frozen by fear of change, or the truth or an excuse without real substance and which has become a habit. But our future selves are waiting to be written, to be lived and be loved. Don't wait too long.
YMH is making NFT's! And you can get yours starting next week with an account at https://Jambb.com! It's Jean Day with your main mommies Tom Segura and Christina P and we get into cool body mods, Enny's incredible DM tip, and open with a cool guy into clabbered milk. Tom notices a pattern with Unk Shine, Christina notices a terrible Southern fashion trend, and we see a cool accident at a factory. Tom now listens to dark film scores, we smell Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop candle, and we dive into cool confrontations. Christina reveals the new way she blows her nose, we learn something cool about Conald Peterson, we go through another round of Christina's TikTok curations, and Tom addresses the recent passing of his father, Top Dog.

When is National "Stop Calling Them 'Blue Jeans' Day"??
Last year, co-host Jean Day contributed to the book, Live in Gratitude Daily. Denise Thompson had the vision that turned the book idea a reality. According to Denise it starts with appreciating what one has. Too many times, our thoughts turn to what we don’t have and what we don’t want, but those thoughts guarantee things will stay the same. Real change, according to Denise and Jean, begins when you begin appreciating what you do have. This creates and makes room for more. And, introducing … Jean Day … the new co-host of Fun. Feisty. Fabulous! She teaches college. She’s an author (Living Gratitude Daily https://www.amazon.com/Live-Gratitude-Daily-Abundance-Love/dp/1541091310/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1492906383&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=living+gratitude+daily+jean+day). She’s engaging, intelligent and entertaining and I’m honored to share the mic with her. So tune in and get to know Jean. Then stick around as we discuss the travails of dating after 40! Why does it seem so hard. How do you play the dating game when the rules have changed (and seem to continue to be changing). Does paying for dinner means paying for sex? Adventures in online dating What is (and who is in) the Cavalcade of Clowns? And, where are the men? (Pretty sure they aren’t in my living room or in my backyard). So where are the men??? If you know or have any other comment, we'd love to hear from you on the Fun. Feisty. Fabulous! Facebook page! We also discussed several must read books. You’ve heard it. You’re supposed to “have an attitude of gratitude.” But what does that really mean? Sure, it is easy to be grateful when things are generally going well or when you’ve had a good day. But, aren’t you supposed to have that grateful attitude when things are going well? The question becomes how do you do it? Not vague platitudes but how do you actually, step-by-step, apply gratitude when it isn’t easy or intuitive. Jean Day is a contributing writer in the book, Live in Gratitude Daily: The Key to Love, Joy and Abundance, uses the powerful combination of daily devotionals and journaling to assist the reader in developing the habit of gratitude and taking the action to apply it to their daily lives. A psychology professor and practicing Buddhist, Jean is familiar with practices and habits that can improve your life from the inside out. Join us as we look for the practical inside of the esoteric concept of gratitude.
