Following this experience, he graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Sport & Exercise Science with a minor in education. Later he began working with the Orlando Magic as a youth basketball coach and transitioned to become the league director for the Jr. Magic in affiliation with the Jr. NBA. As a head Coach, Pace’s experience also includes the National Basketball Academy (AAU) in coaching high school student-athletes and with Holy Redeemer Catholic School going 19-0 while winning the 2018 Diocese Boys Basketball championship.In the summer of 2019 Pace became the head men’s basketball coach of Emmaus Bible College. In his tenure there he hired the school’s first female assistant coach for men’s basketball, coached player Brandon Redding to break the school’s record for points in a game (43), & helped him improve his scoring average from 10.8ppg to 32.3ppg. Currently, Coach Pace works as a consultant where he helps individuals who have a passion to work in sports navigate their career path.
