Saul among the ProphetsThen Samuel took the flask of oil, poured it on Saul's head, kissed him, and said, “Has the Lord not anointed you as ruler over His inheritance? When you leave me today, then you will find two men close to Rachel's tomb in the territory of Benjamin at Zelzah; and they will say to you, ‘The donkeys which you went to look for have been found. Now behold, your father has stopped talking about the donkeys and is anxious about you, saying, “What am I to do about my son?”' Then you will go on further from there, and you will come as far as the oak of Tabor, and there three men going up to God at Bethel will meet you: one carrying three young goats, another carrying three loaves of bread, and another carrying a jug of wine. And they will greet you and give you two loaves of bread, which you will accept from their hand. Afterward you will come to the hill of God where the Philistine garrison is; and it shall be as soon as you have come there to the city, that you will meet a group of prophets coming down from the high place with harp, tambourine, flute, and a lyre in front of them, and they will be prophesying. Then the Spirit of the Lord will rush upon you, and you will prophesy with them and be changed into a different man. And it shall be when these signs come to you, do for yourself what the occasion requires, because God is with you. And you shall go down ahead of me to Gilgal; and behold, I will be coming down to you to offer burnt offerings and sacrifice peace offerings. You shall wait seven days until I come to you and inform you of what you should do.”Then it happened, when he turned his back to leave Samuel, that God changed his heart; and all those signs came about on that day. When they came there to the hill, behold, a group of prophets met him; and the Spirit of God rushed upon him, so that he prophesied among them. And it came about, when all who previously knew him saw that he was indeed prophesying with the prophets, that the people said to one another, “What is this that has happened to the son of Kish? Is Saul also among the prophets?” And a man from there responded and said, “And who is their father?” Therefore it became a saying: “Is Saul also among the prophets?” When he had finished prophesying, he came to the high place. Now Saul's uncle said to him and his servant, “Where did you go?” And he said, “To look for the donkeys. When we saw that they were nowhere to be found, we went to Samuel.” Saul's uncle said, “Please tell me what Samuel said to you.” So Saul said to his uncle, “He told us plainly that the donkeys had been found.” But he did not tell him about the matter of the kingdom which Samuel had mentioned.Saul Publicly Chosen KingNow Samuel called the people together to the Lord at Mizpah; and he said to the sons of Israel, “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel says: ‘I brought Israel up from Egypt, and I rescued you from the hand of the Egyptians and from the power of all the kingdoms that were oppressing you.' But today you have rejected your God, who saves you from all your catastrophes and your distresses; yet you have said, ‘No, but put a king over us!' Now then, present yourselves before the Lord by your tribes and by your groups of thousands.”So Samuel brought all the tribes of Israel forward; and the tribe of Benjamin was selected by lot. Then he brought the tribe of Benjamin forward by its families, and the Matrite family was selected by lot. And Saul the son of Kish was selected by lot; but when they looked for him, he could not be found. Therefore they inquired further of the Lord: “Has the man come here yet?” And the Lord said, “Behold, he is hiding himself among the baggage.” So they ran and took him from there, and when he stood among the people, he was taller than any of the people from his shoulders upward. Samuel said to all the people, “Do you see him whom the Lord has chosen? Surely there is no one like him among all the people.” So all the people shouted and said, “Long live the king!”Then Samuel told the people the ordinances of the kingdom, and wrote them in the book, and placed it before the Lord. And Samuel sent all the people away, each one to his house. Saul also went to his house in Gibeah; and the valiant men whose hearts God had touched went with him. But certain useless men said, “How can this one save us?” And they despised him and did not bring him a gift. But he kept silent about it.
I don't know about you, but I love when I see what the Lord HAS given me as His daughter! We're talking about three of those things today. I pray that this sets your mind on the Lord and His goodness for the week ahead. xx, Michelle _____________________ JOIN THE FACEBOOK COMMUNITY: bit.ly/christianmindsetsupport FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/itsmemichellecastro/ Are you on Pinterest? Maranatha is a groan and a prayer that before the return of Jesus will be the overwhelming cry of all of us, both individually and corporately - "COME LORD JESUS!" It is the plan of God that the Church, as His people, recover the Maranatha cry to determine that our lives are in alignment with His desire for us. In the early church there was a declaration - "Maranatha!" that has mostly been lost today, meaning - "The Lord HAS come. The Lord IS coming." This is the gospel, the good news of hope we are extending to the world. Jesus has come and provided forgiveness for sins, but He's also coming back to judge the living and the dead, and He's coming back to restore Eden and the Kingdom of David. Nothing of Spirit gets to be birth in us and through us without a hot pursuit of an awakened desire We are in a day where heaven is speaking to us from all various impressions and expressions. As we continue to listen to the instructions and guidelines of how the Lord will have his prophetic counsel to be released into this new day, we are noticing a particular trend of thought and impression that is designed to firmly build us on the ascended revelation of Christ, our pattern model of lifestyle. The leech has two daughters. 'Give! Give!' they cry. "There are three things that are never satisfied, four that never say, 'Enough!': Proverbs 30:15 The nature of a leech is a great example of the kind of spiritual desire heaven longs for us to have when it comes to the quality passion and hunger for the move of God to happen in our day. A leech is never satisfied with sucking human blood if you allow it. We are told the leech has two daughters who are forever crying Give! Give! This is how we should be crying towards the desire and counsel of the Father for our spiritual development and the unveiling activity of the Lord for this generation. It's clear that heaven only uses available and willing vessels to carry out its intention, which means that certain values must be well situated within the structure of faculties for us to effectively partner with the voice and will of the Father for presence and glory to be seen. The Lord is preparing the next generation of men and women who will be adequately ready to house the prophetic intention of the Spirit but cannot be achieved without our desire being channeled toward the place and point of total agreement with heaven. The faculty of desire plays a critical role in ushering the things of the Lord into the human realm, and that required that we utterly understand how to channel and direct this emotion towards the divine initiative. 1 Samuel 1 The Spirit of the Lord is calling us again to the point and place where our desire this channel to us the manifestation of the kingdom of God even into our day. There is absolutely no way we can begin to appreciate and understand and even begin to press into What the Lord Has ordained for us for this new day without a deep sense of desire. God gave us the desire to desire to see the firm establishment his counsel into the earth. Once again, the Spirit of the Lord is speaking to those of us that have moved from past season into this new season to begin to re-purpose our desire to us the manifestation of the kingdom of God gravitates to us a place and a point where desire is aligned to the will of God. 24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you [DESIRE] ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. We are asked to pray that his kingdom come, and he's will be done on earth as it is done in heaven for this to happen. We must reorder our desire; we have to reorder the emotions of our desire in Desiring the things of God. This is what this message is all about. This is a Clarion call to awaken us to bring us to a New Day to a new season to a new moment in time where we discard the old and beginning. Investing our desire into the new realities of the Father seeks birth into this generation, especially through the channel of prayer and intention, is a great place to be. However, when we allow the enemy, through the ignorance of the soul-life to capture our desire, we have potentially lost the passion for the spiritual activity of the kingdom to become manifest into our space and time.

Have you ever gone through a test? Have you ever gone through a "dry season" in your walk with the Lord? Has it ever seemed like God was not talking to you anymore? What could this mean? What response are we to take in such a season? James W. Goll gives us another vital lesson to help us discern the ways of God in this podcast "When God Seems Silent" in our journey of Dreams: God's Revelatory Language.
Is it possible to forget the Cross of our Lord? Has the Cross like many other things become spiritual white noise?
In this lesson we move forward in chapter two, where this book starts to detail the effect of the judgment of God upon the remnant that remain. The emphasis in chapter two seems to be laid upon the very hand of God in the calamities which they were groaning under. The grief is not so much that these unspeakable things are being done to them, it is much more severe because it was that God, Himself had done this to them, that he appears so very angry with them. It is He that severely chastens them, and chastens them in wrath and in His great displeasure. Chapter two could be titled “The Lord Has destroyed Without Pity”, as it is a doleful lament of the effects of the severe judgement of God upon the remnant of Judah. Not of the World -Faith Being Kept Amidst World Tribulation Pt4| www.warn-usa.com | WIBR/WARN Radio Not of the World - Christ has chosen us out of the world. We are not of this world, living in it; but separated unto Christ Jesus. Therefore, as the world persecuted Jesus, so it will persecuted all his followers. It is here that we understand the cause of the persecution. We can also know that in the midst of it all, we are kept in Him. The truth is that they do these things to us because the world does not know our Lord. They simply do not understand The Father who sent the Son. We are bound into the Son and the Son is bound into the Father, together we are in him. Found in the Father through the Son. Nothing can separate us from the Lord or the Father. Not of the World -Did Israel every forsake the LORD? Has a Christian ever Forsook Jesus Christ? What must a Christian do in order to maintain his faith and being kept? Questions abound today for many believers who are surrounded by evil, murder, wars, violence, unrest, and temptations. How can they survive or will they? Christians spend time either in denial of it all, while hoping to be raptured out or they just worry as they see all the things going on around them. They worry about their spouses, families, children's, towns, nations, and the world itself.

The Lord Has a Day Malachi 3:1-4
Are there any plausible arguments that Paul actually wrote one or more of the four Gospels? Does the NT avoid using the Hebrew name for God, using the more generic â??Godâ?? in order to cater to all god systems from all nations? Might â??Jesusâ?? have been merely a name chosen to cover all the various OT and pagan characters whose stories were borrowed and combined in the gospels? If Judas was already dead, why does 1 Corinthians 15 say Jesus appeared to â??the twelveâ??? Might â??Cephasâ?? the apostle of Jesus have been Caiaphas the high priest? Why is there an almost unanimous agreement on the early dating of the Iliad, but so much debate over that of the Bible, given they have similar spurious evidence for said early date? Could they have influenced each other at all? Might the story of King Arthur have been a Christianizing rewrite of the David story? Could Assyrian henotheistic precedence of Ashshur, and the parlance surrounding worship of him, have influenced ancient Israelite religion? Might the â??angel of the Lordâ?? be a mask for various polytheistic Israelite or other deities? I have a question about the names of the members of the Godhead in different languages. Do you believe Jesus was ever buried in a tomb? What's your opinion of Dennis R. MacDonald's Two Shipwrecked Gospels: The Logoi of Jesus and Papias' Exposition of Logia About the Lord? Has anyone put together a version of the OT as it might have been without the Deuteronomic Reform? Might the womenâ??s silence on the message of the angel at the tomb imply that no one else would have known where it was? Does the Didache actually condemn abortion? Does any other early Christian text? Some say that reading Paul as believing in only a celestial Jesus requires â??mental gymnastics.â?? Does it? The fact that Jesus was from Nazareth, while the Old Testament says the Messiah would come from Bethlehem, shows that a real Jesus was from Nazareth and everybody knew it. Does it? Because "crucifixion was especially offensive to the Jewish people,â?? no one would have told such a story as Jesusâ?? crucifixion if they werenâ??t stuck with it as a fact, right? Do you have such a wealth of knowledge of all things Biblical that you pull every fact out of your memory?
