Macinme Daily. Moment, das müsste doch eigentlich täglich sein? Richtig! Gestern war jedoch die Macworld Keynote in den Vereinigten Staaten an dem jährlich gleichen und mittlerweile berühmt berüchtigten Ort. Dies nahm ich zum Anlass, um über die Themen der Präsentation zu sprechen. Aber nein, ich werde nicht alle Spezifikationen hoch- und runter leiern, wie es bereits zahlreiche News-Blogs gemacht habe. Vielmehr möchte ich einen persönlichen Einblick und eine mögliche Meinung zu verschiedenen Themen und Produkten geben, die entweder geteilt oder völlig kritisiert werden kann. Die Sendung ist dieses Mal auch in einem etwas anderen Format. Es gibt keinen Softwarebereich und die Folge ist mehr als doppelt so lang. Doppeltes Hörvergnügen also. Viel Spaß beim Einschalten! Was könnte es im heutigen Podcast für Themen geben? Richtig, die Macworld! Macworld, Macworld, Macworld und das kurz und knapp, so wie man es von mir gewöhnt ist. In der heutigen Folge beschäftigen wir uns mit dem iTunes-Store und der immer stärker werdenden Konkurrenz. Ein weiteres Thema ist die CES in Las Vegas, die von Jahr zu Jahr als der Konkurrent zur MWSF schlechthin gewertet wird, merkwürdigerweise aber außer viel iPod-Zubehör-Präsenz nichts wirklich Neues bringt. In der Software-Szene gab es wieder einmal einige interessante und neue Updates, außerdem wurden gleich zwei neue Produkte von den weltweit größten Software-Herstellern bekannt gegeben: Microsoft Office und Adobe Photoshop Elements für den Mac.
