Rex Heuermann, a New York City architect, has been progressively charged via superseding indictments with the murders of seven women—spanning from 1993 to 2000—all whose remains were discovered near Gilgo Beach and surrounding Long Island locales. The initial indictment (July 2023) included the murders of Amber Costello, Melissa Barthelemy, and Megan Waterman. A later indictment in January 2024 added Maureen Brainard‑Barnes to the charges, and another in June 2024 expanded the list to include Jessica Taylor and Sandra Costilla. The most recent superseding indictment, unsealed in December 2024, charges Heuermann with the second-degree murder of Valerie Mack, a sex worker who vanished in 2000 and whose remains were found dismembered in Manorville and near Gilgo Beach. Prosecutors cited mitochondrial DNA from hairs linked to Heuermann's wife and daughter, along with disturbing digital files and planning notes on his devices that described mutilation and disposal methods consistent with the victims' conditions. Heuermann has pleaded not guilty to all charges and remains held without bail.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Rex Heuermann New Charges Name New Victim - DocumentCloud

Federal agencies, including the FBI and the Department of Justice, have faced mounting criticism for withholding significant portions of Epstein-related records—fueling allegations of a deliberate cover-up. In July 2025, both agencies issued a memo stating they found no “client list,” no proof of blackmail, and no evidence Epstein was murdered, and confirmed his death was a suicide. They also announced they would not release further documents, despite earlier promises of transparency The limited release of roughly 33,000 pages—largely consisting of materials already public—was blasted by lawmakers and victims' advocates as inadequate. Critics argued the disclosures fell far short of real accountability, with Rep. Robert Garcia and others calling the process a “stonewall.” Independent reviews, such as Just Security's detailed timeline, underscored repeated federal failures: ignoring victim reports, dropping early investigations, and negotiating Epstein's lenient 2008 non-prosecution agreement in secret. Together, these actions suggest a systemic effort to obscure the extent of Epstein's government ties rather than expose them.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:https://www.dailywire.com/news/fbi-hiding-potentially-explosive-records-on-jeffrey-epstein-internet-sleuth-claims-after-foia-denialBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Newly unsealed court filings from Virginia Giuffre's civil case have raised questions about whether Jeffrey Epstein may have leveraged incriminating material to exert influence over Prince Andrew. During Epstein's deposition under oath, he refused to answer whether he intended to obtain blackmail-worthy information on the Duke of York after Giuffre's alleged encounter with him—choosing instead to invoke his Fifth Amendment right. Giuffre herself testified that Epstein required her to report in detail about the encounter, including whether Prince Andrew had “thanked” Epstein for arranging it—a line of questioning that suggests Epstein might have been cultivating compromising content.Despite these indications, a recent exhaustive review by the FBI and Department of Justice concluded that they found no credible evidence of a “client list” or a blackmail scheme involving Epstein and prominent individuals—including Prince Andrew. A memo released last month reaffirmed that the investigation found nothing actionable that would warrant further scrutiny or charges against third parties such as Prince Andrew.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comSource:https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/12404386/jeffrey-epstein-something-on-prince-andrew-documentary/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

In a March 2025 ruling, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian dismissed nearly all claims against every defendant except Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett, thereby ordering the case to proceed to trial against her in her individual capacity. The court found that Plaskett's conduct—including soliciting campaign contributions from Jeffrey Epstein at his New York residence, accepting loans and political support, and approving substantial tax breaks for his businesses—created sufficient ties to New York to establish personal jurisdiction under the state's long-arm statute. Consequently, Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and negligence claims against her were allowed to move forward, while related claims against other Virgin Islands officials were dismissed on jurisdictional and legal grounds. The judge also rejected the plaintiffs' request for jurisdictional discovery, concluding they had failed to make a prima facie showing to justify it. With all other defendants out of the picture, Plaskett stands as the sole defendant facing trial in this high-profile case. The court further invited motions from both sides regarding venue transfers and potential defenses such as immunity, providing a clear path for the next legal phase.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:gov.uscourts.nysd.610915.202.0.pdf

Throughout the 1970s, Southern California residents were held in the grip of terror as multiple serial killers stalked the streets, preying on victims from every walk of life, including the area's gay community. From 1971 to 1983, Randy Kraft kidnapped, tortured, and murdered at least sixteen men and boys, but the real number of victims is believed to be considerably higher. When he was arrested in 1983, investigators searched Kraft's home and found a list with cryptic references to what they believed were sixty-one victims in total. The discovery of that list led the press to dub Kraft “The Scorecard Killer.”Following his arrest in 1983, Randy Kraft was tried and convicted of sixteen counts of first-degree murder and sentenced to death. Although the arrest and trial put an end to Kraft's murder spree, several critical questions remain unanswered, including the most important aspect of the case detectives were never able to solve: who was Randy Kraft's accomplice?Thank you to the Incredible Dave White of Bring Me the Axe Podcast for research and Writing support!ReferencesArnold, Roxane, and Jerry Hicks. 1983. WARNING: THIS EPISODE CONTAINS DETAILS INVOLVING CHILD ABUSE AND MAY BE DISTURBING TO SOME...LISTENER DISCRETION IS ADVISED. On the afternoon of August 14, 2025, Rebecca Haro contacted 911 from a Big 5 Sporting Goods Store in Yucaipa, California to report that she had been attacked and her 7 month old son, Emmanuel, was kidnapped. She said that she had driven to the Big 5 from her older child's football game nearby to get him a new mouth guard. She brought the 7 month old with her while her husband, Jake Haro, stayed at the game with their other children. When she arrived in the parking lot, she noticed Emmanuel needed a fresh diaper, so she laid him down on the seat of the car and prepared to change him when she was attacked from behind, struck with a blow so hard that it caused her to see white, knocking her out cold. She fell to the ground and laid there for an unknown amount of time before coming to and finding her baby was missing. She called out his name and eventually went into the Big 5 asking if anyone had seen someone with a baby. 911 was called and a large scale search was launched by both the San Bernardino and Riverside Sheriffs Department assisting in the search efforts. Within days, the suspicion turned to the parents as inconsistencies came up in mom's story, along with emerging information regarding the dad's criminal history of abusing his children. Shitler's approval ratings are in the dumpster. A GOP orc was thoroughly booed at a townhall where constituents demanded apologies. Anti-semitic troll, headquartered just outside of Chicago, Nick Fuentes made his case against tech thug Peter Theil, and former FOX hobgoblin Tucker Carlson. Xenophobe Nick also shot down MAGA claims that he's a CIA plant.

Tara claims a "bombshell" report has revealed felonies committed by Democrat leaders, including Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell, in leaking classified information during the Russia collusion probe. The host alleges that the FBI and Department of Justice covered up these crimes, which he says were committed to "topple the Trump administration" and "fix the constitutional crisis." The host also suggests that the Russia collusion hoax was created to cover up Hillary Clinton's own alleged crimes related to classified information. The host concludes by stating that this information proves the corruption of the FBI and the Democratic party.
The host continues to discuss what he calls a "historic day," alleging that a whistleblower has exposed a conspiracy involving Democratic leaders, the FBI, and the DOJ. He claims Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, and James Comey committed felonies by leaking classified information to tarnish Donald Trump. The host also implicates Bill Barr and Christopher Wray in covering up these alleged crimes. He further alleges that Hillary Clinton's campaign hired contractors to fake Russian hacking to create the "Russia hoax" as a cover-up for her own misconduct. The host concludes by saying that a "war for the future of this nation" is underway and that the truth is now circulating widely, making it "too late" for those involved to stop the exposure of their alleged wrongdoing.
