The Lancaster Story Slam podcast is sponsored by Levante Brewing Company! Elevate your craft with a pint from Levante! In August, we heard stories about panic! Our Story Slam was themed Panic Switch! Rebecca Thatcher Murcia won the story slam with her tale of labor - you could say this was a labor of love. Rebecca is a writer and journalist. She is the author of the book Seeking Saul: An American Mother’s Journey to Colombia. Our second Panic story is from David Smith. David has entertained us with stories from his days working in television, but this may be his best one yet. Our next storyteller is Bryan R. Caine. Bryan has already won a story slam this season, but he returned to the stage with a Panic story. A reminder - Our next Story Slam is MONDAY, September 26th at Tellus360 and the theme is “CHAOS!” Tell us your story about when things spun out of control. We can’t control everything in our life. We all have to deal with messes from time to time. David’s soccer story would have fit in Chaos. Whether you have a CHAOS story or just want to listen to others, you are invited to come watch these stories told live on stage - there’s nothing quite like it! You can quickly order your tickets off of the lancasterstoryslam.com tickets page. If you enjoyed the podcast, we’d love it if you you would leave a rating and review on iTunes, or let your friends know they can listen to Lancaster folks telling true tales each month. Greetings, fellow Conspirator! We're pleased to know so many people are interested in and devoted to the principles of individual liberty, and are keen on getting more information to back up their arguments in favor of freedom! In THIS exciting and awesome episode of the Liberty Conspiracy, we give you part 2 of 2 on the recent US Supreme Court ruling that dealt with the medical fascism law. In this, we explain why we use the term 'Fascism', and why it is the only correct and precise word to use when describing this law. The program features music by Dinosaur Jr. "Little Furry Things", Blue Man Group, DEVO "Uncontrollable Urge", the Lo Fidelity All-Stars "Battle Flag", Silversun Pickups "Panic Switch", and Blur "Park Life"!!! ("It gives me a sense of ENORMOUS WELL-BEING"!) Abbreviated to get the info in one shorter chunk, we hope this program offers you the intellectual ammunition to combat the statists! Join us more often and tell us about issues you think are important! We might just approach you to join the radio show! Go to www.libertyconspiracy.com! Be Seeing You!

Welcome back to the gang of plotters we call the Liberty Conspiracy! In this program, we offer a podcast version of our May 1, 2012 radio show, on which Gardner Goldsmith covered breaking stories such as the revelation (which we already knew) that Nancy Pelosi lied when she claimed she was not made aware of CIA torture (oh, sorry, "enhanced interrogation in the form of waterboarding, but remember, it's not 'torture' any more, not the way it was in WWII), and we look at the lies of the current President that GM has paid back all of its TARp bailout cash -- Not true by any stretch of the imagination! Then, we take a good look at a mini debate between Ron Paul and Paul Krugman, going more in-depth and seeing who truly believes in freedom and prosperity. This is a valuable segment unto itself, and we hope you'll recommend it to others! That and music from Paul Weller ("Green" and "Around the Lake"), Plan B "Welcome to Hell", Telly Saalas "Who Loves Ya Baby?" (REALLY!), Hall and oates "Rich Girl", Government Issue "Jaded Eyes", WIRE "Comet" and "Hard Currency", Silver SUn Pickups "Panic Switch", and Paul Weller again with "No Tears to Cry" (off "Wake Up the Nation")!! Hope you like it! Be Seeing You!
