The title says most of it! Many thanks to Jason Sorens for helping to give students more chances to learn about economics and the ethical exercise of principles. We hope you will visit www.E3NE.org to find out more! Be Seeing You!
Sam Blumenfeld was the single most educated man on the subject of the takeover of a formerly excellent private US education system by a statist, Prussian-styled, progressive system. He championed phonetic reading, and uncovered the disastrous effects and pernicious motives behind the "look-say"/"sight-word" method of reading pushed by govt schools. Sam also researched and wrote a book about the evidence supporting the thesis that the plays attributed to William Shakespeare were actually written by Christopher Marlowe, who did NOT die outside a pub in England, but lived out his life on Corsica, as a paid employee of the Queen. Fascinating, evidence-backed publications, speeches, and conversations. Sam also understood free market economics, and wrote numerous articles on a wide range of topics. He was a man of peace and kindness, and he was a hero for thousands of kids whose reading skills improved thanks to his work in promotion of phonics! Rest in peace, good man! We hope you will look for Sam's books, such as "The Marlow Shakespeare Connection", "Is Public Education Necessary?", "NEA: Trojan Horse of American Education", "Alpha-Phonics" and more. Also, please look for his speeches on Youtube! His latest book was released in March, and is entitled, "Crimes of the Educators". In this production, we feature his last interview, in which he discusses the book. Thanks for listening! Please spread the word about individual liberty and its key component: free markets! The title says a lot. :) This program, recorded on Easter, 2015, is for those who might say they are believers in the Christian religion (whichever kind of Christian they might be), for those who are uncertain of Jesus's position as a messiah, and those who deny any supernatural aspect to the universe. In the production, we explore a debate in which many people (religious, Christian, non-religious, etc) have engaged: Whether Jesus, the historical figure, was pro-state, or, if it's possible to make the claim that he was an anarchist. Provocative and fascinating. We hope you like the program! In it, we feature great music by Big Dipper, "Easter Eve", and "Ron Klaus Wrecked His House"! Notes! If you would like to get a copy of Darryl Perry's book, "The Anarcho Teachings of Yeshua", here's the link! http://www.amazon.com/Anarcho-Teachings-Yeshua-Darryl-Perry/dp/0984203729/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1429504027&sr=8-1&keywords=the+anarcho+teachings+of+yeshua Be Seeing You!
In this production, Gardner Goldsmith, a man who spent some of his own time working in the world of Star Trek (Voyager), discusses some of the unknown history of Leonard Nimoy, the breakthrough of his role as Spock on a breakthrough television series that helped change society even as it reflected changes in society, and talks to others about the legacy of Nimoy's work both in and out of his most famous role. Rest in peace, Mr. Nimoy. Leonard Nimoy was born on March 26, 1931, and died on February 27, 2015.

Thanks for finding the Conspiracy for Liberty! We are a growing group of people dedicated to spreading, propagating and deepening the understanding of freedom in all its facets! In this program, we give you a spontaneous debate brought to Gardner Goldsmith by listener Witt (James). Witt posed some provocative questions about what Gard would do if her were in charge of a "unit" that had captured a Nazi like Himmler. Witt poses a hypothetical to support state-sponsored torture, while Gard uses his position to reveal how such a position would allow the state to force people to pay for torture, and if they did not want to pay, to threaten them with the very violence the Nazis used against their enemies: the threat of, and carrying out of physical violence and possible death. Music in this production is: "Killing Allin", by The Hellacopters, "Little Victories" by The Horrors, and "Repo Man", by Iggy Pop. Follow Gard on Twitter @gardgoldsmith ! - Be Seeing You!
The title says it all. There is a lot of worthwhile information here, including a reading of President Oabama's own words from Jan of 2009 as he obfuscated and lied by omission on the question of whether he would continue "rendition" treatment of "enemy combatants" as the feds unconstitutionally call those US forces and allies capture in the undeclared "war" that is really an illegal series of military operations. Gardner Goldsmith goes back to the early days of the O admin and shows how the pop media is covering for him. Music includes: "Should God Forget", and "Entertain Me" by the Psychedelic Furs, as well as the full cut of "Beat My Guest", by Adam and the Ants (an appropriate song when talking about torture)... Find Gardner on Twitter: @gardgoldsmith Be Seeing You!
The title speaks for itself! In this production, we offer background information on the history of he so-called "PetroDollar", when the US Dollar was supposedly linked to the OPEC nations like Saudi Arabia, and why, and why nation states that have governments moving away from the US Dollar are being overthrown (that's nations like Iraq, Libya, and Ukraine). Hope you like the information offered and that it will serve as intellectual ammunition for spreading the word about freedom and free markets being one and the same! Music in this production includes "Invaders Must Die!" and "Spitfire", by The Prodigy, as well as "Dizzy" by Stockholm's Demons! Follow Gardner Goldsmith on twitter @gardgoldsmith :) Be Seeing You!
The city of Los Angeles is being asked by entrenched cab businesses to foist expensive licensing laws on people who use Uber and Lyft to offer rides to paying customers. Using this story, Gardner Goldsmith, MikeArchy and Gerald discuss how pernicious licensing laws are, what they do to potential competition, and how that hurts consumers and other potential businesses that could have received business if those consumers had been able to save money and spent what they wanted where they wanted! Hope you like the program, and if you do, that you'll slap it down on a friend's Facebook page or Twitter or whatever new-fangled interwebby invention comes along in the next few seconds! Music in this show is "Inertia Creeps" by Massive Attack, and "The Witch" by The Cult. This version of "The Witch" is the hard-to-find FULL version, with the great guitar solo, funky "D-wup" sound and great drum beat, "Ba, ba, ba, ba, ba-ba-ba, ba-ba-bam." See? ;) This version is also unavailable on Youtube now. It keeps getting yanked because it was on the soundtrack for the movie "Cool World" (and was the best thing in the flick)! Be Seeing You!
The title says it all! We hope you like this production, in which we feature the words of Mrs. Clinton, and are ably assisted by Mike (@Mikearchy on Twitter) on this analysis. Spread the word! This one might be something to help educate people about economics! Music in this production includes "Loose", a bit of "I Wanna Be Your Dog" and all of "I Got A Right", by Iggy and The Stooges! Tell your friends! The moral principle of leaving one's neighbor alone is worth supporting, right?! :) Be Seeing You!
The title says it all! Many thanks to Gerald for joining us to talk about a story he uncovered -- a move by the feds that needs to be known and fought! Spread the word if you can, and we will keep trying to do our parts! Music in this show is limited, and includes the opener, "Jaded Eyes", by Government Issue, as well as "Powder Head" and "Backstabber" by Sweden's excellent "Backyard Babies" (friends to the inimitable Danko Jones, btw). Look for their music or tours! Check us out on FB at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Liberty-Conspiracy/119480828070905?ref=hl Follow Gardner Goldsmith on Twitter @gardgoldsmith Be Seeing You!
This special production is offered for you to listen and share. In it we explain what the US Constitution actually says (or, more precisely, DOESN'T say) about immigration control (hint, it's not a federal power). We also talk about the economic benefits of increased immigration, and get into the anarchist arguments that explain why national boundaries are to be avoided! Must listen material for folks who call themselves Constitutionalists in the "Tea Party". We also offer a new cut by The Horrors, and "Worm Tamer" by Grinderman, "Running Battle" by Kasabian, and "Grandpa Atomic" by The New Bomb Turks! Follow Gardner on Twitter @gardgoldsmith (https://twitter.com/gardgoldsmith) And our Facebonk Page? Sure! https://www.facebook.com/pages/Liberty-Conspiracy/119480828070905?ref=hl Be Seeing You!
Welcome back to the portable productions for liberty! In this program we give you news about Glenn Greenwald's courageous move to release the list of people on whom the NSA has been spying, news about how the NSA appears to have destroyed years of evidence showing its malfeasance, news about how many Pakistanis have been killed by Prez Obama and his acolytes, and we talk about the meaning of the word "rights", explaining why the idea embraces NEGATIVE, not POSITIVE claims. Music? Well sure! We open with "Millenium" by Killing Joke, and feature "Godzilla" by Blue Oyster Cult, "Raft Ants" by WIRE, "Collapsing New People" by Fad Gadget, "Parade" by the P Furs, and the great instrumental "Ovary Stripe" by Kasabian! Hope you'll look for them on tour or buy their work! Welcome back to the Conspiracy for Liberty! Thanks for finding us! In this program, we feature an analysis of the National Defense Authorization Act, which was recently RE-authorized the evening that folks were starting their Memorial Day sojourns. Nothing like keeping the story out of peoples' eyes. It's a dangerous law that continues to breach the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Amendments, and allows the President to hold people without trial -- as long as he desires. It also gives him the ability to curtail speech and imprison reporters if he's inclined. Not a good idea, and contrary to the US Constitution. Then we talk about the paucity of good reporting when it comes to economics. Case in point, how a pop media reporter doesn't take the time to check the claims of the USDA when it comes to higher meat prices. We hope you like the show, and will spread the word! Send a link to a friend! Post on Twitter an FB! Music? A little sample from the new John Ashton project Satellite Paradiso called "Touch the Sky" -- please look for the disc at www.satelliteparadiso.com -- then we hear The New Bomb Turks' "Grandpa Atomic", Killing Joke's "The Wait", and "In Excelsis"! Look for their stuff! :) Be Seeing You!
The title says it pretty well! This updates us on how members of Congress are attempting to look concerned over NSA spying, even as they work on making corporations do it. We also look at a recent move by the Supreme Court that again shows that the majority of the justices are not interested in defending your right to keep and bear arms. And we look at the libertarian approach to selling sex. Music includes Supertramp "Bloody Well Right", The New Bomb Turks "Gotta, Gotta Sinking Feeling" and "Girl Can Help It", Pixies "Debaser" and the song that beat them to it when it came to slicing up eyeballs, "Flowers" by the Psychedelic Furs. We finish with the great "Crime of the Century" by Supertramp! Join us at www.libertyconspiracy.com! Follow Gard on Twitter @gardgoldsmith ! Be Seeing You!
Big thanks for listening! The title and intro say it all! Music in this show includes new material by Mayer Hawthorne "Her Favorite Song", The Psychedelic Furs "Soap Commercial", Mayer Hawthorne "Crime" (another new one), Miles Kane "Inhaler", and Mayer Hawthorne "Ally Jones". Hope you dig it all! Be Seeing You!
The title says it all! Lots of good information in here about their double standards (with audio evidence of said hypocrisy), and background on the FISA Courts vs the 4th Amendment! Music: minimal in this one. We open with Cheap Trick, of course, and their great song "Dream Police", and use some music from the Demons (Stockholm) and Girls Against Boys between segments, and close with The Fatima Mansions "Loyalizer"! Hope you like! Watch for our video news updates soon, and our upcoming long-term project: a series on the history of free market trade, political freedom movements, and how freedom betters lives! Be Seeing You! Spread the word about our pods! We'd love to engage more people with the ideas of liberty!
Lots-a information in this here production, amigos y amigas. We think you'll like it. We begin by reading a report on the Mt. Gox Bitcoin theft and subsequent bankruptcy, and while reading it, we observe an opinion inserted by the reporters that indicates their belief that central banking and "regulation" are things to be lauded, that with them come stability and "bailouts". Interesting combination there. From that point, we discuss the claims made by a politician named Elizabeth Warren (Senate from Mass) that things like the so-called "Glass-Steagall" kept the banking industry stable for decades, and that the lifting of this unconstitutional and immoral law somehow brought about the 2008 bank failures in the US. We also discuss many of the bad policies of the 1920'3, '30's and '40's that led to and prolonged the Great Depression. We have a lot of intellectual information here for you! Hope you like it and spread the word to those who try to debate you about economics and freedom! Music in this show includes Danko Jones: "Samuel Sin" and "The Finger", a little Killing Joke "War Dance" (just a bit), and Time Zone's "World Destruction"! Visit us at www.libertyconspiracy.com! Be Seeing You!
Welcome back! Great thoughts from Stephen Smith are featured in this podcast, and we would like to thank Stephen for his work and his time chatting with us on the show! In this program, Stephen discusses (as the title indicates) the story BEHIND a holdup of rock salt at a Maine port. He explains that the problem goes back to a 1920 federal law, and what was behind that law. Given the forces that pushed for the law to pass, what economic lessons can we uncover? GREAT work by Stephen! Visit his site (and see the article on this subject) here! Pass it on to those learning about economics! http://libertyconspiracy.podomatic.com/entry/2014-02-21T11_44_21-08_00 Thanks for listening! We hope we are expanding the understanding of freedom in all its facets! Spread the word about our pods, and visit us at the Liberty Conspiracy site! Music in this production includes The Prodigy, "Stand Up", "Omen", and "Piranha" -- Be Seeing You!
The title says a lot, and we hope you like the program! In this one, Gardner Goldsmith looks at the recent revelation that the NSA meta-data program was used to kill innocent people overseas, and he and Furb discuss the history of gun registration, confiscation and genocide. You can decide for yourself if those who were stripped of their firearms might have had higher chances of survival if they had kept them. Music includes Grinderman "Honey Bee", Public Enemy "You're Gonna get Yours" and "Sophisticated Bitch", Parov Stellar "Booty Swing" (Parov is part of the Electro-Swing movement. Good stuff!), The Prodigy "Run With the Wolves", and "Stand Up" (with a little sound from Eric Holder mixed in!). Join us at www.LibertyConspiracy.com and spread the word about the pods! We greatly appreciate that! Be Seeing You!
Welcome back! In this special program, we expand on our discussion of nullification, looking at it from an historical POV, a Constitutional POV, and in a broader moral sense -- personal nullification. Gardner Goldsmith delves into the history of nullification in the US, the ability of the federal branches to nullify each branch, the ability of states to nullify, and the ability of citizens on juries to nullify. Then he takes it further, looking at why leftists are so afraid of state nullification -- because it can logically lead to personal nullification of the state. That freaks many of them out when it doesn't agree with their policy agendas. That and music from The Golden Palominos "The Animal Speaks" (Lydon on vocals) and The New Bomb Turks ("Grandpa Atomic", "Dented and Spent" and "Girl Can Help It")!!! Spread the word if you can! Welcome back to the Conspiracy! In this production El G Grande doffs his cap to the mighty Stephen M. Smith, whose excellent blogs at the former Beginner's Guide to Freedom site were remarkable for their clarity and insight. Stephen's been a great friend to the Conspiracy, and this time, he and Gard talk about what seems to be a growing trend: Pop Media attacks on libertarians and libertarianism itself. You might have noticed the same. In fact, your own stories to contribute! We hope you enjoy this show. Many, MANY thanks to Stephen for his time and ideas! Good stuff, Stephen! Music is this pod is brief, including The Cynics "Turn Me Loose" and The Psychedelic Furs "Only You and I". Visit us at www.LibertyConspiracy.com We'd enjoy hearing your thoughts! Be Seeing You!

Welcome, Conspirator... In this program, we reveal the falsehoods and prevarications in President Obama's so-called "NSA Reform" speech. Not only does he lie about his previous actions, he paves the way for an INCREASE in spying via a CISPA-like proposal what will undoubtedly be presented as part of a "national security" bill in mid-March. This is important stuff. We hope you can spread the word! Visit us at www.libertyconspiracy.com Follow us on Facebook, here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Liberty-Conspiracy/119480828070905?ref=hl Music includes "More than Money" by Love Spit Love (with some help from Patrick McGoohan as The Prisoner), and The Stooges "Loose"! Be Seeing You!
The title says it all! We hope you like this mega-pod! Music in this show includes: Primal Scream "2013", The Electric Six "Danger! High Voltage!", Naked Raygun "Treason", The Cocteau Twins "Lorelei", The Fixx "The Strain", The Robots (from Sweden) "Slam Tilt", "Bahamas", and "Papa (Can Ya Teach me to FISH)" (from the great disc "Gearfest" by Gearhead records), The Backyard Babies "Backstabber" (from the same disc), Agent Provocateur with "Reed Tape", and The Sons of Hercules with "Reason to Live"!!! (Note: There was a glitch in the original version of this audio, published on 12-23, so we've re-cut it to fix it!) Yeah, that's right! The last part of our title indicates something we've already mentioned many times, but it seems to take Washington a long time to see the truth. So what happened when a DC panel recently had to admit that the NSA meta-data program has not stopped any terrorist attacks? You got it. They demanded MORE power! We cover that, and the stunning bias of CNN news in covering Larry Klayman's victory (in district court) against the NSA spying program. Gardner Goldsmith dissects this amazingly unfair and hypocritical network coverage, which isn't even coverage, but propaganda to slam Mr. Klayman. Klayman, the man who founded Judicial Watch, is likely a paleo-conservative with libertarian leanings. He has brought suit against the Clinton Admin (for many things, including their closed-door sessions on health insurance regulation, which forced the Clintons to pay, but got little attention in the pop media), against the Bushies for deceiving people about Iraq prior to the non-War, and other worthy issues. While his positions on things like immigration and other issues (you'll hear a few of them in the segment) might not fit with most members of the Liberty Conspiracy, we think his suit against the NSA is worth discussing, and the way CNN treated him in order to turn attention away from the actual ISSUE is reprehensible. Check it out and spread the word about this amazing bias. Hope you like! All that and music from Paul Weller "Around the Lake", The Sex Pistols "New York", Paul Weller "When You're Garden's Overgrown", Schtum "Skydiver", The Hookers "Get Fucked!", Miles Kane "Inhaler", and the Bonniwell Music Machine "Mother Nature, Father Earth" (which Miles Kane has made sure folks know inspired him for "Inhaler"). Welcome back to the Conspiracy! In this portable production for liberty, our guests Furb (founder of the Freedom Book Club) and Glenn Jacobs ("Kane" in the WWE, "Citizen X" to many podcast listeners, and well known as an erudite libertarian speaker on Youtube) discuss a number of issues with El G Grande, the founder of the Liberty Conspiracy. You'll hear information about the recent US District Court ruling on the NSA "metadata" program, about ABC deceiving viewers on the subject of the GM "bailout", and about Bitcoin and the nature of currency! It's timely and interesting, and we're very grateful to Furb and Glenn for spending time with us and offering their excellent insight! Remember, over a year ago, we tried to tell people that the GM bailout was a net loser for the federal gubment... Well guess what ABC doesn't want anyone to know... :) Lots of interesting stuff! Make sure you listen to the material on Bitcoin, and feel free to offer your opinions at our forum at www.libertyconspiracy.com! This pod also includes music by: RealFaction "Unleashed", Broken Deck with "Desert Journey", Run DMC "Christmas in Hollis", Hawkwind "Silver Machine", The Cynics "Turn Me Loose", Nashville Pussy and Danko Jones "I'm So High", The Circle Jerks "When the Shit Hits the Fan", and Human Sexual Response "House of Atreus"! Check out their work! Be Seeing You!
Welcome back, and thanks fo-checkin' us out. In this brief production, we study an essay that appeared September 5 via Bloomberg. It took two people to write this editorial, and we thought it would be worthwhile to dissect its content and presentation. We hope you find the thoughts we offer to counter the claims of these writers. Their piece is so rife with assumptions and Straw Man arguments, so full of rhetorical coloring without real definitions (even as they say they want to define things), that it is a valuable example of the left-statist "criticism" of libertarian ideas. Feel free to listen, and to comment at our website! We're at www.libertyconspiracy.com! Music? We open with "Lorelei" by the Cocteau Twins, then hit "Mirror in the Bathroom" by the English Beat, and finish with "Primitive P Painters" by Felt (with Elizabeth Frasier of Cocteau Twins doing backing vocals). Thanks for conspiring! Be Seeing You!
The title says it all! This one goes back a few days, but we think it's valuable, especially for those who want intellectual ammunition to fight supporters of the federal gubment and its growing police state tactics. We hope you like it! We even have music by Pop Will Eat Itself "X,Y,Z to A,B,C", Dinosaur Jr. "Little Furry Things", Grinderman "Heathen Child", Tom Jones "Bad As Me", Rollins Band "Low Self Opinion"!! If you'd like to comment, just join us at the mighty site! www.libertyconspiracy.com :) Be Seeing You!
Hope you enjoy this ten minute audio version of Gardner Goldsmith's upcoming horror-noir release, "Bite". It's a novella, about the length of half a novel, and it's for sale on November 1st in the UK and EU! Folks living outside the EU can still grab their copies before the first run is sold out. Just head to www.pendragonpress.net to order and you'll see the options for people in the US, Australia, etc! You can also go to www.gardnergoldsmith.com for more information on the book and all that good stuff! Thanks! Hope you like it and will spread the word! Be Seeing You!
Welcome back! In this production, we fine folks at the up-and-coming Liberty Conspiracy give you an expanded look at the libertarian argument against government statutes prohibiting so-called "insider trading". We look at a current example of the statutes and political forces going after Mark Cuban, and why the attacks by government are not ethically or morally sound. Then, we explain why these kinds of laws are also not economically wise! This is an expanded version of the portion in our last podcast that discussed this! We hope you like it! Be Seeing You!
Welcome back to the Conspiracy! We've got a few pressing issues to discuss, so let's lay them out. First, as some folks know, we recently discovered that the LC website has been banned in China. Interesting. The podcasts are still making it into the country. After we give the details on that, we delve into the claims of US politicians like John Kerry and Barack Obama re Syria, and then reveal that they have not presented any facts to support their claims. As of this writing, Obama has stepped down from taking unilateral executive branch action (which would be unconstitutional), but is saying he will wait for Congressional "permission to use military force", which is also unconstitutional. The only powers granted the Congress to get the President to lead troops are 1) a Declaration of War (capitalize the W), and 2) the issuance of Letters of Marque and Reprisal (to let him hire mercenaries). That's it. War has certain rules. Which is why the Constitution specifies that term. Next, we take a look at the higher costs for health insurance in the US since 2009, something that runs contrary to what the President claimed would happen, but follows all the laws of markets when politicians place regulatory burdens on them that force them to offer certain services or tell them how to offer them. Gard explains! That and music - a couple songs to keep this pod short and get it to you fast: We have full songs by The Horrors "Sheena Is A Parasite", and "Who Can Say". Visit us at www.libertyconspiracy.com Be Seeing You!
Welcome back! You've got yourself a bigtime MEGA-POD here, fellow Conspirator... In this one, GG and Furb explore the claims being made by the Obama Administration (and the Brits) that the Assad regime in Syria used chemical weapons against people in that nation. We also look at a fundamental question that if often posed to anarcho-capitalists (ie voluntarists), which is, as the title implies, "Wouldn't an anarcho society simply turn into a de-facto government/state run by the folks with the most powerful police agency? Good information here. Plus a refutation of a statement made by David Friedman about so-called "Market Failure", which is a HUGE misnomer and runs contrary to the reality of what a market is! That plus music by Broadcast "Come on, Let's Go", Government Issue with "Jaded Eyes", sundry clips from The Stooges, The Cult, The Demons, Killing Joke, and Massive Attack, and The Cult "The Witch". This program sponsored by: The John Kerry Elocution School "Sound Robotic! You Know You Wanna!" --- Be Seeing You! (www.libertyconspiracy.com)
Thanks for listening! In this pod-only production, Gardner Goldsmith welcomes back Soph, from London, to engage in a friendly debate about the merits or demerits of Marx's political-philosophical-economic ideology. It's a great exchange, and we hope it helps folks reach their own conclusions, or investigate further! There are just two pieces of music on this pod, the Puny Human version of "Crazy Horses", and the original, which might surprise a few people... :) Join us here and at www.libertyconspiracy.com! Be Seeing You!
In this special spunk-o-matic, mega-huge pod, we offer a careful study of the lies of the current US Prez and his pals as they comment on spying, we look at breaking stories that refute their claims, and look at the unconstitutionality of FISA courts. We also look at former NSA, CIA head Michael Hayden, the number of innocent people killed by US drones in Yemen over the past two weeks, and the latest on the NYC "Stop and Frisk" program. We talk to the mighty Furb, creator of www.freedombookclub.com, about all this and new information on a lawsuit against Monsanto! A tonne of information, pertinent and historically accurate. Plus music by Witch "Seer", Suicidal tendencies "Institutionalized", The Damned "Plan 9, Channel 7", The Prodigy "Spitfire", and the Psychedelic Furs "Soap Commercial" (live, from their Peel Sessions)... Comment in our forum and add your own stories, at www.libertyconspiracy.com!
Thanks for joining us! We've decided to make our podcast for today shorter than it was in its initial release. A few hours have passed, and it's our opinion that the intro on that first version was too long, so we've cut it back and let the content do most of the talking. What's in this show? In this standalone production, we offer you that hep thing called "Liberty 101", where we pit logic, history and our libertarian/voluntarist principles against the rhetoric of a popular Marxist professor named Richard D. Wolff. Gard and Furb extended the conversation beyond what they could offer live on the radio, and added a lot more content, as we defended the individual against the invasions of a guy who would create obfuscating arguments to excuse the use of force and group control over individuals. We hope you like it. During the first seg, just try to concentrate on his silly words. With music by: The Grassy Knoll "Conversations With Julian Dexter" and "Unbelievable Truth", Richard Butler "Alabama Song" (by Brecht), and Daler Mehndii with the Wolfmen "Two Eyes"! visit us at www.libertyconspiracy.com
During the Independence Day holiday that many people were taking, President Obama surreptitiously signed an Executive Order claiming the power to control and shut down any form of "broadcasting". It is not only unconstitutional as an invasion on telecommunications via the unconstitutional FCC, it also does not just specify just electronic or radio telecommunications (bad as that would be). It speaks to "broadcasting", which could cover someone speaking through a bullhorn to a large audience. In this program, Gardner Goldsmith explores the Executive Order, the history of Executive Orders, the history of the unconstitutional FCC, and how strange it is that, once more, most left-statists who supposedly support free speech have been mum on this. Music by: Supertramp "Crime of the Century", The Arctic Monkeys "Don't Sit Down, 'Cause I've Moved Your Chair", and the Psychedelic Furs: "Dumb Waiters", "It Goes On", "I Wanna Sleep with You" and "Parade" (listen to the great drumming on that, especially towards the end. It's slow, but when you listen carefully, you'll hear how Vince Ely does some amazing things when he offers those bursts.) Welcome back to the conspiracy for freedom. In this program, EL G Grande studies the strange phenomenon of citizens accepting the idea of the government destroying homes that don't conform to government "codes". Then, he hits a breaking story: the revelation that local and state police are using your license plates to electronically monitor every route you drive. The data is stored, sometimes indefinitely. But regardless of whether it's stored, the very act of monitoring you is an abridgement of the 4th Amendment, because your license plate is tied to your ID and that means you are not anonymous. That, plus some props to Mos Def (Yasiin Bey) for his epic courage showing what the Gitmo 'detainees' suffer at the hands of their military captors (what kind of mind does that do people who haven't even been tried for any crimes?). Hope you like the exploration of real freedom, and dig the music: Love Spit Love "More than Money" (a section), Jurassic 5 and Mos Def (Jayo), some bits by Killing Joke, Girls Against Boys, The Stooges, WIRE, Fu Manchu, and then the full song "More than Money", by Love Spit Love. The title says it all. Keep spreading the word and fighting for individual liberty! This is a short pod, and there is more on the way, coming from Gardner and Furb, as they discuss the revelations about the NSA and how the politicians are unwilling to look at the real story, and a great conversation about how the federal government has inflated the prices of college degrees and destroyed the quality of many of those degrees. Comin' soon! In this pod we include music by Fu Manchu a bit of "Strato Streak", some WIRE "Agfers of Kodak", Girls Against Boys (a piece from "Speedway"), and a full tune from the New Bomb Turks "Grandpa Atomic"! Find their stuff if you're so inclined, Kevin Klein. Be Seeing You! At www.libertyconspiracy.com!
Furb joins us once more as we explore the ramifications of the US government's vast PRISM spying program, and wonder how a man who broke his oath to the Constitution can call Edward Snowden a traitor. That and a lot more in this special "Fake Ads" version of the Liberty Conspiracy Podcast! Be Seeing You! At -- www.libertyconspiracy.com and www.freedombookclub.com

Thanks for joining us! We have a special, non-radio production available for you to hear and spread to friends, and in this we concentrate on some of the fears people express about anarcho, or voluntaryist political/philosophical ideology. How would it work? Why wouldn't it devolve into a battle of the biggest private police force? How would disputes be handled? What about protecting children? Gardner Goldsmith and Furb (founder of the Freedom Book Club, found at www.freedombookclub.com) discuss some of these issues, in this the first of a series of special productions in which we attempt to attract more people to the foundational ethics of freedom. With music by Government Issue ("Jaded Eyes") and The Horrors "Sea Within a Sea"... Visit us at www.libertyconspiracy.com! Be Seeing You!
Greetings! We've decided to give our PRISM-FISA and Fourth Amendment studies an extra punch. In this production, we've taken the key elements of our 6-10-13 podcast and rendered them into one core program that spells out the PRISM controversy, what it means to the 4th Amendment, and where the FISA act, which is being used as the "statutory justification" for PRISM, originated. We also explain how none of the FISA law comports to the actual wording of the US Bill of Rights, specifically, the 4th Amendment. And this time, Gardner Goldsmith has taken one of the music pieces from the original pod and worked his editing magic to make it a fitting "F-U" to the liars in politics who trample on rights and tell you they're not, or that it's for "your own good." Listen for "Rockets Are Red" at the start of the production. Visit us and join the Conspiracy for Freedom, at www.libertyconspiracy.com Remain serious about liberty. Be Seeing You.
Furb, the founder of the Freedom Book Club, joins GG in this program that concentrates on the evils of a proposal in Europe: a bill to outlaw any seeds and plants not approved by the EU politicians. As Gardner Goldsmith shows, this idea goes back to the 1960's, and IS something that "Conspiracy Theorist" folks have been warning was in the works. We give them the credit they deserve, and try to sound the alarm. Genetic fascism is just around the bend when it comes to food in the EU. Music? Well, we offer The Buzzcocks "Something's Gone Wrong Again", Killing Joke "The Wait", The Pagans "Eyes of Satan" (a bunch of 17 yr old Ohio punks), The Demons "I'll Make you Sorry", Curtis Mayfield "Superfly", Schmoyoho's new one "Dead Giveaway" based on interviews with Charles Ramsey, the guy who found three missing/kidnapped girls in Ohio, Motorhead "Killed by Death", WIRE "12 Times U" (a new play on and remix of their classic "1,2, x U"), Apollo Smile "Dune Buggy", and Paul Weller "7&3 Was the Striker's Name" off "Wake Up the Nation". Hope you like the production and we hope you'll spread the word about our shows and our site! Visit us at www.libertyconspiracy.com Become part of the Conspiracy! Be Seeing You!
Includes more material. Apologies for the shortened pod earlier on 5-2. We have noticed that since the suspension of the Bill of Rights during the search for the Boston Marathon suspects, many pop media members have been working hard to construct all kinds of seedy rationales to tell you that it's perfectly fine for government to crush liberties in order to answer 'exigent circumstances". This is not only incorrect, the activity of these so-called "journalists" is immoral and sick. Here is the Liberty Conspiracy refutation of Slate. A short production, concentrating on just this topic, with music by Oggy and the Stooges "Down on the Street", Killing Joke "Millennium", Love Spit Love "Little Fist" and The Damned "I Just Can't Be Happy Today"! Welcome back to the Conspiracy plotting for freedom. We're a group of people who explore contemporary issues, historical events and ideas, and try to derive long-standing principles from them - principles that involve freedom, economics and creativity. We hope you like the approach. In this program, we welcome fellow Conspirator Tyrin Price, who joined host El G Grande to offer his thoughts on the failure of the state to protect people in Boston, the rationales for the bombings that the attackers constructed in their angry minds, and the ease with which police state swept into the area and crushed the US Constitution. Spread the word, and visit us at www.libertyconspiracy.com! Music? Here's the list! We open with Schtum "Big, Big City", then hear Soul Coughing "Super Bon-Bon", then offer Muse: "Plug-in Baby", then hear The Mummies' "You Must Fight to Live (on the Planet of the Apes)" and close things off with the New Bomb Turks "Gotta, Gotta Sinking Feeling" Be Seeing You!
With an appreciation for the people in the city who died, suffered, who survived, we who cherish liberty look at the murderous attack on the attendees at the Boston Marathon. Gardner Goldsmith is joined by Furb, founder of the Freedom Book Club. They look at something that has been mentioned at the Liberty Conspiracy website, which we will cut and paste here: Homeland Security has not stopped one terrorist event. And after holding off on any political analysis, I started to think about the vulnerability one feels in a public place like Boston, an event like that... And the literal impossibility of true security that even the most dedicated police officers and politicians can try to provide. That area near the finish line is one of the most policed areas in any sporting/live/public event in the world. Yet this happened. It makes me consider the question framed thus: One might think about the percentage of cops per thousands on that street. At what level of officers/people does one think that there would have been a different outcome? I say that with no rancor towards anyone's beliefs, but just as a matter of reality. If killers wanted to kill, even a thousand more cops couldn't have stopped it. You can construct bicycles with pipe bombs in their frames and park them places. You can infiltrate the piping of the stands and tents and replace sections with pipes loaded with explosives. you can detonate bombs planted high up, loaded with metals to cause terrible damage. And all this brings me back to one insight, which is that there are (most often) reasons for terrorist acts. What are they? I won't sound "bleeding heart" when I say that, as a mathematical construct, if one cannot really stop terrorists who are hell bend on killing, then can one try to reduce the likelihood that people will be inspired to kill? Many killers don't have reasons inspired by things we can pinpoint as triggers, but many do. If this turns out to be a case of political terrorism, and we know it's impossible (or close to it) for the political machine to be big enough to stop this, then what does one do to try to reduce the likelihood of people wanting to kill for political reasons, such as disliking what the US does in the Middle East, etc? Our music comes from bands that began in Boston, and includes: The Zulus "Directly from our Hearts to Yours", The Pixies "Debaser" (as we have noted, the Pixies used to open for the Zulus, and even they said the Zulus were the best band in the city), DMZ (the precursor to Lyres) "Bad Attitude", Big Dipper "Easter Eve", Mission of Burma "That's When I Reach for My Revolver", Morphine "Thursdays" (RIP Mark Sandman), Human Sexual Response (the forerunner to The Zulus) "Blow Up" (yes, music didacts, we adjusted the volume where it loses some VUs, and you know where that happens if you know Boston music!), The Zulus "Gotta Have Faith", and Eli Paperboy Reed (great New Soul singer originally from Brookline, MA) "Stake Your Claim". Be Seeing You...
When the US Supreme Court issued its decision in the Heller case (Dick Heller was a DC resident who sued over the District's restrictions on the 2nd Amendment) many so-called "conservatives" and "small government libertarians" and "Constitutionalists" cheered. We did not. In his conclusion to the majority opinion Antonin Scalia did something very bad to the English language and to the definition of the word "right". Find out why our observation of this bad precedent, and our predictions about that error were prescient, and why it has a bearing on all future debates over all rights, not solely the right to self-defense. Can you believe that a politically appointed judge actually implied that the right to self-defense can be attenuated? Listen, and you'll see! We have that AND a visit from fellow Conspirator Malcolm, who offers his thoughts on Diane Feinstein, St. Patrick's Day, and more! Plus music by Vintage Trouble, Leogun, and Grinderman! No songs listed in this case, because we'd like you to investigate the bands and buy some of their stuff! Be Seeing You!
Indeed. We have some constitutional analysis for you, and some commentary on the soda fascists in NYC, and the ruling of a judge who said it was unacceptable. That and music from Killing Joke "FEMA Camp", The Asian Dub Foundation "Target Practice", Ryan Lee Crosby "The War", Black Sabbath "Iron Man" Fugazi "Waiting Room", Hawkwind "Silver Machine", David Bowie "Fashion", The Damned "Anti-Pope" and more! The Liberty Conspiracy, a clenched punk fist smashing into the face of the state and the hypocrites who support it and work for its ceaseless attacks on individual sovereignty. In this program (sponsored by Con-WOW!)we look at the shock the pop media have expressed about the current president's clearly unconstitutional, immoral and evil assassination program and his attacks on US and foreign civilians. No trial, no presentation of evidence. No presumption of innocence. Just death from above (not 1979 -- look up the band, good one). This is an intense program. We can see how quickly the system is unraveling. On a recent "Ed" show (you know, the dummy we exposed for his complete lack of understanding about how speculation in products actually helps keep their prices lower during times of dearth) Ed's production team posted a poll. 78% of those who responded thought it was acceptable for the US government to assassinate Americans without trial. We're in the minority. Things are unwinding rapidly. Get ready for bad mojo, kids. This program also features a discussion of a recent viral vid that shows a teenage girl in court, and how a bored judge slammed her for saying WORDS. Think about it. Was she convicted of a crime? Did she or did she not retain her right to free speech? What does that tell us about the unworkability of a courtroom and the consistency of government to "protect" speech rights when it chooses to block them when its agents don't like the language you use? With KICK ASS music by The Datsuns "Harmonic Generator", SHINING (Norway) "Fisheye", The Dead Boys "Sonic Reducer", The Prodigy "Baby's Got a Temper", The Prodigy "Spitfire", The Zulus "Directly from Our Hearts to Yours", Girls Against Boys "Rockets are Red", WIRE "Agfers of Kodack", and Tribe "Abort" - Buy them if you can and please remember, we rely on donations to keep our vast audio library out there to prove our points about freedom. Be Seeing You!
Welcome back to the Conspiracy, where we strive to spread the principles of individual liberty and peaceful interaction. In this special program, we give you a show with one unified theme: that the state is the biggest, most destructive religion in the history of the world. We look at the inauguration of the current President of the US and compare the rituals and beliefs backing the state (in all its forms) to the rituals and beliefs backing various religions. We also look at what happens to those who become apostates to the religion of the state. Ritualism, the state, belief in its beneficence, and its power to destroy non-believers -- they are all covered here, with music by the Psychedelic Furs "Forever Now", The Golden Palominos "The Animal Speaks", Derek Lyn Plastic "Run with Me", The Sons of Hercules "Reason to Live" and "Snake People", The Future of the Left "The Hope that House Built", Midnight Oil "What Goes On", Asian Dub Foundation "Target Practice", The Ramones "Sheena Is a Punk Rocker" and The Horrors "Sheena Is a Parasite"!!!!!
