The World's Most Dangerous Podcast. Hosted by Chad Dotson (Reds columnist for Cincinnati Magazine and founder of Redleg Nation, author of "The Big 50: Cincinnati Reds"), Bill Lack, Jason Linden (and the ghost of Lisalverto Bonilla), the show is full of witty and timely commentary on Cincinnati Reds…
cincinnati reds, reds baseball, joey votto, best reds podcast, goodyear, redlegs, great reds, chad and his guests, chad's, minor league, viewer, arizona, etc etc, roster, virginia, offense, dangerous, keep 'em coming.
Listeners of Redleg Nation Radio: A Cincinnati Reds Podcast that love the show mention: reds fans, go reds,The Redleg Nation Radio: A Cincinnati Reds Podcast is a must-listen for any avid Reds fan. I have been tuning in for several years now, and it has become a highlight of my week. The podcast offers a perfect blend of current Reds news, analysis, humor, and even some fun discussions about movies and Simpsons references. Chad and Nate are regular hosts, but the show often features fantastic guests such as Jason, Bill, Chris (the attorney from the Columbus-area), and Doug. It truly feels like joining a family when you become a Patreon subscriber, with the opportunity to ask questions and interact in Slack alongside other dedicated fans.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is Chad's passion for the team. As a lifelong Reds fan himself, his love for the team shines through in every episode. However, he also provides objective and fair criticism of ownership and the team when necessary. The podcast strikes a great balance between highlighting both the positive aspects of the team and addressing its faults. Additionally, Chad's natural humor adds an entertaining touch to each episode.
One possible drawback of this podcast is that it may not appeal to those who are not Reds fans or baseball enthusiasts. While there are occasional digressions into other topics like food, travel, or music preferences (which I personally find enjoyable), much of the content revolves around the Cincinnati Reds. However, if you have even a tangential interest in baseball or want to stay updated on Reds discussion, this podcast is still worth checking out.
In conclusion, I highly recommend The Redleg Nation Radio: A Cincinnati Reds Podcast to any die-hard Reds fan or baseball enthusiast looking for informative and entertaining content. Chad Dotson does an excellent job as the host, providing insightful commentary while injecting humor into each episode. With its engaging discussions, passionate hosts and guests, and interactive opportunities through Patreon, this podcast has become an essential part of my fan experience. Keep up the great work, Chad and the crew!
