Did you know you were born with a protective trait that stops your success, but you have the antidote to switch it off immediately?Have you ever, even for one quick second, felt that something was stopping you from achieving what you really wanted, that no matter what you did, it was ineffective, and you felt hopeless? They will help you to discover a protective hidden trait called the Inborn Sabotaging Trait. Yes. Inborn. You are born with it, and you cannot get rid of it. However, it does not undermine you but protects you from the very success that you desire because it is subconsciously more painful to achieve that success than changing your present-day ineffective behavior.Once you uncover this hidden trait, they give you an Antidote, a one sentence solution to switch it off immediately so it is impossible for you to sabotage your personal and professional life, thereby achieving even greater success. They guarantee it. This Antidote works 100% of the time to stop self-sabotage.You are encouraged to reserve your FREE 24-hour pass to a masterclass that goes deeper into this. The EU supposedly has some of the world's toughest laws regulating big tech. So why does it still feel like Europeans are being sucked into increasingly polarised online communities, and manipulated during our elections? Can we do anything about it? This week's guest, the Irish internet campaigner Johnny Ryan, argues that a pretty radical solution is within the EU's reach. We're also talking about the Dutch government's collapse, and why bear meat may soon be on the menu in Slovakia. Johnny is the Director of Enforce. Welcome! and Thank you for listening. We all have the ability to switch on and off mentally. The problem is we do not often realize when or what causes the switch. But when it does, we instantly create a dialog to support the change. The switch is often not in sync with our bodies. Some say it is the brains way of protecting the body from doing harm. Sometimes it is the brains way of saying enough. The problem comes when the brain pulls a fast one to get instant gratification or to avoid perceived mental anguish. The switch becomes a crossroads for overall health and even life itself on occasion. Learning what causes your switch to flip can be very helpful in healthy decision making. This episode is dedicated to those who lived gallantly in body and mind until the very end. They were wonderful mentors for a life well lived. Thank you. It's so tempting to leave it all for “later.” But let's be honest—if you don't get some key things done now, they'll sit in the back of your mind over the holidays, robbing you of the mental break you deserve before the new dance year kicks off. Where do we draw the line on being a social worker and being a person? On this week's episode, our hosts Vince and Cara discuss whether being a social worker restricts your freedoms - online and in the real world? How do we define ‘bringing the profession into disrepute?' Does being a social worker change the way you see the world? Are you more likely to intervene and involve yourself with members of the public? Should we be able to make a ‘citizens intervention'? Join the conversation, every Friday morning. Created by social workers, for social workers.
