Inoltre, comunicare nel modo giusto è un modo per prevenire inconvenienti e situazioni di stress che potrebbero diventare spiacevoli. Questo vale per la nostra vita privata, ma vale anche per il nostro lavoro. In questa puntata, ancora una volta insieme a Valerio de Lorenzo di Promind vi raccontiamo come comunicare in maniera efficace e sana. Anche quando ordinate un caffè.

L'ansia è forse la sensazione che nominiamo più spesso durante le nostre giornate. Nella prima puntata di questo podcast vi avevamo suggerito di usare l'esercizio della granularità emotiva quando vi sentite agitati. È un modo per fermarvi e capire se vi trovate davvero in uno stato ansioso. Quando succede, quando è davvero ansia, sappiamo che non è semplice tornare tranquill*, perciò abbiamo chiesto a Valerio de Lorenzo di Promind, che è un esperto in riabilitazione psichiatrica, di parlarci dell'ansia: cos'è, come la possiamo gestire e come chiedere aiuto quando diventa un peso troppo grande per noi.

Siamo abituati a pensare che l'unico ambito della nostra vita che ci dà valore sia il lavoro. Per questo, senza porci troppe domande, trascuriamo tutto il resto. Il nostro valore, in realtà, è dato da tanti aspetti e sono tutti di uguale importanza. Anche il tempo libero e gli affetti. Siamo degli esseri complessi e dedicarci solo al lavoro non è sufficiente per farci stare bene. In studio con noi c'è ancora una volta Valerio de Lorenzo di Promind, esperto in riabilitazione psichiatrica. Con lui abbiamo parlato del nostro valore e siamo partiti dalla definizione di valore personale per eccellenza, quella dell'autostima.

Siamo abituati a pensare agli obiettivi come ad un punto di arrivo e organizziamo il nostro lavoro (e la nostra vita) sulla base di ciò che vogliamo raggiungere. Ma quante volte ci fermiamo a valutare in modo realistico la strada che dobbiamo percorrere? Darsi degli obiettivi sembra facile, invece non è per niente scontato. In questa puntata, insieme a Valerio de Lorenzo di Promind, impariamo a distinguere tra i nostri desideri e gli obiettivi che ci consentono di realizzarli. Un percorso fatto di valutazioni e successi, ma anche - e soprattutto - di errori.

Ci hanno detto che le emozioni non devono mai interferire con il lavoro. Noi crediamo che non ci sia niente di più sbagliato. Per questo che abbiamo scelto di cominciare il nostro percorso di crescita professionale e personale proprio da qui, dalle emozioni. Un libero professionista che basa la propria attività su se stesso, infatti, deve sapersi ascoltare. Ignorare i segnali che ci invia il nostro corpo, ignorare le frustrazioni, l'ansia, non distinguere tra ciò che ci rende felici e ciò che ci rende stressati non è positivo per noi né per la nostra professione.
