Prepositions of place help us to organize our sentence structure. They connect two words by mostly giving the second word a dependence, and by doing this, we can create longer and more natural sentences.a la derecha (de): a la derecha puedes ver el Empire Statea la izquierda (de): a la izquierda puedes ver el Empire Statedelante/adelante (de): tengo 10 personas delante de mí.detrás/atrás (de): Hay una pizzería detrás de mí.cerca (de): tengo muchas cosas cerca de mí.lejos (de): todos los bancos están lejos.al lado (de): tengo un supermercado al lado.en/al frente (de): Hay un supermercado al frente de mí.entre: Hay una pizzería entre las calles uno y cinco.arriba de: Hay un gato arriba de la biblioteca. debajo/abajo de: Hay una persona debajo en la mesa.EN as a preposition:EN can be IN, AT, ON. In Spanish we don't make a clear difference among them, and most of the times, you can use en in almost all cases, especially as prepositions of place. Not always, but most of them. OF THE DAY: Guatita (pancita) llena, corazón contento.
