Ich führe diese Selbstgespräch-Methode direkt vor und unterhalte mich mit - Gott persönlich. Das Gespräch wurde zu einem Befreiungsschlag - hat gutgetan. Pierbattista Pizzaballa ist eine der wichtigsten christlichen Stimmen im Nahen Osten. Der Franziskanermönch und polyglotte Theologe wurde gar als papabile gehandelt. Er wollte aber im Nahen Osten bei den leidgeprüften Menschen bleiben. Und versucht, den Dialog aufrechtzuerhalten. Die Universität Freiburg i.Ü. verleiht Kardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa den Ehrendoktor in Theologie 2025. Dafür reist der Kardinal und lateinische Patriarch von Jerusalem am 14. November in die Schweiz. Er spricht über: «Jerusalem- zwischen Realität und Hoffnung». Kardinal Pizzaballa glaubt, dass die interreligiöse Verständigung nicht nur eine Zukunft hat, sondern überhaupt erst eine Zukunft für Frieden schafft. Doch die Spannungen zwischen Juden, Christen und Muslimen in der Region halten an. Und auch innerhalb des breiten christlichen Spektrums herrscht keine Einigkeit. Pierbattista Pizzaballa lebt inmitten dieses Spannungsfelds. Und er versucht, am interreligiösen und ökumenischen Dialog festzuhalten. Der lateinische Patriarch von Jerusalem spricht neben seiner Muttersprache Italienisch auch fliessend Englisch, Arabisch und Neuhebräisch. Das schafft Vertrauen. Seit Jahrzehnten lebt Pierbattista Pizzaballa in Jerusalem, betreut die christlichen Stätten im Heiligen Land und die römisch-katholischen Christinnen und Christen. 2020 erhob ihn Papst Franziskus zum lateinischen Patriarchen von Jerusalem. Dazu gehören alle römisch-katholischen Gläubigen in Israel, der Westbank und Gaza wie auch in Jordanien, im Libanon und auf Zypern. Welche Zukunft haben Christinnen und Christen hier? Johann Sebastian Bach hatte ein feines Gespür für die technischen Möglichkeiten und das klangliche Potential der Traversflöte - ein Instrument, das sich mehr und mehr etablierte und das Bach in seiner Leipziger Zeit immer häufiger anstelle der Blockflöte einsetzte. Die h-Moll-Flötensonate BWV 1030 komponierte Bach vermutlich um 1736–1737. Sie ist die längste und komplexeste von Bachs Flötensonaten und gilt als Höhepunkt seiner Auseinandersetzung mit dem Instrument. Anders als die meisten seiner anderen Flötensonaten ist BWV 1030 keine Triosonate mit Generalbass, sondern eine Sonate für zwei gleichberechtigte Partner: Flöte und Cembalo treten in einen engen Dialog, wechseln sich in Themenführung und virtuosen Passagen ab und schaffen so eine dichte musikalische Struktur. In der Diskothek werden sechs unterschiedliche Aufnahmen der Flötensonate BWV 1030 von J.S. Bach verglichen. Gäste von Eva Oertle sind der Flötist Marco Brolli und die Cembalistin Urte Lucht.

Für Pörksen bedeutet echtes Zuhören, „überraschungs- und irritationsfähig“ zu sein, damit wir wirklich etwas Neues und nicht nur Bestätigung erfahren. Er kritisiert das „Sprungbretthören“, wie er es nennt: das vermeintliche Zuhören, während man nur auf eine Pause oder ein Stichwort wartet, um wieder von sich selbst zu sprechen oder den anderen gleich mitten im Satz zu unterbrechen. Zuhören ist für Pörksen eine Kunst, doch er warnt zugleich davor, ihre Wirkung zu überschätzen. Dialog bedeutet verstehen zu wollen, nicht automatisch Verständnis oder gar Einverständnis, denn auch die Anerkennung von Differenzen gehört zum Verstehen wollen und führt nicht zwangsläufig zur Auflösung von Differenzen. Wie hat sich Kommunikation durch digitale Medien verändert? Wie unser Zuhören im Speziellen? Welche Folgen hat das für unsere Sehnsucht nach Resonanz? Öffentlich-rechtlichen Sendern droht der Mittelentzug. Wenn Medienschaffende mundtot gemacht werden, Kameras draußen bleiben und Fakten zur Nebensache werden, steht mehr auf dem Spiel als nur eine Schlagzeile. Genau darum geht es in dieser besonderen Jubiläumsfolge. Doch Innovation entsteht nur, wenn wir offen teilen, was wir lernen, und gemeinsam ausprobieren.5️⃣ Führung verändert sich. Es geht nicht mehr darum, alle Antworten zu kennen, sondern gute Fragen zu stellen – und Teams zu befähigen, mit dieser neuen Technologie souverän umzugehen.Mir ist in der Vorbereitung auf die Folge und im Gespräch bewusst geworden, dass wir alle in dieser Entwicklung am selben Startpunkt stehen. Egal, ob du dich schon intensiv mit KI beschäftigst oder erst beginnst – niemand hat hier jahrzehntelange Erfahrung.
