Well, it's that time of year again. Another year has come and gone to this particular noisy and awful month (sound-wise at least). Today I talk a bit about the history of Independence day and learned that silent fireworks actually do exist and they're just as expensive as the regular loud ones that traumatize people and animals this time of year. Hey everyone Admin G here. Today I talk about the joy of watching someone feel good when you give them something or do something for them on their birthdays and watching their faces light up or their eyes sparkle. I then talk about the 5 different love languages and how it's important to know the love language of not only your partner, but your children, family members, and friends as well. I then talk about the 7 different types of love and what those entail. Hey everyone happy Wednesday! I hope all of you are doing well. Today I talk a bit about what's going on in my life with school right now. I wanted to share my excitement with you all, but I also wanted to talk about my fears. That being said, this episode ties into last week's episode about your passions and following them, while also tieing into the upcoming episode about plans not always working out like you planned them to. So I just want to say, thank you for listening to my rambling. Have a wonderful existence, we love you. Well, we were going to like, talk mostly about passions and how if you do what you love, you will enjoy your work and it's just... better for you. But then we kind of went off topic and started about books and stuff. This episode was supposed to be more "chill" anyway and I think we accomplished that this episode :) Don't forget to follow us on social media @activelyautistic and check out our YouTube channel with our original soundtrack for Season 1 of Actively Autistic. Hey everyone, sadly Admin S lost their resources for the episode that was supposed to take place today. So instead, we decided to do something different. We decided to just talk to one another. It's a bit different than normal since there's not a specific topic or topics we were going to talk about, so this is really raw compared to other episodes. We hope you enjoy this one. Hey everyone! For a long time in a while, Admin S and I were able to make an episode today! We talked about Mindfulness and some of the new things I've been learning in my summer class, as well as combining a few topics of what it's like to be disabled. The accommodations that we recommend to do for yourself is give yourself space and time. Read a book, play a game, do what makes you happy and spend that time for yourself.
