THE PROGRAM WE'RE DISCUSSING IS LEAP ACADEMY OF NEW JERSEY. AND IT WAS LED BY 23 YEAR OLD AT THE TIME MARCO MORCOS. OFTEN TIMES THE PERCEPTION OF COACH BRUNSON IS A LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS MAN WHO IS TOO HARD ON HIS KIDS. HOWEVER, THERE'S A METHOD TO HIS MADNESS. Is our role to just Coach and Train the student athlete? Or are we supposed to inform them as well? In episode 43 of A.M.University we sat down with Julian Dunkley, Co-Founder of The Difference Makers to discuss the Role of the Coach / Trainer in a student athlete's life.

Recruiting is a circus, and if your not prepared for it as a parent of athlete, your head will surely be spinning going through the process. In episode 39 of A.M. University we sat down with Taquan Woodley. Taquan was part of a Camden High team that was ranked 6th in the country . Taquan received All State honors two years in a row, and was the #6 ranked player in the state of New Jersey. Taquan knows the recruiting process all too well, committing to Penn State, only to decommit a couple months later because of the firing of Coach Chambers. Taquan will be playing at South Carolina next season. He sat down with us to share what the recruiting process is like.

Basketball is a HARD sport to be great at. And if you want to be great, you gotta put in the work. In episode 37 of A. M. University we sat down with Semaj Inge. OG was a huge part of the legendary team that won the Tournament of Champions as a public school, one of only two boys public schools to ever accomplish this in the state of New Jersey. Often times people run from situations. Especially in the game of basketball. In episode 18, me and Wayne sat down with two former players of mine at WesTech High School that not only took on the role of "PRESSURE ", but flourished in it. Leading Westech to one of the best seasons in program history.
