Strategies are crucial in escalating sales and marketing productivity by providing a focused and structured approach to achieving business goals. Effective strategies enable businesses to identify and target their ideal customers, allowing them to tailor their marketing efforts and messaging to resonate with the right audience, resulting in higher conversion rates and increased sales. Well-defined strategies provide a roadmap for optimizing resource allocation, enabling businesses to allocate their time, budget, and workforce efficiently. This leads to improved productivity as efforts are directed towards activities that generate the most impact and deliver the highest returns. Strategic planning helps businesses stay ahead of the competition by identifying and capitalizing on market trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities. This proactive approach ensures that sales and marketing efforts are aligned with changing market dynamics, giving businesses a competitive edge and boosting productivity. Strategies also facilitate effective measurement and analysis of sales and marketing performance. By setting clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), businesses can track their progress, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize their sales and marketing efforts, resulting in increased productivity and better outcomes.

Listen to this episode to know more about the subject matter and what Das Narayandas and Arijit Sengupta of the Harvard Business Review have to say about Artificial Intelligence in Marketing and Sales Strategies.
The path to consistency is one where most fail and fall prey to their resistance. Not getting instant gratification is one of the giant demons that make them either quit halfway or the fear of which makes them not begin something at all. This episode comprises a poem I wrote revolving around the subject matter. I hope you enjoy this podcast and that it helps you bring about a change in your lives.
Aristotle rightly said, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.” We start on something but lose our grip on it often and get sucked into an abyss of regret and self-doubt. She is also selected for the Indian School of Business through the Young Leaders Program. The fight for consistency is a marathon, not a sprint, a daily battle to dilute its effect on you. Selling is just like any other skill you've acquired. Learning how to sell is probably easier than learning how to do your current technical work on many levels. Despite being smart and savvy, people struggle with sales. Find out what the April 2022 edition of Wharton Magazine has to say on this.
The modern approach I am here to talk about is one where companies and firms focus on the multiple needs of a single customer rather than catering to a single market of various customers. It is no longer enough for companies to cater to the needs of many different customers. If businesses want to build loyalty and lasting value, they must figure out the diverse needs of a single customer to increase and enhance Customer Lifetime Value.
When a customer is willing to get a cup of coffee, it's a beautiful moment. This moment becomes even more wonderful and expansive when it connects to Starbucks. As a result, the business ensures that this connection is strengthened and grows stronger with each interaction. In line with this, Starbucks supports these connections with customers by expanding the communities of those customers and providing world-class coffee. Starbucks first acquired roasted coffee for this purpose. Systematic data collection and information systems consequently enhance the superior quality of the selected coffee beans. Starbucks does so because it is a part of the story, even the great coffee being a core business. In India, Starbucks has been incredibly successful in making a significant presence by adhering to the retail model of the country. Starbucks has taken care of the local requirement, which is relevant to the local culture in India, and India is possibly the fastest potential market for Starbucks.
Influencer marketing is a form of digital marketing that enables businesses to collaborate with individuals who have a following for increased brand exposure. Marketers of companies often ask a person with a large following to publish social media content that promotes their products or services. Although, an excellent strategy, influencer marketing is still new and upcoming, and with this comes the possibility of frequent blunders. In this episode, I shall be talking about one such blunder committed by a highly popular influencer promoting a series of one of the leading brands of mobile phones. I hope you enjoy this episode.
Today we are going to learn about one of the most prominent charitable and spiritual societies in the world – The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) – and the obstacles faced by them in enhancing their visitor experience in such a data-driven world. This episode talks about the tactics and events that played in favor of one of the dominating beer companies – White Claw – when competition encroached in the market and the sales graphs of the company were prone to present tidal waves. Now, any company, dominating in its field has one and only one objective – to keep the crown at the least, if not ascend its domination. Such was the case with White Claw before certain events and tactics paved the way for it to maintain its grip in the industry.
Today we are going to learn about the time-management factor between managers and their subordinates, and how the issues and problems of subordinates – which are referred to by the phrase “monkey on the back” – obstruct the discretionary time of managers. I hope you enjoy the podcast!
With a new season, comes a new genre of my podcasts - the various aspects of the business world. In this episode, we shall be talking about the pricing strategy of IKEA and how its Operations and Research and Development Department contributes to this. I hope you enjoy this podcast!
This episode is for those who, due to "growing up" fell into the abyss of society's expectations in terms of a "safe career" and let go of their dreams that they were truly passionate about. This episode is to instill and ignite a spark in them to reconnect and follow those dreams, as deviant as they may be; to make mistakes but not regret them.
This episode is simply a reminder to those who sacrifice their own expectations and desires in order to please others' expectations of them. It is not worth losing touch with your own self and being a shell of a person, filling others' validations.
This podcast is about those unfortunate, upsetting incidents that almost every one of us has faced in our lives and how the memories of them keep coming back to us even long after the event took place. Pushing those memories is not the solution to it. Rather, patiently listening to them and untangling their knots is how we actually move on from it and come back stronger. P. S. This is my first impromptu podcast - unscripted. I hope you enjoy it.
If you have recently moved out of your home for a job, college, or any other reason, and after a long time came home and realised the kind of luxurious and pampered life you used to live, or have ever been through this stage of your life, then this is the episode for you.
The only tangent to such the toxic cycle of perfectionism and procrastination is keeping things simple and not making a project or subject of the streak too heavy; to not emphasize emphatically about the beautification of something, but rather focus on the shipping of it, putting something out there consistently.
The marble floor you step on while entering a temple and the idol you worship and bow to in that same temple are both made of the same material, that is marble. But you step on one and pray to another, why? Because of the carvings, pressure and hits, the idol's marble has gone through in its lifetime and now is worthy to be bowed to. We are all born with a choice, whether to be the marble people bow to or be the one people step on. It is the will and intention that differentiates which of the two a person becomes. In this podcast of mine, I intend to make the listeners feel and understand this perception through a poem I wrote. I hope you enjoy it.
The path to greatness is something we all wish for and most of us even strive to achieve it, but unfortunately, there are gatekeepers along the way. The dip is a phase which brings with it a revolting wave of resistance, and this is the phase that not many are able to cross. In this podcast of mine, I talk about that dip through a poem that I wrote. I hope you enjoy it.
Living away from home for the first time, managing numerous things alone and learning from them is an experience extremely thrilling. But, with that comes the pain of missing the comfort, love and warmth that only one's parents can give them. In this episode, I have described that feeling with a poem I wrote through my own experience. I hope you enjoy this!
Today, I am here in conversation with Aaradhya Tiwari, a brilliant writer and a poet with such an inspirational and beautifully creative imagination, she has written more than 150 stories so far – each one being a unique gem – at such an early age. She is one of the sweetest and most generous mentors I have ever had, she organized a 4-weeks program wherein the participants not only had the front row seat to her magic but she also helped them bring out the magic within themselves and weave their own stories – it was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. She is also an amazing friend of mine. To get to know someone closely, building a compassionate and generous connection, is done so beautifully through sharing stories. This was the notion, so beautifully nurtured by Mrs. Indu Punj, founder of a brilliant initiative - "Stories Matter" - that, through stories, aims towards enhancing the lives of our children, by making them more empathetic towards the world as well as themselves, by breaking stereotypes, emphasizing self-regulation, self-acceptance and gender sensitivity. She has conducted many interesting workshops, such as on compassion, emotional intelligence in children, counselling session with parents, teacher training for special children, etc. Having over 20 years of experience with students of various schools, she ventured on further reaching out to people, putting her knowledge and expertise to good use and gaining new insights. As a psychologist, she connected and empathized better with people, by so dedicatedly, nurturing the notion of storytelling; as she so rightly puts it, “each story matters”. There is always some entity, some power, very subtle though, that is there around us whenever we are in distress or going through difficulties. That subtle power, against all the forces pulling us down, tries to give us the strength to triumph through the situation. Most of us, unfortunately, give in to those difficulties by unheeding that subtle voice. In this episode, I have tried to convey the importance, of that friend of ours that is on our side against our foes, through a poem I wrote. I hope you enjoy this episode!
What is the first thing that you neglect, whenever you surf through a website for information or read about the product you wish to shop for or scroll through fascinating articles? It's the ones behind the article itself, that we neglect. Writers are the ones who are responsible for you being hooked on to those content and without whom, none of such enterprises would operate. In this episode of mine, I have attempted to embark and throw light upon this subject, with the help of an amazing writer as my first guest in my podcast, and a very dear friend of mine, Sugandha Verma. So, sit back and enjoy this amazing interaction!
Most of us are on the path that is either societally approved or appreciated, or simply because along the way, we lost touch with the zesty dreams we used to have about our careers, and ended up going with the safer options. Truth be told, I myself am struggling with this dilemma, but I consciously believe that this cycle needs to break.
It is true that as and when we grow up, we diminish the creative light within us all. Once as children we were all so curious and fearlessly inquisitive about everything, but most of us developed a sheepish approach to numerous things as we grew up. Our creative and curious side brings forth such interesting aspects and colors to our lives that we never could fathom, so, let us not diminish this light and try to be more in touch with our inner child.
I have been writing poems on a daily basis, based on various things close to my heart. So, I decided to make a podcast episode on one of my poems, wherein I shall be reciting that poem. The poem I chose for today's podcast is "A Walk through the Wild". The wild, I refer to the toxic side of society, and through my poem, I have tried to reflect that side. I hope you like this episode.
Life will, on many occasions, knock you down and it is in these moments that you decide whether or not get back up.
We often drool over the end result or the outcome, and disregard the importance of the process and the consistency. In this episode of mine, I have talked about the importance of consistency using the example of the movie - The Karate Kid.
