First stop on our BierBuzz® invades San Diego tour is Lost Abbey - Port Brewing. Some terrific award winning beers are coming out of this location so follow us as tour the brewery while talking with Tomme Arthur and Matthew Webster about the history of the brewery & what is coming next. This is going to be a thirst quenching episode you won’t want to miss.
One of our personal favorites and one of the few breweries that uses 100% natural ingredients in their beers is I&I brewing. That means no extract just 100% fruit or special additions and with dedication like that we just had to stop by. Follow the team as they talk with Eric Millspaugh, one of the owners of the brewery and help out in making a beer.
This week the team heads out to the National Orange Show Events Center to check out their first BrewFest. We interview a couple new comers: Polymath Brewing Company, Escape Craft Brewery, and Heroes Restaurant & Brewery. The team had a blast at this event and hope to see this brewfest get bigger and bigger, cheers

We kept hearing about this great brewery out in San Clemente, California called Left Coast brewing Co and just had to stop by. With tons of gold medal winning beers we were surprised we hadn’t come by earlier. Grab a pint and sit back while we explore what Left Coast Brewing Co has to offer. Don’t forget to watch the bloopers after the credits, it’s one hell of a show.
Having beers on the train was a bad idea which lands the crew in the Chateau Nightclub with in the Paris Las Vegas Hotel. Little did they know that a beerfest was taking place inside the hotel.
Our X-mas / New Year special has Jason making his way down to the Phoenix Club in Anaheim to checkout the OC Brew Ho Ho, and meeting up with Brant from "Tapped In Socal" at the Dale Brothers Brewery. See what's coming up for the new year and enjoy it with a beer.
The guys make their way down to Los Angeles and stop by Wirsthaus LA to try out some amazing German draft beer. Little did they know that the selection was out of this world and the food leaves Jason speechless… Either way, you should make the trip down to Wirsthaus in Los Angeles for a brew and some great food.
The guys are out again, but this time at the Renaissance Pleasure Faire checking out the craft brew demonstration and taking in what the faire has to offer. While back at the studio the BierBuzz crew try out some Firestone Walker Wookey Jack and a great Hefe Weizen from Hofbräu. Also introducing a new segment we call "Cool Beer Stuff".
The guys are back again this week checking out a Nut Brown Ale and a Black Butte Porter. They're also back at Vanguard Home Brew to bottle the Pale Ale that they made with Sean's help a few weeks ago while also trying their hand at kegging.
A visit to a local brewery, Hanger 24 located in Redlands, CA, brings to light how they go from the grain to the glass. Head Brewer, Kevin Wright, walks us through each carefully crafted step of creating their brews that are rapidly gaining popularity in Southern California.
We wanted to learn how to make beer ourselves. So we joined our friend Sean Geer at Vanguard Home Brew in LaVerne, CA to see what we needed in order to begin brewing. It was surprisingly simple, check us out as we make a Pale Ale in this weeks How To Brew episode.
