This episode is super personal. This is my story used as a tool to help others navigate their journey through healing the death of a beloved. This is my personal experience after moving through trauma and loss. The idea of this show is to honestly find healing through remembering who we are, who they are, and what the true meaning of life and ascension is by finding the deeper connection in knowing in Source and Self. You can feel it. You can heal it. You can honor it. You can find peace with it. This is your journey and you are allowed to express and feel all of your emotions openly. I encourage you anyone who has been through the trauma of losing a child, friend, father, mother or anyone they dearly love to seek a space where you can fully express you true feelings. To learn what deeper emotions are and begin to peel back the layers to heal and forgive.
