Cristiano Ronaldo Biography Flash a weekly Biography. Cristiano Ronaldo has spent the past few days in a swirl of football, business, and relationship headlines, with the most biographically important development being his return to the Al Nassr orbit after Portugal's World Cup exit and his first public reunion with the club's new coach Ange Postecoglou. ESPN reports he cut his holiday short to watch Al Nassr play Almeria in Lisbon, greeting teammates and Postecoglou from the stands, while Gulf News says he had not yet resumed full training, which matters because it signals the start of another defining season at 41 and a fresh chapter under new management. According to Fox Sports and Euronews, another long term story is his expanding off pitch empire, including reporting that he is producing and starring in a scripted soccer drama series called Day 1s and that he has become involved in new investment and ownership moves, including a stake in Almeria and a role tied to LiveMode and streaming related business activity. Euronews also says he has been described as one of the first football billionaires, a milestone that reinforces his stature beyond sport. On the social media front, the loudest verified chatter came from Ronaldo himself. Multiple outlets and social posts reported that he posted or referenced my toys, showing off part of his car collection, which kept his luxury brand image in the headlines. Times of India and other reports also say he replied with the word Fácil to a viral post calling him history's most famous athlete, a small but very Ronaldo style flex that spread fast online. In family and personal life, speculation around a wedding with Georgina Rodriguez intensified after reports in the New York Post, VnExpress, and other outlets, but several of those same reports noted the date and location rumors were unconfirmed and in some cases debunked. The Jewish Chronicle also reported Georgina deleted a Hebrew caption after backlash, which kept the couple under social media scrutiny. The recent football gossip is less about a dramatic transfer and more about legacy and longevity. Goal and Euronews both describe criticism and debate after Portugal's World Cup elimination, with former club figures defending him and some discussion about a reduced international role going forward. That is the biographical thread to watch, because every appearance now feeds the final act of an all time career. Thanks for listening. This has been a Quiet Please production. I surveyed my clients and one question kept coming back. How do I get clients without relying on the social media algorithm? So let's talk about it, because here's the truth. The algorithm was never the thing standing between you and your first client. If you're new to my channel, my name is Debbie Shadid. I'm a Business Growth and Life Coach and the founder of the Business Building Boutique. For over two decades, I've helped women learn how to become coaches, get clients, grow their businesses, and create meaningful income doing work they love.An algorithm is just a sorting system. There's no person in there judging your work, nobody can fully explain how it functions, and it changes constantly. So instead of trying to crack a code, let's build something sturdier.Imagine never again refreshing a post and wondering if the algorithm buried you. When you build on real conversations, real rooms, searchable content, and an audience you own, your business stops depending on a machine nobody understands. That's how you build something that lasts.

Episode 222 is our July Instagram Q&A, and per usual the questions did not disappoint. We dig through a big stack covering everything from exercise sequencing and deloads to GLP-1s, telehealth companies, and what we actually learned in our late-stage natty years that still apply. There is a lot of practical programming talk in this one. Where RDLs should actually go in your session, how to build a minimum effective program on three 45-minute sessions per week, the five exercises we would pick if we could only use five for an entire year, and how to structure a four day split when chest and arms are the priority. We also cover softer but equally important stuff: advice for new online coaches, why most people do not actually need a reverse diet, health habits we'll never stop doing, and the best sub $100 purchases that have improved our training. Fun one this month. One quick note: a number of pregnancy and fertility questions came in this round. Those were forgotten. They are getting saved for an upcoming episode so they can get the time and depth they deserve instead of a rushed answer at the end of a Q&A.Covered in this episode:Life updates: Bryan's program drop July 20th, Aaron's boys training trip in Dallas and September Refining Hypertrophy seminar in UtahExercise sequencing for barbell RDLs and whether exercise order actually mattersTRT telehealth recommendations in the US and what to look for in a companyEducational courses vs in-person seminars for coachesTop advice for aspiring online coachesWhy most people think they need a reverse diet but usually don'tHigh protein deficits, low carb diets, and nutrient timing around workoutsGLP-1 use for gen pop: tool or crutch?Current thoughts on deloads now that the dogma has died downLessons from TRT that still apply to natural liftersMinimum effective programming and desert island exercise picksLazy healthy meals, favorite health habits, and best cheap training purchasesTimestamps:00:00:00 – Intro and life updates: Bryan's travel and July 20th program drop, Aaron's Dallas boys training trip and September Refining Hypertrophy seminar 00:02:30 – Exercise sequencing for barbell RDLs. What do you wish someone had told you on day one of your coaching career? In this episode of The Coaching Lab, host Leigh Baker sits down with Sabryna Liddle, VP of Coaching Excellence at Catalyst Coaching 360, for a candid conversation about everything they wish they'd known as new health and wellness coaches—drawing on decades in the field since Catalyst launched in 2007.Whether you're fresh out of your training program, prepping for your board exam, or a seasoned coach looking to grow, Leigh and Sabryna unpack the real lessons that only experience can teach:Why taking fewer notes can make you a more present, more effective coachThe trap of over-structuring sessions—and how to find the right balance between framework and flexibilityTalking less, listening more, and getting comfortable with silenceWhy you're the expert in behavior change—and how that frees you from intimidation, even with physicians and executivesHandling "guns-blazing" clients and sensitive topics with curiosity instead of judgmentHow coaching skills transform your relationships beyond work—as a parent, spouse, and friendSabryna's mantra to always be curious and experiment, and Dr. Cooper's advice to "look for the 7s"—those glimpse moments that point you toward your sweet spotIf you're a coach or aspiring coach craving an honest, encouraging conversation between two pros who've watched the industry evolve over two decades, this one's for you.
Your business doesn't become real the day you qualify. It becomes real the day someone says yes, and pays you to coach them...This episode is about that first yes, and why most newly qualified coaches are sitting further away from it than they need to be. Coach training teaches you to coach. It rarely teaches you to get paid. So you land in the gap between qualified and paid, and start believing the answer is a better website, a tidier Instagram grid, a cleverer funnel. It isn't. Your first handful of paying clients won't come from your content marketing. They'll come from conversations. It's a proper rewilding move: stripping away everything that doesn't belong so the real work of these early days can actually happen. If this is your sticking point, come to my free live workshop on the 21st of July, How To Get Your First (Or Next) Paying Coaching Clients. We’re just 72 days away from the start of the Division III football season, and in that time, there’s a bunch of work to get done, including getting ready for the D3football.com preseason Top 25. We’re hungry for football to get started! And we’re getting you there with a couple of great conversations with coaches and Division III schools putting in that offseason work. That includes at Ohio Northern, which was stung at the last second in the NPI calculation and just missed the NCAA playoffs. Then the Polar Bears were stung at the last second in their bowl game, as Wabash scored at the end of the game, plus connected on a two-point conversion to get the win. That’s a lot of stinging, but the Polar Bears have worked away from that, including going as far as Ireland to find a summer opponent and get themselves ready for the 2026 Division III football season. ONU coach Andy Fries talks with us about that trip, the beautiful Cliffs of Moher which you see on the podcast thumbnail image, breaking in a new quarterback and so much more in our conversation in Podcast 410. Patrick Coleman also dropped by his alma mater, Catholic U., to chat with the Cardinals’ new coach, Kory David. Of course, things look a little different around CUA these days, and the new coach is a longtime defensive coach who played and coached at Cortland, while also driving defenses at Hobart, Muhlenberg and Eastern. In addition to answering the long-debated question of Wawa vs. Sheetz, David also talks about his two young coordinators, who he hired away from Mike Sirianni at Washington & Jefferson, as well as recruiting the northeast corridor, bringing a startup mentality to a CUA program which was 3-7 last year, and much more. Mentioned in the podcast: ATN Podcast 370, Much to be thankful for, featuring Mike Gutelius Plus we answer mailbag questions about Rowan and Hardin-Simmons, and discuss the latest coaching change at Hilbert. That and more in this edition of the D3football.com Around the Nation podcast. The D3football.com Around the Nation podcast is a weekly conversation during the season, twice monthly in the offseason, about NCAA Division III football, and has been running since 2007.
