A lot has been made in the past week of the number of Premiership rugby players left without a contract following the 2022/23 campaign, with over 100 looking for a new club ahead of the new season. In the Championship, there isn't the level of support as seen in the top-tier with less resources and access to a support network looking at potential options and transition. Former Leicester, Gloucester and England wing Leon Lloyd has created a company, Centrum Solutions, to try and bridge this gap and offer support to athletes interested in looking at options to coincide with or offer something different to sport.
