After we have our SMART goal plan and begin to implement it if we feel like we failed we must show ourselves compassion and continue the journey. After 20 years of working in the field she continued her academic education and earned her Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, in 2019. While in the MSW program she interned at RS Wellness and Counseling Center providing individual, couples, and family therapy; using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Throughout her career as an administrator serving people with disabilities, brain injuries, mental and emotional health vulnerabilities she never gave up on her goal to be a therapist and entrepreneur. Michelle is excited about the next chapter in life and looks forward to using her God given gifts, education, training, work and life experience to serve individuals and families on their journeys to developing or enhancing their wellness.
