With Election Day one day away, President Trump held rallies Sunday in Michigan, Iowa, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. On September 23, 2020 Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron announced that no indictment was returned against Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly and Detective Myles Cosgrove, who fired the bullets that struck and killed Breonna Taylor, a 26-year-old unarmed Black woman in her own home on March 13, 2020. That same day many people filled the streets in protest against the grand jury decision. The democratic establishment would love nothing more than to see the Progressive faction of the Democratic Party implode from within. They have a lengthy playbook to reference from that is filled with tactics on how to achieve this, and it looks as if progressive Dems have taken the bait. Bernie Sanders and AOC continue to be targets of media smear tactics. This is proof that the “powers that be” view them as a threat and will try and squash the power of the movement at any cost. This past week Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard announced the suspension of her campaign for the democratic nomination for President. Her team posted a carefully crafted video where she clearly gives her support to Joe Biden aka the (King of Warmongers) and declares him several times as “chosen by the people” Democratic Nominee. Many of Gabbard’s supporters felt betrayed because they supported her for the progressive and anti-war platform she stood on. Gabbard’s endorsement of Biden is the anti-thesis to every ideal that she claimed she believed in and would with fight for. Jimmy Dore who has been a very outspoken supporter of Gabbard on his show invited her on the program to discuss her decision to drop out over the weekend. The countdown to Super Tuesday 2020 was filled with anticipation and enthusiasm as Bernie Sanders was the front-runner and expected to win big. Although Sanders did win California, Colorado, Utah, and Vermont, he did not do as was projected in polls taken prior to the DNC’s mass huddle of support around Biden that included: several key opponent drop-outs, multiple endorsements, and a multi-million dollar Super-Pac that produced a barrage of commercials and advertising, and (of course we can’t forget) good ole fashion voter suppression. It is reported that over 500,000+ votes in California alone were stolen from Sanders due to the intentional and confusing new voter rules and regulations. Thousands of volunteers for the Sanders campaign were dismayed by the outright treachery but it was (and still is) important to stay focused the progressive agenda and goals the campaign. We had the pleasure of speaking with Shaun Navarro, the Co-Chair for the Democratic Socialists of America/Nevada chapter. Super Tuesday is just around the corner. Early exit polls indicate that Bernie Sanders is leading in California, Texas, and many other states. Mainstream media is hyped up Biden's $9 million dollar Super Pac win in South Carolina as a "surge", but it is unlikely he will pick up enough delegates to even put a dent in the momentum of the #notmeus movement. The TCS NYC Marathon was held on Sunday, November 3 ,2019. It was the 49th year of this magnetic marathon and it did not dissapoint. The race is held annually on the first Sunday of November and includes over 50,000 runners, from the world’s top professional athletes to runners of all ages and abilities, including over 9,000 charity runners. Participants from over 125 countries tour the diverse neighborhoods of New York City’s five boroughs—Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Manhattan. After the winners were declared, the race is far from over. There were thousands who continued on and gave it their all to make it to the finish line.
