With Kota out this week we brought in a painter and all around good guy Elijah Marshall. He brought by some artwork for me to check out so I can spruce up this studio. Elijah also drives one of those big city trash trucks and is helping keep out state clean. Thank you Elijah for coming and bring the art and the stories.

The studio has changed again... this time it almost killed me but we get rest assured this couch can't get out of this room. We talk about kids and these damn scooters and how we are the last gen to grow up with out tech. Jamell was Originally drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft, he also played for the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Kansas City Chiefs. He played college football at Oklahoma. Jamell gives us the inside look on starting his family in collage while maintaining the ability to play at such a high level.
