    I think if we're all being honest we would say that we don't need to be trained on how to experience conflict. And yet apology and repair certainly are learned skills, that take intentionalitiy and finess. The outcome of a healthy "make up" conversation holds relational integrity, increases trust and whether at home and at work produce fulfilling, rewarding and satisfying life experiences.  Join us in this conversation as we discuss the importance of apologies and forgiveness in repairing relationships. We emphasize the need for personal responsibility and humility in offering apologies, and the power of forgiveness in releasing resentment and moving forward.  We highlight the role of vulnerability and empathy in repairing ruptures in relationships.
