Most people were taught that anger is ugly, dangerous, or unspiritual like it was something to manage, suppress, or apologize for, but according to David Hawkins' Map of Consciousness, anger calibrates higher than shame, guilt, grief, and apathy. It is not a regression. It is your soul waking up and declaring it can no longer tolerate what it has been. In this live, we'll use somatic and subconscious practice to get curious about your anger to listen to what it's protecting, what it can no longer tolerate on your behalf, and what change it's pointing you toward. Anger that is felt doesn't need to explode. It becomes direction for releasing what's is no longer yours to hold and claiming what is.Connect with Kelly:If this episode resonated, start with my free Self-Abandonment Audit: a powerful first step to uncover where you may be putting everyone else first, overriding your needs, or talking yourself out of what you know is right for you.Get the audit here:https://drkellykessler.com/selfaudit The Self-Respect Reset is my 4-week self-paced course designed for women who know what they need but struggle to follow through. Cosmic LOVE Newsletter of the Week with Metaphysician Christopher Rudy The Lion's Gate: From Global Crisis to Conscious Metamorphosis Christopher Rudy explores the 8-8 Lion's Gate, the Fourth Turning, Authentic Intelligence, institutional power, the White Hat Alliance, and humanity's passage through what he describes as a profound transformation of consciousness and civilization. You can find the Newsletters archived below: July 26, 2026, The Banksters Are Busted! So What? Now What? https://www.heartcom.org/BankstersBusted.htm July 29, 2026, Full Moon Overview of Global Crisis & Opportunity: Revelations Unbound! https://www.heartcom.org/JulyOverview.htm July 31, 2026, White Hats and The Alliance - Perception Empowerment Process https://www.heartcom.org/Harmony.htm August 4, 2026, Deep Shift Dynamics Transforming Everything - The Fourth Turning https://www.heartcom.org/FourthTurning.htm August 8, 2026, LION'S GATE ZEITGEIST NOW https://www.heartcom.org/2026LionsGate.htm Host Spotlight Christopher Rudy opens this edition of Cosmic LOVE by returning to the program's defining theme of love as an organizing spiritual frequency. He explains that the episode draws from five newsletters published between July 26 and August 8, covering international finance, global crisis and opportunity, the White Hat Alliance, the Fourth Turning, and the 8-8 Lion's Gate. Rather than treating these subjects separately, Rudy presents them as different views of a single transition in which entrenched systems are being exposed while new possibilities for self-government, technology, communication, and collective consciousness emerge. He describes his newsletters as multimedia collections of articles, videos, memes, satire, graphics, and spiritual commentary intended to encourage listeners to examine difficult material without losing hope or perspective. The show repeatedly returns to a central contrast between what Rudy calls fear-driven systems of control and a higher model based on conscience, sovereignty, cooperation, and Cosmic LOVE. Five Newsletters Inside One Larger Story Rudy begins by mapping the five newsletters that frame the broadcast. The Banksters Are Busted! addresses what he regards as entrenched financial interests and international banking structures that exercise disproportionate control over governments, resources, war, and economic policy. His July overview then broadens the lens to what he calls an unprecedented convergence of global crisis and opportunity, while the July 31 White Hats – The Alliance newsletter introduces his concept of an emerging coalition organized less around labels than around shared moral frequency and purpose. The August 4 Fourth Turning article places those developments inside a larger theory of generational crisis and civilizational metamorphosis, and the August 8 Lion's Gate newsletter provides the metaphysical framework tying the episode together. Rudy explicitly says that all five publications appeared during what he considers the energetic Lion's Gate window from July 26 through August 12. In his telling, the apparent chaos of politics, finance, media, technology, and culture is therefore not random but part of a purification process through which previously hidden problems are becoming increasingly difficult to ignore. The Banksters Busted article strengthens this point by contrasting what Rudy sees as concentrated financial power with an alternative based on sovereign rights, ethical communication, and what he calls a systemic TLC Reset. Its later pages propose building systems that are more difficult to corrupt, moving people and representatives into those systems, and eventually using them to reform existing institutions. Cosmic Fire and the 8-8 Lion's Gate Much of the episode is devoted to Rudy's interpretation of the Lion's Gate as a period of unusually concentrated spiritual and psychological intensity. He describes the annual portal as extending from late July into mid-August, with August 8 representing its energetic high point, and connects it with Leo, Sirius, Orion, the pyramids of Giza, and a broader pattern of celestial geometry. Rudy interprets these alignments metaphysically rather than merely astronomically, suggesting they correspond with increased intuition, synchronicity, heightened awareness, sudden endings, new beginnings, spiritual insight, and greater receptivity to what he calls “light codes.” The Lion's Gate article similarly describes the period as a time for setting intentions with “great vision, virtue and valor” and portrays the alignment as a symbolic meeting of physical and etheric realities. Rudy's larger point is about using the Lion's Gate as what he calls a “metaphysical meme” and "exquisite metaphor” for coalescing cosmic energies and for concentrated transformation. The number eight becomes another part of that symbolism: vertically, it represents “as above, so below,” while horizontally it becomes the infinity symbol and a representation of complementary polarities such as masculine and feminine, logical and intuitive, left brain and right brain. The article develops this symbolism into a practical call for intention, attention, heart coherence, and what Rudy describes as full-spectrum comprehension. The Fourth Turning and Humanity in the Cocoon The caterpillar-to-butterfly metaphor provides one of the strongest organizing images in the broadcast. Rudy says global civilization is presently inside the “cocoon,” where old institutions and identities are breaking apart but the civilization that may eventually replace them has not yet fully formed. He associates caterpillar consciousness with a 3D worldview and butterfly consciousness with a 5D state of greater unity, while the transitional cocoon represents a four-stage 4D process: dissolution of the caterpillar, identity crisis, formation of the butterfly, and eventual emergence. During the broadcast he places humanity specifically in the identity-crisis stage, comparing global civilization to an adolescent that is no longer a child but has not yet matured into an adult. The Fourth Turning article gives this metaphor additional structure. It describes the present era as moving from “Unraveling” toward “Crisis,” connects that pattern with Strauss and Howe's generational theory, and portrays current institutional instability as the disintegration stage preceding reconstruction. Rudy then adds his own metaphysical model, arguing that AI, quantum change, communications technology, and “heartware” could help provide the cultural DNA of a more conscious civilization. The article therefore transforms the familiar Fourth Turning idea from a theory of recurring social crisis into Rudy's larger spiritual narrative of 3D disintegration, 4D transition, and eventual 5D “Unified Field Conscience.” Power, Media, Banking and the “Great Delusion” Rudy places some of the episode's heaviest political and institutional material inside his purification metaphor. Just as impurities rise to the surface when metal is heated, he argues that corruption in finance, government, media, medicine, technology, and geopolitics is becoming increasingly visible during the present period. He discusses international banking interests, media consolidation, pharmaceutical influence, surveillance technologies, political Zionism, U.S.–Israel relations, congressional corruption, vaccine controversies, and concentrated corporate ownership. These are frequently framed in highly charged terms, and many of the individual allegations come from outside articles and videos curated within Rudy's newsletters rather than independently established findings. The Banksters Busted newsletter connects this institutional critique to Rudy's opposition to systems that profit from war and scarcity, while the July Overview extends the argument to centralized AI, mass media, government, and what Rudy calls “closed, centralized systems.” The July article contrasts those systems with open, decentralized communications and insists that Authentic Intelligence should harness AI rather than allow technology to become another mechanism of concentrated power. Despite the severity of his critique, Rudy repeatedly warns against becoming trapped in fear. His recurring “slag and gold” metaphor is important: exposing corruption is valuable only if awareness leads toward a constructive alternative rather than permanent anger, despair, or what he calls “stuck in negativity.” The White Hat Alliance and Harmony From the Inside Out The constructive alternative emerges most clearly through Rudy's discussion of the “White Hat Alliance.” In the associated newsletter, the alliance is not presented simply as a conventional organization or political faction. Instead, the article says it is “about frequency,” describing alignment as resonating with the same underlying harmonic rather than agreeing on every issue. Its central movement is from the inside outward: light within the individual becomes beauty, beauty becomes harmony, harmony becomes order, and order becomes peace. That article introduces Rudy's Perception Empowerment Process, or PEP, as a self-mastery framework for integrating body, mind, and spirit while becoming more conscious of how perception shapes individual and collective behavior. The later pages connect this approach with David Hawkins' Map of Consciousness and describe the “White Hat Alliance” as enlightened global netizens attempting to bring Authentic Intelligence to AI, social networking, and what Rudy calls a Global TLC Reset. This material gives additional meaning to Rudy's frequent instruction to remain like the still center of a hurricane rather than becoming psychologically absorbed in the surrounding turmoil. In his worldview, social transformation begins with perceptual and emotional self-government. The alliance therefore represents not simply opposition to a perceived “dark side,” but a proposed cultural shift from coercion and fear toward conscience, cooperation, self-mastery, and heart coherence. Authentic Intelligence, Heartware and the Civilization Beyond the Crisis The episode ultimately moves from diagnosis toward Rudy's vision of what might replace failing systems. He repeatedly distinguishes Authentic Intelligence from artificial intelligence, arguing that AI reflects the worldview and values of those who design, own, prompt, and control it. AI, like money or other technologies, is therefore neither automatically liberating nor inherently destructive; its consequences depend upon the human intentions and ethical structures directing it. Rudy believes the next stage of the digital revolution should move beyond hardware, software, and networking toward heartware—communications systems informed by conscience, sovereign rights, cyberethics, and a universal interface capable of promoting unity without erasing diversity. The five articles reinforce that same trajectory from several directions. July Overview speaks of open decentralized systems and an “InnerNet” capable of cultivating social conscience. The Fourth Turning describes heartware as providing cultural DNA for a civilization emerging from its cocoon. The Lion's Gate article envisions global communications, AI-assisted translation, telecare, telecommerce, and cyberethical standards operating through a wider TLC Reset. And the White Hat article frames the same transition as a movement toward collective coherence and more conscious use of AI. Rudy closes by locating the listener inside that transition rather than outside it. Humanity, in his metaphor, has not yet become the butterfly; it is still experiencing the instability of the cocoon. Yet he sees the current identity crisis as preparation for a civilization organized around what he calls the United Sovereigns of Earth, first principles, the Golden Rule of sovereign rights, and a global culture capable of joining technological intelligence with human conscience. His final message is therefore one of participation: keep faith, see the good, consciously choose what to amplify, and become part of the change one hopes will emerge from the present upheaval.

Tim leads the community through a contemplative exploration of vulnerability and intimacy, picking up the thread from Doug's recent teaching on the significant self. Opening with a prayer to lift the heaviness of the season, Tim moves from Paul's thorn in the flesh to the myth of Achilles — reading the famous heel as the humble, grounded place where we meet our own finitude and our shadow. He traces the etymology of vulnerable (the capacity to be wounded), weighs the doctrine of divine impassibility against the image of a suffering, woundable Creator, and draws on Richard Rohr and C.S. Lewis to argue that we become only through letting others change us. Turning to the research of Reis and Shaver, he frames intimacy as a reciprocal four-step loop — perceiving, understanding, validating, caring — that resolves not in fusion but in cared-for difference. The heart of the session rests on the one place in the Law of One where Ra speaks of intimacy between two entities: our Creator-to-Creator relationship with the Logos. Tim closes with Dunbar's number and a fractal model of how intimacy scales, the green-ray "razor's edge" of staying open while declining to be harmed, and an original parable — The Parable of the Crossing — on surrender as the only way across the deep. Members contribute reflections on humility in counseling and parenting, vulnerability in a season of relocation, and an intimate encounter of being fully seen. Key References Ra, Session 65.17 — Our relationship to the Logos (sun) as Creator-to-Creator rather than parent-to-child; widening the field of "eyeshot" across the one infinite creation. (The single use of "intimacy" between two entities in the Law of One.) Ra, Session 32.14 — Green-ray activation is always vulnerable to the yellow or orange ray of possession; the four possession distortions (fear/desire of possessing and being possessed) that deactivate green-ray energy transfer. 2 Corinthians 12 — Paul's thorn in the flesh; power made perfect in weakness. The Beatitudes (Matthew 5) — Eight blessings read as corresponding to the eight densities and to aspects of an open heart. The myth of Achilles — Thetis, the River Styx, and the heel as the site of shadow and embodiment. Richard Rohr — Jesus as the naked, vulnerable infant; becoming through relationship. C.S. Lewis, The Four Loves — To love at all is to be vulnerable; the locked-away heart. Harry Reis & Phillip Shaver — The interpersonal process model of intimacy. Robin Dunbar — Dunbar's number (~150) and the nested layers of social bonding. Erich Fromm — "I love the whole world through you." David Hawkins, Letting Go — Surrender and release. Brené Brown — Vulnerability as willingness to be seen without guarantee of outcome. Original parable: The Parable of the Crossing (Tim).

Mark Divine is back for his third conversation with Nicky — and this one goes deep. If you're feeling overwhelmed by the pace of change in the world right now, this episode is worth your full attention. Divine lays out his complete framework for building an unbeatable mind across five domains: physical, mental, emotional, intuitive, and spiritual. He explains why most people are living with far more internal noise than they realize — and why clearing that noise is the prerequisite for everything else, from better decisions to genuine intuition to understanding your actual purpose. The conversation also gets into the big picture: where AI is headed and what it means for human identity, the science and ancient wisdom behind radical longevity, and how David Hawkins' consciousness research maps onto the kind of world-historical figures who seem to emerge at pivotal moments in history. Mark closes with three concrete action steps anyone can start today — none of them require a gym membership or a meditation retreat. Get outside and move. Walking, hiking, rucking, gardening — let nature be your gym. It naturally regulates sleep, improves eating habits, and unwinds the chronic tension that keeps most people in low-grade fight-or-flight. Practice box breathing daily: inhale for five counts, hold for five, exhale for five, hold for five. Twenty minutes morning and afternoon gradually retrains the nervous system away from overdrive toward calm and steadiness. Do nothing. Not meditation with a technique — just sit quietly without producing anything. Most driven people are almost entirely action-oriented. Stillness is the counterpart, and without it, clarity rarely surfaces. Learn more & connect: markdivine.com unbeatablemind.com You can find all of Mark's books at https://markdivine.com/. Katie Cluff didn't plan to spend her life in recovery work. She planned to design interiors. She worked at Baskin-Robbins as a teenager, serving ice cream, dreaming of something different. Then life happened. Her father had 35 years of sobriety. She didn't. She fought the diagnosis for years — "I didn't want to be an alcoholic like my dad." But denial isn't a solution, and by her early twenties, Katie found herself in treatment. The first of many attempts. "For the first several years, I think I was doing it for my dad and not for me." That changed when she had a spiritual awakening during a family dynamics lecture. She saw herself — really saw herself — and for the first time, accepted that she was an alcoholic. Today, Katie is employee #5 at Recovery Centers of America. She's been with the organization since the vision phase in 2014, before the first center opened in 2017. She was there for the first call. The first patient. The first miracle. Now RCA has 12 inpatient treatment centers, and Katie is still answering her phone at midnight. The Consciousness Scale: Brandon's Framework Meets Katie's Work During the conversation, Brandon introduces a "map of consciousness" developed by David Hawkins — a logarithmic scale running from 0 to 1,000 that maps human emotions from shame (20) up to enlightenment (700-1,000). Courage sits at 200. Below that threshold, people are trapped in fear, grief, and apathy. They can't see a way out. Change feels impossible. But at 200 — courage — things open up. Possibility emerges. Someone in that state can finally pick up the phone. "Once you have courage and you step into it, because it's scary, change is scary... it takes some courage to step into the unknown." The problem: courage is fragile. Someone can be at 200 in the morning and back down to 100 by noon. Fear rushes back. Doubt creeps in. Here's what Katie and the RCA team do to keep people in that state of courage long enough to actually take action: How RCA Keeps Callers in a State of Courage When someone calls RCA, they're in a fragile state. They've maybe hit a bottom — a DUI, a relationship falling apart, a moment of raw honesty with themselves. But that moment can evaporate fast. Here's how Katie and the RCA team hold the space: Urgency without pressure — "We need to move fast, but we're not going to rush you." Compassionate tone — "I understand. I've been there." Non-judgment — "No matter how many times you've been before, I'm glad you're alive." Vulnerability — "I'll sometimes share my own experience. I tell them: I've lost everything too." Presence — Sometimes there are no words. Sometimes presence is the whole message. The Eagles Partnership: Breaking Stigma One Tailgate at a Time RCA partnered with the Philadelphia Eagles for a sober tailgate event — and the response was overwhelmingly positive. "The majority of comments were really positive and really pumped. People were saying: this is great for the Eagles, this is great for recovery." The goal isn't to convert people into recovery. It's to normalize it. To show that you can go to a sporting event, have fun, be part of the crowd — without drinking. The alcohol industry has taken an $800 billion hit in recent years. Sober bars are opening. Mocktail culture is trending. The tide is turning. But for people in active addiction, "Miller Time" still feels like the only option. RCA's job is to show them another way. Staff Growth at RCA — From Housekeeper to Executive One of the things Katie is most proud of at RCA: watching staff members grow. There's a man who started as a housekeeper, changing sheets and cleaning rooms. Today he's in a leadership role. Another employee started slicing deli meat at the grocery store. Katie hired him as a recovery support specialist. He became an admissions coordinator. Her nephew started answering phones. Today he's a vice president. "It takes a special individual. It takes a special individual's heart to do this work." RCA doesn't just hire for credentials. They hire for "why." Why do you want to do this work? If the answer isn't coming from a place of service, the job will break you. The Nephew Story — Answering the Call That Was Meant for You Five years ago, Katie's nephew called her. His roommate had overdosed. Katie dropped everything, drove to the apartment, and sat with him. She let him stay on her couch for four days. She didn't have the right words. Nobody does in those moments. But she didn't leave. Today, her nephew has almost 10 years of sobriety. "I was supposed to answer that phone call. I was supposed to. None of the meetings that day mattered anymore." That's the work. Not dramatic. Not glamorous. Just showing up. Being present. Answering the call. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to be brave enough to call. https://recoverycentersofamerica.com/
Happy Lonely Guy Friday. What if many of the struggles we face aren't character flaws at all — but simply different levels of consciousness we move through during our lives? This week Kev explores Dr. David Hawkins' Map of Consciousness from Power vs. Force — a framework designed to help us identify where we're operating emotionally and how those states may shape our decisions, relationships, health, happiness, and sense of purpose. We get into how shame says "I am bad," while guilt says "I should have done more," fear says "something bad is coming," and desire says "I'll be okay when." We explore how many successful overgivers quietly bounce between shame, guilt, fear, desire, anger, and pride while looking accomplished from the outside. Then, how the map isn't about judging yourself — it's about gaining awareness so you can recognize where you are and where you might want to grow. Kev also discusses how anger may not be regression at all — it may be the first sign you're finally waking up, and how courage becomes the critical turning point where healing begins and growth becomes possible. After that, how neutrality, willingness, and acceptance may be some of the most underrated emotional states in modern life and reason can explain life without necessarily healing it. Also, we talk about how love differs from attachment, why joy may be closer than we think, and why peace often arrives not when we control life, but when we stop fighting reality. Most importantly, how understanding these levels can help us recognize our patterns, navigate difficult seasons with more compassion, and avoid mistaking temporary emotional states for permanent truths. This week isn't an interview, it's a real, ranty discussion. Dana sits down with Jaclyn Orent, co-founder and frequency architect of the Cultural Catalyst Network, to break down one of the most important truths every mom needs to hear right now: you cannot out-strategy what you're feeling. No morning routine, no new funnel, no productivity hack is going to fix what's actually a frequency problem. And there's nearly 60 years of consciousness, change, and scaling science to back it up. If you've ever felt scattered, behind, "off," or like you're working as hard as you can without it adding up — this is the episode that flips it. You'll hear: Why the rise and fall of empires happens every 80 years, and what that means for moms right now The science of resonance and why moms are the natural cultural catalysts of this era The "good enough economy" and why your voice is more valuable than ever Dr. David Hawkins' scale of consciousness and the critical threshold of 200 The three-step "let go" practice that actually works (and why most affirmations don't) The difference between self-sacrifice and true sacrifice Why your kids cannot be your purpose (and what to do instead) This is a must-listen for any mom who's felt the pull toward something bigger and didn't have the language for it. Jess interrupts the Quantum Money Series to explore one of the most contested questions in business and spiritual circles: do you need to grind harder, or is there another way entirely? The answer, it turns out, depends entirely on your state of consciousness.Drawing on David Hawkins' Map of Consciousness, Jess unpacks why "work harder" advice (think Alex Hormozi) is not wrong — it's simply calibrated to a particular frequency. Below 200 on the consciousness scale, effort and push are genuinely what's needed to escape the gravity of survival energy. But above that threshold, the rules change entirely. In higher states of awareness you become more of a witness to reality than a participant in the struggle — and from that vantage point, you stop problem-solving your way to results and start seeing what was always there: opportunity, leverage, precision, ease. This episode covers:Why working hard and working from ease are both correct — just at different levels of consciousnessHow Warren Buffett's partner Charlie Munger embodies high-frequency business (sitting in his study, reading, waiting for the precise moment)Why Neville Goddard's "live from the end" teachings don't work below a certain vibration — and what that means for your manifestation practiceThe concept of frequency hygiene: how the mass consciousness field is constantly pulling your vibration down, and what it looks like to maintain yoursDifferent portals for raising frequency: meditation, somatic and movement practices, sound healing, and the energy of simply doing what you loveWhy chaos, conflict, and scarcity show up as visible signals that your vibration has dropped — and how to read those signsThe geometry of healing and beauty: how coherence restores form, health, and abundanceWhy in high frequency you create from the heart — and people find you, rather than you pursuing them_____________________________________________If this episode landed somewhere deep in you — if you recognised yourself in the oscillation between high frequency and the pull of the mass, between ease and the urge to just push harder — Spiritualised membership is where this work lives.Spiritualised is a monthly membership for women who already hold a deep current within them and are ready to stop managing their frequency and start living from it. We'd love to hear from you. Send us fan mail!If Part 1 of this conversation with Norman Wolfe gave you the "why" behind the Living Organization Framework, Part 2 gives you the "how." In this episode, Bernadette and Norman go deeper into the four concrete leadership skills that make the framework operational, and more importantly, why most leaders are missing all of them.Norman argues that organizations underperform not because of bad strategy, but because leaders are managing only one dimension of performance: activity. The Living Organization Framework adds two more, relationship and context, and the skills in this episode are how you actually lead across all three. This is not a conversation about soft skills. It's a conversation about the specific, teachable capabilities that separate leaders who close the execution gap from those who keep wondering why their people aren't executing. What You'll LearnWhy optimizing for activity alone leaves the majority of your organization's potential energy on the tableHow heart centering works as a trainable skill — and why it's the only real foundation for psychological safetyWhy your culture change initiatives stall (hint: changing the narrative isn't enough without ritual scaffolding)What improvisational theater teaches us about leading through uncertainty without becoming reactive or rigidWhy the biggest failures in new leadership approaches happen when one skill is applied in isolationKey Timestamps[00:00] — Welcome back and recap of Part 1[00:01:00] — Preview of the four skills: heart centering, storytelling & ritual, improv mindset, balancing opposites[00:03:00] — The Living Organization Framework: activity, relationship, and context explained[00:07:00] — Why adding relationship and context multiplies organizational energy output[00:08:00] — Skill 1: Heart centering as the foundational leadership skill[00:14:00] — Skill 2: Storytelling and ritual — how to reframe context with scaffolding[00:16:00] — Skill 3: The improv mindset and Norman's personal connection to it[00:21:00] — Skill 4: Balancing opposites (polarity thinking)[00:22:00] — Norman's upcoming book and where to find his work[00:25:00] — Bernadette's closing reflection and call to actionAbout Norman WolfeNorman Wolfe is the creator of the Living Organization Framework and founder of Quantum Leaders, a consulting practice that helps senior leaders close the execution gap by treating organizations as living systems rather than machines to be optimized. Welcome to a transformative episode of the Stuck In My Mind Podcast, hosted by Wize El Jefe and featuring the insightful Jacqueline Oren, creator of the Culture Catalyst system and co-founder/CEO of the Coaching Catalyst Network. In this powerful conversation, Jacqueline Oren explores the depths of cultural change, personal transformation, and leadership in today's rapidly evolving world. The episode opens with Wize El Jefe introducing Jaclyn Orent, highlighting her pioneering approach to cultural transformation and leadership through the Culture Catalyst framework—a system designed to drive real, sustainable change by focusing on relationships, energy, and a shared vision. Jacqueline Oren sheds light on what it means to be a “cultural catalyst”: someone actively instigating cultural evolution not just within organizations, but across society as a whole. She defines culture as an "invisible system" made up of shared norms, behaviors, and the quality of relationships—a living, breathing network shaped by the people within it (02:02). Throughout the episode, Jaclyn Orent draws on decades of research in the science of intentional change, referencing luminaries like Dr. David Hawkins and Richard E. Boyatzes, as well as practical leadership experiences from her own life. She describes a pivotal personal turning point: being fired from her dream job and embarking on a transformative journey—including a 36-day water fast—that fundamentally shifted her focus from personal success to service and conscious leadership (10:39). Listeners hear about the psychological and physiological importance of community among changemakers and leaders, and how isolation can sabotage the larger mission of cultural renewal. Jaclyn Orent emphasizes that for real, systemic change to last, leaders must come together, share resources, and support one another in relationships marked by resonance—a powerful blend of shared vision, compassion, energy, and competence (06:34, 22:47). She introduces the Coaching Catalyst Network, a global community for leaders, as a direct response to the siloed and fragmented reality faced by those striving for cultural evolution. The science of transformation takes center stage as Jacqueline Oren discusses concepts like emotional contagion and resonance, explaining that energy, vibes, and emotional state are not just feel-good platitudes—they are measurable, neurologically impactful, and contagious within social networks and organizations (24:09). These concepts are woven together with scientific rigor and spiritual awareness, synthesizing research and lived experience to provide a holistic road map for anyone seeking change. One of the core themes explored is why change is so hard, both individually and collectively. Jaclyn Orent unpacks the cognitive and embodied barriers to real transformation, noting that mindset alone isn't enough. Change happens when the mind, body, and deeper consciousness are aligned—and this process is rooted in simultaneous awareness of our mortality, our purpose, our willingness, and our relationships (17:00, 39:57). The episode is rich with practical tools and wisdom. Jaclyn Orent offers actionable advice for listeners stuck between iterations of themselves, encouraging small, courageous steps outside one's comfort zone to build efficacy and momentum (48:28). She also unpacks the idea of legacy and the power that comes from accepting our mortality, suggesting that this humility can drive us to use our finite time intentionally, focusing less on fear and more on meaningful impact (40:03). As the conversation unfolds, Wize El Jefe shares his personal journey—how podcasting and a deliberate shift in mindset led to profound changes in his life, from health transformations to new professional opportunities. This personal sharing bridges the gap between theory and practice, showing that everyone, regardless of where they are, can take steps to step into a new identity, challenge self-imposed limits, and catalyze change, both in themselves and the wider world (33:44). Jaclyn Orent also talks about integrating science and spirituality in leadership development, highlighting her research partnerships and the importance of coherence between consciousness, intention, and systemic change (28:29). She explains how the Culture Catalyst system and network operate not just as theoretical constructs but as concrete communities where leaders can find support, challenge, and inspiration. In closing, this episode is a call to action for anyone feeling "stuck"—whether personally, professionally, or within the broader context of societal change. It's an inspiring guide for changemakers, creative thinkers, leaders, and anyone committed to growth. The conversation is a seamless blend of cutting-edge science, spiritual wisdom, and actionable insights guaranteed to ignite new ways of thinking, being, and leading. In this episode of the Crazy Wisdom Podcast, host Stewart Alsop sits down with Nicholas Faulkner, author of Angelic Physics, for a wide-ranging conversation that picks up where their last discussion left off years ago. The two cover an impressive amount of ground, including the map of consciousness developed by Dr. David Hawkins and where they find themselves skeptical of his calibration methods, the relationship between the chakra system and Hawkins' scale, how consciousness levels apply to both individuals and civilizations, and why collapsing a nonlinear reality into a linear number system inevitably loses something essential. They also get into Nicholas's background as a nuclear engineer and how that analytical foundation shapes his thinking, the nature of carbon-based versus silicon-based intelligence, the potential for training an AI model attuned to higher levels of consciousness, the concept of future shock as AI accelerates beyond most people's ability to keep up, and what a civilization operating at the "500 level" might actually look like. Find Nicholas on X at @PhysicsAngelic, or catch him on Facebook where he's most active. And learn more about Angelic Physics at angelicphysics.org. Timestamps00:00 - Stewart introduces Nicholas Faulkner, author of Angelic Physics, framing their shared interest in David Hawkins while acknowledging healthy skepticism toward portions of his work.05:00 - Nicholas argues Hawkins compressed mystical insight into linear form, losing essence, comparing it to AI compression losing vibrational nuance across the consciousness scale.10:00 - Nicholas traces his path from electrical engineering through 9/11 into nuclear navy service, describing how patriotism and opportunity drove the decision rather than curiosity.15:00 - Discussion shifts toward training an open-source AI model on five-hundreds consciousness, noting current model builders operate in the four-hundreds and dismiss love-based frameworks.20:00 - Stewart reflects on intimate relationships with electronic devices, exploring electricity as vibration while contrasting carbon creativity against silicon's stable, fast processing architecture.25:00 - Conversation explores civilizational evolution, comparing hippie movements to ancient Greeks as premature flowers of five-hundreds consciousness crushed by surrounding four-hundreds culture.30:00 - Nicholas explains his masculine-feminine cross model, critiquing how Hawkins collapsed nonlinear reality into hierarchy, arguing all levels interconnect rather than rank.35:00 - Discussion covers JFK assassination, Vietnam War, LBJ, and the military industrial complex as examples of four-hundreds power suppressing emerging consciousness shifts.40:00 - Nicholas draws parallels between the Renaissance emerging from bubonic plague and today's post-COVID collapse of expert-trust structures opening space for new consciousness.45:00 - Future shock discussion begins with Stewart describing AI agent orchestration overwhelming human comprehension, while Nicholas introduces his frame-rate consciousness equation linking silicon speed to small context.50:00 - Nicholas describes silicon-to-human relationship mirroring humans-to-angels in frame rate and context scale, suggesting agents receive orders similarly to his own 2019 divine experience.55:00 - Final exchange covers the fifth dimension as adding vibration to existing physics, the Faulkner Uncertainty Principle stating evidence points toward higher consciousness without ever definitively proving it, protecting reality's illegibility from lower forces.Key Insights1. David Hawkins and the Map of Consciousness serve as a shared framework for the conversation, but both guests express healthy skepticism toward it. They acknowledge that Hawkins himself appeared to back away from his calibration technique in his later lectures, suggesting he regretted how prominently he featured it in Power vs. Force. The core issue is that he tried to compress a nonlinear, multidimensional spiritual reality into a single linear numerical scale, which inevitably loses essential meaning in the translation.2. Nicholas argues that no person exists at a single point on the consciousness scale. Everyone floats across multiple levels simultaneously, expressing differently depending on context. This is a meaningful correction to how many readers apply Hawkins's work, since treating someone as a fixed number oversimplifies the layered and dynamic nature of human consciousness.3. The compression problem is central to understanding both spiritual writing and artificial intelligence. When any rich, multidimensional experience gets encoded into language or data, something is always lost. This applies to Hawkins writing about enlightenment, to Nicholas writing his book, and to how large language models process and reproduce human knowledge.4. Silicon intelligence and carbon intelligence are framed as two distinct branches of consciousness with complementary strengths. Silicon can process information at extremely high frame rates because its context is narrow and stable. Humans carry a much larger and messier context, which makes them slower but more creative and cross-connected. Nicholas uses his equation framing this as frame rate being inversely proportional to conscious bandwidth.5. Civilizational evolution follows a pattern where new levels of consciousness emerge in unstable pockets before eventually becoming dominant. The ancient Greeks briefly stabilized the rational fourth level before collapsing. The hippies briefly touched the fifth level before being suppressed. The Renaissance followed the Black Death. The guests suggest we are now entering another such transition, driven partly by the collapse of institutional trust accelerated by COVID.6. The Faulkner Uncertainty Principle states that evidence will always point toward the next level of consciousness but will never definitively prove it. This is described as a necessary feature of reality rather than a flaw, because if higher truths were fully legible and accessible to all levels equally, it would give destructive forces too much power too quickly.7. Neurodivergence is presented as potentially connected to spiritual sensitivity and cross-level awareness. Nicholas describes himself as a high IQ energy-sensing person who experienced a profound spiritual event in 2019, and connects his autistic traits to an ability to sense vibrational levels in others and move fluidly between different frameworks of understanding, which he loosely equates with the polymath archetype.
In times of collective tension and "pressure cooker" moments, how do we stay grounded? Join Colleen and Robyn Benelli as they explore the science of entrainment and the spiritual power of Reiki to embody peace during the Great Shift of 2026. Discover how your personal frequency can counterbalance global negativity and serve as a powerful form of activism. Key Insights * The Power of Entrainment: Just as metronomes eventually tick in unison, our energy can entrain to the higher frequency of Reiki. By holding a frequency of peace, we help the collective transition from anxiety into spiritual coherence. * Reiki as Activism: When external events feel out of control, our internal state becomes our most powerful tool. Embodying peace isn't bypassing reality; it's adding a "thread of light" to a global rope that holds the collective steady. * The Map of Consciousness: Referencing Dr. David Hawkins, Colleen explains that one individual vibrating at the level of Peace (600) can counterbalance 10 million people at lower frequencies. Your personal healing has a massive, measurable global ripple effect. * Self-Care is Activism: Maintaining your own wellness and moving forward in a positive way during the "Great Shift" isn't selfish—it is a necessary contribution to the wellness of the global human family. People Also Ask (FAQ) * What is entrainment in Reiki? Entrainment is the process where different vibrating bodies lock into a shared frequency. In Reiki, our personal energy entrains to the higher, stable frequency of the Reiki energy, allowing us to remain calm even in stressful environments. * How does one person's energy affect the collective? Based on the Map of Consciousness, higher frequencies like Love and Peace have significantly more power than lower ones. A small percentage of the population holding high consciousness can counterbalance the negativity of the remaining 85%. * How can I use Reiki when I feel helpless about world events? You can use Reiki to regulate your nervous system through techniques like box breathing and then consciously emanate peace frequencies. This allows you to contribute to a "web of light" that supports the world, even when external outcomes are out of your control. In today's episode I reconnect with longtime friend Meghan Fife, founder of B-Side Consulting and the Instagram persona "Mystic Meghan." Meghan and I met while we were both in the real estate industry (Meghan still has a specialty working with seniors in Dallas). We didn't talk much about real estate today. Instead we explored future-oriented initiatives, yoga, Meghan's values of joy, gratitude, peace, and love, and how that mindset and worldview fits with my recent study of the fourth turning, where we find ourselves today. Meghan shared her personal growth journey and how she has developed a more authentic worldview focused on respect, kindness, and finding common ground with others. She emphasized the importance of being present in the moment with whoever she is with, whether it's family, friends, or colleagues. We talked about several books, including Dr. David Hawkins' works "Power vs. Force" and "Letting Go," which we both have studied. You can find more about the Map of Consciousness by searching any browser. I shared a quote by Patanjali, the father of yoga. Here is that quote: "When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bonds. Your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world. Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be." If you are interested in Meghan's Facebook post that inspired my reaching out to her, it was her Facebook post from March 11. Meghan can be reached at MegFife@gmail.com, or Mystic.Meghan on Instagram.

Let's be honest. The world feels a little nuts right now. Divided. Loud. Unsettled. Tired. And organizations don't exist outside of that. They absorb it. So in this episode, we ask a simple but uncomfortable question: What does OD need to be when the world feels like it's coming apart? And maybe even harder… How do we act hopeful when we don't always feel hopeful ourselves? That's not fluff. That's leadership. Instead of offering grand theories, we get practical. We suggest starting here: Stop trying to fix everything. Start by finding the energy. In every organization — even the messy ones — there are pockets of good energy. People who still care. Teams that still want to build something better. Conversations that feel constructive instead of draining. If you think in systems, you know this is true. OD's job? Go find that energy. Name it. Amplify it. Build from it. We also talk about diagnosing energy instead of just diagnosing problems. Ask: • Where do people feel most alive? • Where do meetings feel productive? • Where is there momentum — even if it's small? Energy is data. And then we double down on participation. Because when people help shape the way forward, they create the hope they're looking for. Participation isn't soft. It's catalytic. We close with a practical exercise inspired by Power vs. Force by David Hawkins — a simple way to surface the life-giving energies (like courage and willingness) versus the draining ones (like fear and blame) that may be shaping your culture more than you realize. Consider this episode another tool for your toolkit. Not because we have all the answers. But because in chaotic times, OD isn't just about alignment and strategy. It's about stewarding energy. And if OD can't create hope… Who will?

Valkiria. He draws a stark contrast between entrepreneurship and the traditional 9-to-5 and previews the episode's focus on personal experience and relationship stress during the busy summer months. 00:01:17 - 00:02:37 — The Stressful Summer Rush Keith highlights the overwhelming nature of June for landscaping/lawn care businesses, describing how personal matters take a back seat. He cautions that relationship tensions can peak during periods when business consumes all attention and urges mindfulness of time spent with loved ones. 00:02:38 - 00:04:33 — The Personal Toll: Real-Life Stories Through candid personal stories, Keith Kalfas describes heartbreaking episodes of marital conflict stemming from his workaholic habits, culminating in threats of divorce. His wife's demand for attention reveals a universal tension in entrepreneur relationships: the struggle to assure loved ones that they come first. 00:04:34 - 00:06:37 — Emotional Needs & Priorities Keith breaks down the emotional dynamics that fuel domestic disputes, explaining why partners may provoke arguments to validate their importance. He advocates putting God, family, and relationships before business for long-term sustainability and trust. 00:06:38 - 00:08:37 — App Solutions & Relationship Wisdom Quick tips on service business software: Housecall Pro and its benefits for efficiency. Keith weaves in profound relationship advice, referencing books like "The Way of the Superior Man," "Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus," and "The Five Love Languages," describing levels of masculinity and conscious partnership. 00:08:38 - 00:12:51 — Stages of Relationships & Authentic Masculinity Discover how ego, roles, and shell personalities can sabotage intimacy. Keith outlines the "dance" of masculine/feminine energy, describing the destructive cycle of resentment and the importance of emotional bank accounts, boundaries, and building trust through integrity. 00:12:52 - 00:17:29 — Conscious Love & Self-Work Keith emphasizes that true connection takes years of conscious effort—a process of healing childhood wounds, servant leadership, and ego death. He guides listeners through the path of becoming a statesman, capable of leading self, family, and business. 00:17:30 - 00:20:38 — Spiritual Growth & Relationship Commitment The spiral of self-love, forgiveness, and enlightenment is discussed. Keith warns about the evolving polarities between partners and attests to the power of long-term commitment for personal and professional growth. He stresses that anything not rooted in "Truth" will eventually dissolve. 00:20:39 - 00:22:02 — The Dark Night of the Soul Listeners learn the role of profound suffering—from physical illness to loss—in forcing consciousness evolution. Keith details the stages of trauma and the transformative effect of moving into gratitude. 00:22:03 - 00:24:07 — The Secret of Gratitude How gratitude transforms suffering and life circumstances, referencing Dr. David Hawkins' "Power vs. Force." He contrasts low vibrational states of shame and blame with the liberating power of acceptance and thankfulness. 00:24:08 - 00:26:56 — Radical Ownership & Change Entrepreneurs are challenged to accept responsibility for their relational realities and family dramas. Keith uses pop culture and biblical references to argue for unconditional commitment and the wisdom of letting go of material attachments. 00:26:57 - 00:30:38 — Real-Life Implementation: Habits & Mindset Keith shares his journey of implementing a weekly date night despite enormous resistance and stress. He highlights how small shifts in prioritizing relationships over perpetual work lead to breakthroughs in happiness and abundance. 00:32:36 - 00:36:27 — Mindset Shift: Creating Your Reality A powerful segment on the physics of perception and energy; Keith summarizes how your mindset and beliefs actively shape marriage, business, and life outcomes. He urges listeners to shift from drama and suffering to active gratitude and peace. 00:36:28 - 00:40:02 — Handling Problems & Breaking Drama Cycles Keith challenges listeners to step up and handle problems with maturity. He narrates a recent business mishap that caused anxiety and how connection, presence, and solutions are the antidotes to suffering. Key Takeaways Balancing Business and Home Life - Being self-employed, especially in a seasonal business like landscaping or window cleaning, blurs the lines between work and personal life, often leading to stress in relationships. Unlike a traditional 9-to-5, business owners frequently bring work home, resulting in continuous pressure and less quality time with loved ones. Impact on Relationships - Intense work periods can strain marriages or partnerships due to lack of attention, leading to feelings of neglect and frequent arguments. Communication and reassurance are critical; your partner wants to feel prioritized and secure, knowing that they come first even as you pursue business goals. Self-Work & Leadership Lasting change starts with inner work: healing past wounds, forgiving yourself and others, and evolving toward conscious leadership. Leading yourself well is foundational before you can successfully lead a family, business, or community.
The stories we tell about awakening often skip the hard parts. We're sold fireworks and constant signs, then left alone when the ground drops out. This conversation offers a grounded map: why the first opening can feel destabilizing, how to move from ego awakening to soul initiation, and the practices that turn insight into embodied change.Alyssa shares a candid personal story of rupture, addiction, and the early flood of synchronicities that eventually gave way to a steadier path of depth. From there, she unpacks core frameworks that make the process navigable. Carl Jung's individuation reminds us that awareness isn't maturity; shadow work is the ethical act of welcoming disowned parts so we can respond rather than react. Bill Plotkin's lens clarifies the difference between expansion that excites and initiation that humbles, where belonging to body and earth replaces the chase for peak states. David Hawkins reframes emotion as gateway: grief, fear, and anger surface not to derail you but to be felt and released through presence. You'll also get a simple, repeatable somatic practice to move emotion without story, plus practical supports for the dark night of the soul when meaning feels far away. We explore how grief dissolves rigid identities, softens the heart, and creates the space where purpose finds you. Expect fewer hacks and more honesty: less spectacle, more substance; less striving, more listening. If you're ready to trade hype for wholeness and root your awakening in daily life, this is your invitation to slow down, feel deeply, and let the work mature you.If this resonates, follow the show, share it with someone who needs a real map, and leave a five-star review so these conversations reach more people. Your reflections matter—what part of your awakening is asking for integration right now?Alyssa's IG: @wildfemininerise Work With Alyssa:Final Shedding : Stepping into the Fire Somatic Breathwork Journey Sedona Retreat 2026
Is the discomfort you're trying to fix actually the signal calling you back to your soul instead of another problem to solve? Josh Trent welcomes Ex-Comedian, Kyle Cease, to the Wellness + Wisdom Podcast, episode 791, to explore how fasting dissolves emotional hunger, why effort and ambition are often trauma driven, how the ego uses goals and problems to stay in control, why pain is a spiritual teacher, and how surrendering identity, outcomes, and the need to be someone can reconnect us to soul, presence, and God.

In this conversation, Stewart Alsop sits down with Ken Lowry to explore a wide sweep of themes running through Christianity, Protestant vs. Catholic vs. Orthodox traditions, the nature of spirits and telos, theosis and enlightenment, information technology, identity, privacy, sexuality, the New Age “Rainbow Bridge,” paganism, Buddhism, Vedanta, and the unfolding meaning crisis; listeners who want to follow more of Ken's work can find him on his YouTube channel Climbing Mount Sophia and on Twitter under KenLowry8.Check out this GPT we trained on the conversationTimestamps00:00 Christianity's tangled history surfaces as Stewart Alsop and Ken Lowry unpack Luther, indulgences, mediation, and the printing-press information shift.05:00 Luther's encounters with the devil lead into talk of perception, hallucination, and spiritual influence on “main-character” lives.10:00 Protestant vs. Catholic vs. Orthodox worship styles highlight telos, Eucharist, liturgy, embodiment, and teaching as information.15:00 The Church as a living spirit emerges, tied to hierarchy, purpose, and Michael Levin's bioelectric patterns shaping form.20:00 Spirits, goals, Dodgers-as-spirit, and Christ as the highest ordering spirit frame meaning and participation.25:00 Identity, self, soul, privacy, intimacy, and the internet's collapse of boundaries reshape inner life.30:00 New Age, Rainbow Bridge, Hawkins' calibration, truth-testing, and spiritual discernment enter the story.35:00 Stewart's path back to Christianity opens discussion of enlightenment, Protestant legalism, Orthodox theosis, and healing.40:00 Emptiness, relationality, Trinity, and personhood bridge Buddhism and mystical Christianity.45:00 Suffering, desire, higher spirits, and orientation toward the real sharpen the contrast between simulation and reality.50:00 Technology, bodies, AI, and simulated worlds raise questions of telos, meaning, and modern escape.55:00 Neo-paganism, Hindu hierarchy of gods, Vedanta, and the need for a personal God lead toward Jesus as historical revelation.01:00:00 Buddha, enlightenment, theosis, the post-1945 world, Hitler as negative pole, and goodness as purpose close the inquiry.Key InsightsMediation and information shape the Church. Ken Lowry highlights how the printing press didn't just spread ideas—it restructured Christian life by shifting mediation. Once information became accessible, individuals became the “interface” with Christ, fundamentally changing Protestant, Catholic, and Orthodox trajectories and the modern crisis of religious choice. The Protestant–Catholic–Orthodox split hinges on telos. Protestantism orients the service around teaching and information, while Catholic and Orthodox traditions culminate in the Eucharist, embodiment, and liturgy. This difference expresses two visions of what humans are doing in church: receiving ideas or participating in a transformative ritual that shapes the whole person.Spirits, telos, and hierarchy offer a map of reality. Ken frames spirits as real intelligible goals that pull people into coordinated action—seen as clearly in a baseball team as in a nation. Christ is the highest spirit because aiming toward Him properly orders all lower goals, giving a coherent vertical structure to meaning.Identity, privacy, and intimacy have transformed under the internet. The shift from soul → self → identity tracks changes in information technology. The internet collapses boundaries, creating unprecedented exposure while weakening the inherent privacy of intimate realities such as genuine lovemaking, which Ken argues can't be made public without destroying its nature.New Age influences and Hawkins' calibration reflect a search for truth. Stewart's encounters with the Rainbow Bridge world, David Hawkins' muscle-testing epistemology, and the escape from scientistic secularism reveal a cultural hunger for spiritual discernment in the absence of shared metaphysical grounding.Enlightenment and theosis may be the same mountain. Ken suggests that Buddhist enlightenment and Orthodox theosis aim at the same transformative reality: full communion with what is most real. The difference lies in Jesus as the concrete, personal revelation of God, offering a relational path rather than pure negation or emptiness.Secularism is shaped by powerfully negative telos. Ken argues that the modern world orients itself not toward the Good revealed in Christ but away from the Evil revealed in Hitler. Moving away from evil as a primary aim produces confusion, because only a positive vision of the Good can order desires, technology, suffering, and the overwhelming power of modern simulations.
Gratitude is more than a feeling — it is a transformative frequency that bridges the human and the divine. When we embody gratitude, our heart and energy field enter coherence, shifting us from fear or anger into alignment with love and higher consciousness. Science and spirituality now converge on this truth: emotions emit measurable vibrations, and gratitude resonates among the highest, between 540–600 Hz on Dr. David Hawkins' scale of consciousness. This elevated frequency not only uplifts our mood but recalibrates our biology, soothing the nervous system, enhancing heart coherence, and activating the hormones of joy, connection, and healing.Seen as vibrational medicine, gratitude becomes a tuning fork for the soul — a way to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. It transforms pain into wisdom, scarcity into abundance, and challenge into growth. When practiced consistently, gratitude rewires the brain's pathways, strengthens immunity, and deepens our connection to life itself. It reminds us that love and coherence are not distant states but natural frequencies within reach at any moment.Ultimately, living in gratitude turns existence into prayer. Every breath, every lesson, every fleeting beauty becomes a sacred exchange between self and Source. In this resonance, we remember that gratitude is not just an act but a state of being — love in motion — aligning us with the heartbeat of the universe itself.Send us a textSupport the showThanks for listening - For questions or comments email Laurie at Laurie@yourlifecore.comInstagram @yourlifecore or Twitter @yourlifecore Facebook https://www.facebook.com/YourLifecoreWebsite www.yourlifecore.com

“To attract those beautiful circumstances, what we have to do is raise our frequency vibration.” Most people think success is about strategy—but it's really about energy. Your emotional vibration determines what you attract. Stay stuck in fear, anger, or pride, and life keeps handing you the same struggles on repeat. Shift to courage, joy, or love, and everything changes. There's a frequency scale behind it all, one that explains why some people move effortlessly through life while others grind without results. It's not about working harder—it's about operating higher. When your vibe rises, so does your power to create. This nugget reveals the little-understood secret behind the people who seem to magnetize success. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. Co-parenting is never easy—but when your ex displays narcissistic or emotionally abusive behaviors, it can feel impossible. You're not just managing logistics—you're protecting your peace, supporting your children, and trying not to lose yourself in the chaos. In this episode, I'm joined by Dr. David Hawkins, founder of the Marriage Recovery Center and the Emotional Abuse Institute. With over four decades of experience and more than 40 books to his name, Dr. Hawkins brings deep insight into what it takes to stay grounded and emotionally safe while co-parenting with a narcissist. We explore how to shift from feeling powerless to powerful—not by changing the other parent, but by transforming how you show up. Dr. Hawkins and I talk about boundaries, emotional regulation, and how to support your children without getting pulled into manipulation or conflict. This conversation is about empowerment, not blame. If you've been walking on eggshells, exhausted by drama, and worried about your kids' well-being, this episode will bring clarity, courage, and practical tools to help you anchor yourself and protect what matters most.
