Be open to the feedback Understand the message, if you don't, ask. Reflect on what has been said, and decide what to do. Follow up. Have I made any improvement. In this very first episode we are going to be looking at what is known as a systems approach to training. Its your first day, and you have been asked to create some material. The systems approach to training will help you fit all the pieces together as to how we are going to begin building that training.
