    What's Your Plan?

    Whether you’re trying to transform your body for looks, feeling, or just to be able to be a badass you MUST have a plan. Playing around in the gym or the kitchen and just hoping for the best can only go so far. If you want to build muscle, the plan must progress so that your body has to adapt.     It’s been a very rough week for the two of us. There has been a little bit of stress eating, a little drinking, a little lack of motivation, etc. Parting ways after months of being with each other daily has has been an easy experience. Stress can wreak havoc on one’s fitness goals but it must not last forever.
