I've been a long time follower and am trying my best to incorporate all the different ways to stay healthy by following the Rain Barrel protocol. When it comes to detoxing, besides exercise and the 7-21 day detox, I dry brush, rebound and now, would like to start invest in a IF sauna. My question is, even though dry brushing and rebounding is only 5-15 mins, do I still need to do it if I get a sauna? I'm trying to save time anywhere I can. Also, regarding IF sauna, which do you prefer? The Thera360? Or Higher Dose IF Sauna Blanket? I've listened to all your podcasts that review them and they both sound great.
