Q&A Episode: I need help getting my toddler (almost 4) on board with the veggies and starches. Ideas on that as well as recommended guidelines on protein etc would be so helpful. I also need approaches on how to actually word it because no matter how I sell it, she isn’t biting so to speak. Are there any professionals out there who can give insight on how to do this without fighting tooth and nail? I don’t want food and the discussion surrounding it to be a negative experience as I know firsthand how emotions can be wrapped up in eating. I developed cubital tunnel syndrome as a result and talk about my struggles with these symptoms and how they affected my daily life.
