The truth is expectations were so high that some were just, well....unrealistic (Zeldin in New York and Dixon in Michigan). The truth is that blue states like New York and New Jersey shed so many conservative voters during COVID the pollsters forgot to factor that in. Florida had a huge "red wave" as did parts of long Island .  We booted both Beto , Stacey and Pelosi. That's a win no matter how ugly. Maricopa County in Arizona continues to be a drag for our side with their dysfunctional election tabulations.  Philly helps “ The Fedderman of PA” soar to the bell tower! Biden will no longer be the most incoherent spokesperson in DC. There's work to do on our side and it doesn't include going after each other.  President Trump does not need an enemy in Ron DeSantis. Welcome to TruthBTold by Las Americanas. We're in week #3 of 2022 and how many of you have already fallen off the wagon with your New Year's resolutions?  It takes planning, strength, courage and prayer to keep yourself motivated, prospering and spiritually aligned. Ivelisse and I discuss the inspirational life and strength of MLK and how he accomplished his mission here on earth beyond all the "HATERS".  BLM can learn a thing or two from Dr. King!Ivelisse continues to share her affirmations (not resolutions), and how saying these words aloud motivates her. Plus she talks about Keto vs. Low Carb and how to get it done.  Yvette is on her spiritual journey discussing how you can remain peaceful and calm just like Jesus in the midst of CHAOS! What is hope? How does one get hope? Well...listen in as we discuss our struggles trying to keep  hope alive.  After sharing some observations on hope we come to the lasting conclusion that our almighty father is in control. Yep! We are back with a fire in our belly and a brand new focus.  Yes indeed...time for some truth. We've rebranded (yet again) and we know this time it is going to stick. We did this episode after a long exhausting year of COVID,  job pressures, running a household, and taking care of everything and everyone.So this first episode is fun, fun, fun as only Las Americanas can do it! We are proud God-loving American Latinas. So...What's in this relaunch episode.Ivelisse shares all about her rediscovery of SELF. Yvette provides you with a bit of history on the classic worship hymn- It Is Well With My Soul. We're  giving out our TruthBTold Inaugural Awards (some of your favorite peeps in politics get their shout-outs!)Lastly, we end with a spoonful of Truth Syrup (yes we know it's serum) but after all; we are in the midst of the third COVID wave and we need our medicine.We didn't rehearse, we just went for it and it's quite entertaining. Enjoy!

We're back after a break. We have a new name: Americanas4ever and a new outlook. COVID interruptions, catching up with the news and never forgetting that God is in control. 2nd Corinthians 4:8-9We are often troubled, but not crushed; sometimes in doubt but never in despair. There are many enemies, but we are never without a friend, we are never destroyed.

Onward and Upward in 2021! I don' know about Yawl but Ivelisse and I are absolutely exhausted by 2020. There were so many political misfits that contributed to our exhaustion that before we absolutely slam the door on 2020 we needed to air our grievances. This episode is minus our beautiful and talented Ivelisse who is convalescing from her dental surgery and overall mental exhaustion. None the less, I your faithful and fearless Latina warrior pulled out a short segment while awaiting the 2021 from NYC The land of Staten, AKA Trump Island USA!It's going to be a year for the strong and patriotic among us. No time for sissies like GOP leaders joining our cause. Gear up, saddle up and get ready to STAND UP to TYRANNY!COJONES Wanted!!! 

On election night November 3rd many patriotic Americans went to sleep peacefully.  President Trump was leading in all swing states as a victory was almost certain. When we awoke on November 4th, a different narrative emerged.  the steal forJoe Biden was in full swing, the media openly playing interference along with all of the tech giants. In other words, we were about to observe an election being stolen right in front of our own eyes.How can a President who secured more votes than in 2016, gained seats in the house, and held the Senate; lose to a man who never campaigned and had zero enthusiasm at his rallies or drive-thru events? He didn't! Sleepy Joe and the Media declared premature victory and the oppression of the vote was on! The battle for the heart and soul of our nation and the integrity of future elections hanging on a thread and quite a few prayers.Join us as we tell it like it is.  In this latest episode, we pray for our nation, tell the truth, and bring a unique perspective to the chaos. 

Election 2020 is upon us and it's all or nothing for Trump. The Rallies are huge, the car and truck rallies are sprouting all across America.Joe fumbles his speech and Obama is trying to drag him to the finish line. Twitter and the tech Gods are censoring free speech. In the end, Thy Will Be Done, and God is in control. Win, lose or draw we have to move on with our lives and be the best we can be in our beautiful America. Our motto: Keep the faith, stay strong, pray, and speak the truth every chance you get. 

We need to stay what they healthy and Las Americanas share what they are doing to keep active and healthy and happy. Biden has problems and his name is Hunter-Burisma (what the main street media is hiding from voters). Trump's Got this! He just has to stay on point, focused while being his TRUMPY SELF- after all, we're all about being authentic.....right? This is a fun, informative, and high energy podcast. Join us!

The two Latinas delve into scripture to push back the apologizers of violence and shed the truth on how we " All" matter to Our Lord and Savior!All Lives Matter does not mean that we dismiss the struggles of the Black community; the discourse of why All Black lives lost during the unrest that ensued during the protests in no way heals nor restores the Black community. The "Hot Tip of The Day" is all about the word!We must push back all notions of violence and delve deep into scriptures to guide our brothers and sisters across all races and ethnicities to find healing.
