Title: Staying healthy in the LordSpeaker: Dave HawkswoodDate: 18th March 2026Location: Bendigo, Australia Summary: "Godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come." That single verse from 1 Timothy frames a very practical question: what does it actually take to stay spiritually healthy? This episode draws a direct line between physical health and spiritual health. The same way a body loses muscle without consistent effort, faith can quietly weaken when left unattended. Through research into what happens when we stop building physical strength, the parallels to spiritual life become clear. We are either growing or shrinking, and without intentional effort, our default is decline. Drawing from Ephesians 3, Isaiah 40, Hebrews 12, and Proverbs 4, this episode covers what it means to be strengthened through God's Spirit, how to lay aside the weights that slow us down, and how to build the habits and discernment that carry us through for the long run. The goal is not just surviving spiritually, but walking strongly in the ways of the Lord right up to the day he returns. Key Points: Spiritual strength does not maintain itself. Without intentional effort, prayer, and time in God's Word, faith quietly weakens over time, just as a body loses muscle when it goes untrained. Waiting on the Lord (Isaiah 40:31) is active, not passive. It means keeping hope and expectation alive, and through that, God renews your strength. Laying aside sin and unnecessary burdens (Hebrews 12:1) is not about perfection. It is about removing what holds you back so you can run your race with endurance. Reference Scriptures: 1 Timothy 4:6-8 Ephesians 3:14-19 Isaiah 40:28-31 Hebrews 12:1-2 Hebrews 5:12-14 Proverbs 4:20-23 Listen to the entire Podcast Revival library by visiting https://podcastrevival.com The Revival Fellowship is a Bible-directed, Spirit-filled Church and we welcome visitors to our meetings at any of our locations worldwide. As You Wish Talk Radio with James Gilliland UFOs/UAPs, Daviid Wilcock, Frequency Medicine, Advanced Et's, Avoid The Failed Disclosure Frequency Medicine, Toxic Exposure, UFO Disclosure, and Staying Healthy in a Changing World James Gilliland Opens with Solar Activity and Global Upheaval In this episode of As You Wish Talk Radio, produced by the ECETI group, host James Gilliland opens with a broad update on solar, geopolitical, spiritual, and UFO-related events. James says the Sun is showing no sign of calming down and connects solar activity with severe weather, earthquakes, volcanic activity, and broader planetary shifts. James frames these events as part of a larger energetic and planetary transition, while also commenting on global conflicts, underground facilities, political corruption, and what he sees as widening exposure of hidden systems. James Critiques the UFO/UAP Community and Calls for Integrity Much of the opening monologue focuses on James's concern that the UFO and UAP communities have become compromised by jealousy, competition, gossip, controlled narratives, and attacks on authentic contact work. He strongly criticizes what he describes as backstabbing, character assassination, and the spreading of meritless rumors, particularly in relation to attacks on David Wilcock, Corey Goode, ECETI, and himself. James argues that spiritually and technologically advanced off-world beings will not engage with a community dominated by ego, deception, and lack of integrity. He calls for accountability, de-escalation, apologies, and a shift away from what he sees as entertainment-driven disclosure toward genuine spiritual and ethical preparation for contact. Introducing Gail and Rebecca and the Topic of Frequency Healing After the monologue, James brings on two guests, Gail and Rebecca, whom he describes as knowledgeable in frequency healing, new technologies, and the challenge of staying healthy in a toxic world. He says he has personally received treatments from them that felt miraculous and explains that he wanted to promote their work because people are being bombarded by toxic food, chemtrails, harmful frequencies, environmental contamination, and other stressors. The conversation then turns toward energy medicine, Rife technology, biofield measurement, detoxification, and the need for people to reclaim responsibility for their own wellness. Gail's Nursing Background and Biofield Work Gail explains that she became a nurse at a young age, later became a nurse practitioner, and eventually earned advanced degrees while pursuing a deep interest in healing. She says her direction changed after encountering the work of Donna Eden, which introduced her to energy medicine and the world of frequency. Gail describes studying integrative and pastoral health, remote viewing, and other healing-related fields. She also explains her use of a Bio-Well camera, which photographs the fingertips to produce information about the human biofield, aura integrity, meridians, chakras, and energetic balance. Gail says the goal is not merely to measure energy, but to help identify areas where balance may be needed. The Pearl Device, Rife Frequencies, and Remote Healing Gail also discusses a device called the Pearl, which she says stands for Photon Emission Resonant Light and uses Rife frequencies. She explains that the device can project frequencies into a room through an argon gas tube or work directly with a person through electrodes. Gail says she has used it in both in-person and remote healing contexts and believes it can affect people, animals, and plants. She describes herself as a science-oriented person who enjoys combining research, personal experience, and spiritual guidance to understand how frequency-based tools may help support healing and balance. Rebecca's Medical Background and Her Shift Away from Conventional Practice Rebecca shares that she worked as a physical therapist for about 30 years, mainly with children. She says that over time, especially from the early to late 1990s, she observed a shift in her caseload toward more children with autism and began questioning patterns she saw in developmental changes. Rebecca discusses her concerns about childhood injections, pharmaceutical influence, and the way families outsource health decisions to external authorities. She explains that after 2020, she no longer wanted to work in the conventional medical system and eventually turned toward Rife technology and natural healing approaches. F-Scan, Rife Technology, Detox Pathways, and Pathogens Rebecca explains that she uses an F-Scan device from Switzerland and describes it as having a broad range of frequencies. She says Rife technology works by sending specific frequencies that resonate with pathogens, using the analogy of an opera singer shattering a glass by matching its resonant frequency. She emphasizes that opening detoxification pathways is just as important as targeting pathogens, including support for the skin, liver, kidneys, and other systems. Rebecca says environmental toxins from air, food, water, and chemtrails can burden the body, and she discusses the importance of herbs, homeopathics, and natural support for detoxification. James's Experience with Brain Fog and Frequency Treatments James shares that he personally experienced significant brain fog and memory recall issues, including difficulty remembering the names of people he knew well. He connects this to possible pathogens, mold exposure, black mold, solar activity, and environmental stress. After receiving frequency treatments, he says the names and memories began returning quickly, which impressed him. Rebecca responds that one of the effects people may notice after a session is feeling better quickly, and the group contrasts this with pharmaceutical advertisements that list long side effects while presenting an appealing lifestyle image. Fear, Authenticity, Intuition, and Service Gail and Rebecca both connect frequency medicine with broader spiritual themes. Rebecca says fear is one of the lowest emotional frequencies and argues that fear has long been used to make people outsource their power. Gail says integrity and authenticity are among the highest frequencies and explains that part of their upcoming workshop will include developing intuition and using inner guidance as a tool for discernment. James adds that kindness, service, humor, and living from the heart are essential, saying people should begin by being decent human beings rather than chasing spiritual titles or guru status. Toxic Food, Mold, Heavy Metals, and the Need for Discernment The discussion also covers processed foods, mold, yeast, fungus, heavy metals, citric acid, genetically modified mold, and the possibility that toxins in food and the environment are contributing to health challenges. Rebecca says she is seeing significant mold-related patterns even in people without obvious mold exposure and suspects food may be one source. James adds that boxes, labels, and food weights can be misleading and criticizes processed foods as nutritionally poor and potentially damaging. The speakers encourage listeners to use discernment, question what they are told, and recognize the body as a frequency-based system rather than only a physical machine. Upcoming ECETI Workshop and Closing Invitation Near the end, James asks about Gail and Rebecca's upcoming event, which they identify as taking place the last weekend of July, around July 24–26. James says the event will offer practical information, healing technologies, and the opportunity to be at ECETI, where attendees may also experience UFO sightings, higher-dimensional beings, or spontaneous energetic shifts. He also mentions future interest in alternative healing technologies, including medbed-related discussions, while cautioning that some tools may be genuine and others may be scams. The episode closes with James thanking Gail and Rebecca for their work, encouraging listeners to keep an open mind, loving heart, and pure intent, and reminding them to stay alert amid confusion in the UFO field.

We Will Not Be Aging Quietly: Claiming Your Most Powerful Season with Katie Fogarty Description: What if the years everyone warned you about turned out to be the ones you'd been waiting for? Today, Jen and Amy sit down with Katie Fogarty—a former journalist, career coach, and the voice behind one of the most vibrant midlife podcasts in the country, called A Certain Age—for an honest, energizing hour about what it really means to thrive in this season. Katie launched A Certain Age thirty-five days before her 51st birthday with one mission: blow up the narrative that women become less relevant as they get older. Five years and 230-plus episodes later, she's interviewed hundreds of midlife women—and she has thoughts. Big ones. They dig into the myths about midlife that refuse to die, why Katie calls this season an "accelerant" rather than an obstacle, what it looks like when women stop waiting for permission and start claiming their lives—and what she's hearing that gives her real hope for the women coming behind us. If you've ever felt like midlife was quietly trying to make you smaller—this episode is your push back. Thought-provoking Quotes: “Sometimes the word ‘reinventing' implies we're completely changing our lives and getting rid of everything that came before. It's more about reimagining, because we're drawing on all of our expertise to apply it in new ways, big and small.” – Katie Fogarty “Midlife is that moment where you say, let me get going. The kids are grown, the career maybe is established, life is sort of on track, moving forward, and we have this moment with space in our brain, maybe on our calendar, to actually hit go on whatever it is we've been thinking about for so long.” – Katie Fogarty “If you are feeling disconnected from relationships, or like you're not being supported, find people that you are visible to. There are communities of people out there who care about what you care about, who want to see you, who will see you.” – Katie Fogarty Resources Mentioned in This Episode: Jen's first colonoscopy - https://www.instagram.com/reel/DWz8nTvgo6p/ Sophie Grégoire Trudeau on Life, Emotional Regulation and Midlife Reinventions - https://www.acertainagepod.com/shows/sophie-grgoire-trudeau-on-life-emotional-regulation-and-midlife-reinventions Tamsen Fadal - https://www.tamsenfadal.com/ Grown Woman Talk: Your Guide to Getting and Staying Healthy by Dr. Sharon Malone - https://amzn.to/4t14kQY The New Perimenopause: What's Actually Happening to Your Body with Dr. Mary Claire Haver - https://jenhatmaker.com/podcasts/series-64/the-new-perimenopause-whats-actually-happening-to-your-body-with-dr-mary-claire-haver/ When Life Happens: The Mindset Shift You Need to Manage Stress, Build Confidence, and Break Free by Dr. Rachel Goldman - https://amzn.to/4mnvZsY Midlife Private Parts: Revealing Essays That Will Change the Way You Think About Age - https://www.midlifeprivateparts.com/ The Midlife Book Club - https://www.themidlifebookclub.com/about Jen Hatmaker Book Club - https://shop.jenhatmaker.com/collections/book-club Sandwich by Catherine Newman - https://amzn.to/3QauFNM Same As It Ever Was by Claire Lombardo - https://amzn.to/4mkK8XI The Grand Paloma Resort: A Novel by Cleyvis Natera - https://amzn.to/4meEQNi The Secret Book Society by Madeline Martin - https://amzn.to/47MkGnX Guest's Links: Website - https://www.acertainagepod.com/ Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/acertainagepod/ Podcast - https://www.acertainagepod.com/episodes Connect with Jen!Jen's Website - https://jenhatmaker.com/ Jen's Instagram - https://instagram.com/jenhatmakerJen's Twitter - https://twitter.com/jenHatmaker/ Jen's Facebook - https://facebook.com/jenhatmakerJen's YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/user/JenHatmaker The For the Love Podcast is presented by Audacy. Opening a night club or restaurant looks fun from the outside, but behind the scenes it's one of the most operationally complex businesses you can start. That's why I was interested in speaking with Jack Zimmermann. After managing a team of over 200 people at XS in Las Vegas during its $100M peak, he returned to Austin to build Nova Hospitality, a portfolio of hospitality concepts including TenTen, Devil May Care, The Well, Mayfair, Neptune Sushi, LZR, and Coffee & Chill Austin. Most founders in this space struggle to make even a single concept work, and somehow Jack's been able to start and scale 7. I wanted to find out how he decides which concepts to launch, how he funds them, and how he manages the risk and pressure that comes with leading hundreds of people. Ever feel like staying healthy today requires constant effort, planning, and discipline? You're not imagining it. Modern life is designed in ways that make health harder than it used to be. From ultra-processed foods and sedentary jobs to a culture built around convenience and constant access to calories, our environment often works against our biology. In this episode, we break down why maintaining your health today can feel like an uphill battle—and why that doesn't mean you're failing. In this episode of the Flex Diet Podcast, I sit down with Denmark-based coach and hybrid athlete Andreas Stobberup to talk about bridging serious strength training with high-level endurance performance. Andreas shares his journey from peaking around 250 lbs with a 405 bench and 600+ squat to dropping to 205 and completing a full Ironman in 9:52—while continuing to coach athletes across disciplines. We discuss the reality gap between amateur and elite performance, how influencer culture often strips context from training advice, and why fundamentals still win: training, nutrition, sleep, and measurable outputs. We break down common misunderstandings around Zone 2 training, why pros don't train the way social media says they do, and how strength athletes can intelligently add conditioning without compromising lifting. We also cover VO₂ max development, microdosing cardio, output-based tracking (times, power, lactate), and how to think about HRV and wearable data in context. If you're interested in hybrid training, improving conditioning without sacrificing muscle, or understanding how to measure what actually matters, this one is packed with practical insight. This week, Dr. Zeev Neuwirth and Producer, Jess Greenwood, are back to unpack that for you. We discuss the role wearables do and potentially could play in helping each one of us achieve and maintain better health. We talk about how important it is to understand that the six drivers of personal health may be simple, but they're not necessarily easy and why that means individuals are not to blame. Most importantly, we offer an invitation. To those who are creating, supporting, or changing their own environments to support better health for themselves or their community. We want to hear from you! Please get in touch so we can share your story on the podcast.

The holiday season is a time for joy, connection… and let's be honest, a whole lot of pie. From pecan to pumpkin to the classic apple pie, our plates tend to get fuller as the year winds down. On a recent Late Night Health interview, host Mark Allen sat down with Pamela Nisevich Bede — six-time author, marathoner, and nutrition expert with Abbott's Lingo program — to talk about how to enjoy holiday favorites without derailing your health goals. Pamela explains that while overindulging is common this time of year, you don't have to choose between celebration and wellness. Turkey, for example, is a great source of lean protein, and many holiday dishes can be enjoyed guilt-free with just a little strategy. One of her most surprising tips? What you eat first matters. Starting your meal with vegetables, protein, and healthy fats can help stabilize your glucose before digging into carb-heavy favorites. Mood also plays a big role during holiday gatherings — especially when navigating family dynamics. Pamela notes that mood is closely tied to glucose stability. By keeping blood sugar steady, you're better able to stay focused, energized, and emotionally balanced (even when Uncle Joe pushes your buttons). A new tool making this easier is Lingo by Abbott, an over-the-counter continuous glucose monitor that helps you understand how foods affect your body in real time. No prescription needed. With Lingo, she says, people can “take the guesswork out of wellness” and see what actually works for their unique metabolism. And yes — you can still enjoy dessert. Pamela recommends taking a 10–20 minute walk after that slice of pie. Your muscles will use the incoming glucose for fuel, helping keep your energy up instead of sending you straight to the couch for an after-dinner nap.
