Comprising two ships, the HMS Erebus and HMS Terror, the expedition aimed to explore uncharted territories but tragically ended in disaster. The ships became trapped in ice off King William Island, and all 129 crew members perished. Bara man formulerar frågan tillräckligt bra, så blir svaret givet. Det är någon filosof som sagt det. Men är inte det lite skumt? Är inte de allra bästa frågorna de som man inte kan få svar på? Bedragerskan & bismaken Kvinnan måste fotas. Hon fotas i en tillknäppt blus ögonblicken innan hon blir frigiven. Hon har suttit i fängelse i Falun för bedrägeri och förfalskningsbrott. Året var 1904 och kvinnan hette Amanda Kristina Pedersen. Hon ser sliten och skarp ut. Som en trött gammal morsa som ägnat hela natten åt att trassla ut fiskpinnar ur håret. Men hon var 25 år. Fotograf, skådespelerska och bedragerska. Men vad är egentligen vad? 105 år senare bläddrar den 25 - åriga konstnären Kristina Bength i en fotobok och fastnar för Amanda Kristinas porträtt. Båda heter Kristina och har bott i Falun. Amanda Kristina i en cell och Kristina i ett hus. Amanda Kristinas gamla fotografier har varit utgångsläget för Kristinas stora svartvita målningar som hänger på Galleri Pictura i Lund mellan 16 maj och 6 juni. Det är spöklika bilder på plaster som Amanda Kristina rört sig på. Som bland bråtet efter en gasexplotion eller bakom papp-träden i en teaterkuliss. Sara Lundin har träffat K

Det är fredag och klockan är ett på eftermiddagen. På gatorna i Kairo ligger gröna mattor utrullade. Det förbereds för fredagsbönen, muslimernas viktigaste bönetid. Strax kommer gatorna vara fyllda av knäböjande män. Följ med Karine Mannerfelt till Kairo, upplev hur det är att ta sig fram i staden med 20 miljoner invånare, och träffa tusenkonstnären Nora Amin som berättar hur den egyptiska censuren fungerar.

Annika Ström är konstnären som tycker att livet går så fort, och då målar hon det på en vit duk. Just dom orden: allt går så fort, i bokstäver som håller en orange-röd färgskala. Vi kan kalla det textverk eller plakat, och dessa utsagor är en viktig del av hennes konstnärskap, men annars är det videofilm som är hennes huvudsakliga uttryckssätt. Hon har gjort en film som bara är några sekunder lång och just nu håller hon på att skriva ett långfilmsmanus så filmerna varierar stort i längd. Förutom textverken och filmerna sjunger hon också sina egna låtar. Dom är ofta väldigt korta vilket gör att även hennes konserter blir mycket korta, bara omkring tio minuter. Mia Gerdin träffar Annika Ström då hon ställer ut på konsthallen i Bohusläns museum i Uddevalla och Annika guidar själv mellan sina konstverk och berättar om dom ofta dråpliga situationer som ligger bakom deras tillkomst. Självklart får vi också höra några av hennes korta låtar.
