Hayden grew up in Michigan, and was a Wolverine fan, but ended up a Hawkeye. We discuss being a six-year college player after starting at small Christian college Dordt in Sioux Center, Iowa, his Dutch/Michigan connections, and a severe senior-year injury that tore a piece of his pelvis off, forcing surgery and sidelining him from football. He explains how COVID disrupted his senior year, why he chose Dordt, and how entering the portal led to LaVar Woods recruiting him to Iowa, where he became a contributor and embraced the program's culture. Large reflects on the season's “what if” close losses, praises leaders like Mark, describes Tight End U under coach Hodge, discusses teammates Reece, DJ, and quarterbacks Hank and Jeremy, and shares NFL Pro Day preparation in Knoxville with former NFL TE Lee Smith for March 23. The Wolverine Mindset....Keith Rabkin, CEO of PandaDoc, is one of the few leaders I've met who can bridge the gap between "corporate tech elite" and "scrappy underdog."Our conversation forced me (and us all) to look at my own leadership style. At Google, Keith was one of only 25 people—out of thousands of geniuses—to win the "Great Manager Award."His secret isn't just a high IQ; it's what he calls the "Wolverine Mindset" .It's a relentless, "never-give-up" grit that focuses on one thing: obliterating roadblocks so the team can win.So many key insights and here are a few of the topics:- How the best "strategic" leaders get into the details to accelerate progress.- Why Keith left the safety of a global giant (Adobe) to hunt for survival in the trenches.- The controversial move he made that instantly drove 5x profitability.Question: Are we overvaluing "vision" and undervaluing raw determination?-----Connect with the Host, #1 bestselling author Ben FanningSpeaking and Training inquiresSubscribe to my Youtube channelLinkedInInstagramTwitter

Along the way, we get into the X-Men crossover, the Living City, Dungeons of Doom, his new Marvel exclusive deal, and the bigger plans quietly building beneath the surface of his Hulk run. On Horror as Hulk's Natural State With Infernal Hulk, you've fully repositioned Hulk as a horror icon rather than just a force of destruction. What makes horror such a natural lens for this character, and what aspects of Bruce and Hulk feel newly unlocked for you in that genre? 2. On Marvel Exclusivity & Timing You're now officially Marvel exclusive while also wrapping up Book of El at DC. Creatively, what does this moment represent for you? Does going exclusive feel like narrowing your focus, or opening up the sandbox in a bigger way? 3. On Bruce Without the Monster One of the smartest pivots in this run has been stripping Bruce away from the Hulk and forcing him to watch the consequences. What fascinates you most about Bruce when he's powerless and confronted with what the Hulk becomes without him? 4. On Writing Other Heroes Judging Bruce You've written the wider Marvel Universe reacting to Bruce in a way that feels tense, even cruel at times. Why was it important that the heroes not simply rally around him? 6. On the Living City Concept The Living City feels mythic, grotesque, and operatic all at once. What inspired that setting, and how important is it that Hulk's world now feels almost biblical in scope? 7. On INFERNAL HULK #7 and the X-Men In issue #7, Hulk exerts mysterious control over mutantkind and draws them into the Living City. That's a bold escalation. What makes the X-Men the right foil for this version of Hulk, and how does their connection to identity and mutation complicate what Eldest is doing? 7. You and Ben Percy are both playing in Marvel's darker corners right now, and “Dungeons of Doom” has that same horror-forward energy we're seeing in Infernal Hulk. What's it been like working alongside Ben in shaping that space, and how do you make sure your vision of horror and mythic stakes complements rather than overlaps with what he's building? 8. Fun Silly Question If Eldest decided to build the perfect army out of Marvel characters purely based on vibes, who would absolutely make the cut… and who would Eldest reject immediately for being “bad monster material”? 9. Any other projects you'd like to plug?

One of the biggest releases of the 2026 gaming calendar, Resident Evil Requiem, is now out, and we had to bring back Randy Isbelle to discuss his most anticipated game of the year. It is so anticipated that he's already rolled credits on the game in the manner of a weekend! Is this truly the best RE game since RE 4? Marc also has thoughts on the game, albeit he hasn't gotten as far as Randy has. There's also a follow-up on both of the big stories from last week, as new Xbox CEO Asha Sharma had an interview with Jez Corden of Windows Central, and more details from Jason Schreier about the Bluepoint closing. However, it is another statement from Schreier about PlayStation backing out of bringing its single-player games to PC that is the major discussion for this week. The guys discuss why Sony may be heading in this direction and if they are truly leaving money on the table or not by putting the focus solely on the console. Plus, Marvel's Wolverine now has a release date, Paramount has won the bidding war for Warner Bros and could this effect the Warner Bros game division? A new God of War game starring Freya could be in development and release as soon as this year? Pokemon Winds and Waves was announced for 2027 only on Nintendo Switch 2, Pokemon Pokopia is the highest rated Pokemon game ever? Valve being sued by the State of New York and more! You can also watch this episode in video form on the W2M Network Youtube Channel, please give us a like, comment on the episode, and give the channel a subscribe and follow as well: https://youtube.com/live/v1CDSF8qoD0Check out Sean's Hermit And Pig Review: https://www.theouterhaven.net/hermit-and-pig-review/Check out Sean's Cairn Review: https://www.theouterhaven.net/cairn-review-survive-the-climb/Listen as a podcast and give us a review on these platforms... While the wider world continues to embrace ubiquitous access for their digital products, compelling rumors indicate Sony might opt to go in the other direction. This is particularly surprising considering their pursuit of success on PC, openness in publishing on Nintendo Switch, and the shocking move to bring Helldivers II to Xbox. Then again, the numbers speak for themselves. It appears PlayStation has grossed somewhere between one and two billion dollars in total from their PC releases dating back to 2020, a comically small sum compared to their greater gross over that time, and an amount of money that may simply not justify further jeopardizing their closed ecosystem. Are we about to snap back to the old way of doing things? Many PlayStation fans will be pleased, if so. Plus: Wolverine gets a September release date on PS5, Horizon: Hunters Gathering and Marathon revel in concurrent playtests, Death Stranding 2 is coming to PC very soon, French publisher Nacon declares its insolvency, and more. Then: Listener inquiries! Can Sony's first party teams truly be blamed for pitching games-as-a-service when it was clear that's what leadership wanted? Could it be possible that the secret Santa Monica Studio, Cory Barlog-directed game is Uncharted? Is Resident Evil 9's 10-12 hour runtime a selling point or a detriment? Will Sacred Symbols go another 400 episodes, or perhaps even 4,000? This episode is sponsored by BetterHelp. In an episode where they've never needed his bullshit X-Men knowledge more, Zammit's out sick. But never fear true believer as he's been replaced by our good friend Darcy Smith from Studio Folly! Who knows NOTHING about X-Men. He didn't even know Wolverine aka Logan aka James Howlett bones were coated in adamantium. You all better come for him in the comments. They didn't even mention the time after Wolverine got the adamantium ripped from his bones where he turned into a full on cave man, wore a bandana and had no nose. Nor do the mention the time of how he got his adamantium back. You see, at the time, and unbeknownst to the rest of the X-Men, Apocalypse had kidnapped (man-napped? mutant-napped?) Wolverine and pitted him up against Sabretooth (who had been enhanced with adamantium from the arms of the evil mutant Cyber (he had arms coated in adamantium)) to see who would become Death (one of the Horsemen of Apocalypse). Wolverine defeated Sabretooth believing that only bad would come out of Sabretooth becoming Death and so Apocalypse sucked off the adamantium from Sabretooth to give to Wolverine. Even his teeth were adamantium at this point, but that didn't last. He was then made to attack the X-Men and he was all wrapped up in a red headscarf thing and wielded a big scimitar for reasons that are unclear. Probably to hide the fact that no one was supposed to know he was Wolverine as there was another Wolverine on the team, but not like his clone or his son or his clone of a clone, this one was a Skrull (one of those shapeshifting aliens) who was pretending to be Wolverine for some reason that escapes me. Did Apocalypse put him on the team or was that just a sweet coincidence? This was during Apocalypse: The Twelve storyline, which was something that was teased for so long in the comics but ended up being just a terrible mess where Apocalypse wanted to get sucked off into the body of Nate Grey (an alternate reality and all powerful son of Jean Grey and Scott Summers who was kicking it sweet in the 616 universe who later went on to become a mutant shaman, then become a bit of everyone, then he made an alternate reality where sex was forbidden which makes sense as he was tricked by an evil Madelyne Pryor from a different alternate dimension to have sex, which is weird as Madelyne is a clone of Jean Grey, his mum) but Scott Summers pushed him out the way and took his spot, so Apocalypse ended up sucking off Cyclops and then they merged into one guy and then choofed off for a bit to finally come back to cheat on his wife. So you guys better come for them in the comments. Didn't even know their plane was called the Blackbird. Sam Webb, Josh Newkirk, and Alejandro Zuniga live from Champaign-Urbana, provided analysis of Michigan's 84-70 win over No. 10 Illinois at State Farm Arena, securing the Wolverines' first outright Big Ten title since 2014. The TMI crew highlighted key performances, including Morez Johnson's double-double in his return to Illinois. They also praised Yaxel Lendeborg for his strong two-way play and defensive impact. The discussion covered Aday Mara's dominant second half, Trey McKenney's timely three-pointers, and Elliot Cadeu's floor-generalship. Michigan's defensive efforts limited Keaton Wagler and David Mirkovic, while the team controlled the boards. Michigan, the top seed for the upcoming Big Ten Tournament, likely locked up its No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament with the win over the Illini. The episode concluded with a discussion on the importance of extending Dusty May's contract to deter NBA interest.
