El exjefe guerrillero de las Farc Jesús Santrich fue recapturado cuando salía de la cárcel La Picota, tras la decisión de la JEP de no autorizar su extradición y ordenar su liberación. La Fiscalía se la jugó por iniciar un nuevo proceso ante la justicia ordinaria por el mismo caso que llevó a su captura en el 2018, solo que con nuevos argumentos. En Al cierre, periodistas de EL TIEMPO analizan que viene en este caso, que seguirá desarrollándose en el fin de semana. Los cargos -narcotráfico y concierto para delinquir- son los mismos, pero la situación es inédita dado que Santrich está ligado a la Jurisdicción Especial de Paz. Una pregunta clave es si solo será juzgado aquí o existe la posibilidad de que se produzca la extradición que piden desde Washington. Jhon Torres y Sair Buitrago, especialistas en temas judiciales, abordan el asunto. En Australia empezó a regir una ley que obliga a los sacerdotes a romper el secreto de confesión si llegan a conocer un caso de abuso sexual. La medida vino tras la divulgación de un informe sobre 8.000 casos de pederastia en instituciones religiosas, de los cuales el 62 por ciento eran atribuidos a sacerdotes católicos. ¿Puede ser esto posible en Colombia? ¿Qué dicen las autoridades eclesiásticas colombianas? El coronel del Ejército Jorge Armando Pérez será vinculado a la investigación del homicidio del excombatiente de las Farc Dimar Torres, ocurrido el pasado 22 de abril en Ocaña (Norte de Santander). Un cabo, al mando de Pérez, fue el autor del hecho. Según la Fiscalía, el oficial tenía conocimiento de lo ocurrido, pero negó saberlo ante las autoridades. Rod Woodson speaks up about a lack of playmakers on D side of the ball, stating that Shazier was going to be that guy. TJ Watt is still in question. Since Troy, there hasn't been a bigtime playmaker. They're looking for Cam Hayward to step up, - Bud Dupree to get in there, and Stephon Tuitt to stay healthy. Bryant is facing a possible suspension due to moving and missed testing and programs. The Caps raise a banner without trolling the Pens. With the NHL season schedule set, they open agains the Bruins Oct 3rd. The Penguins are trying to obtain Max Domi (son of Ty Domi) from the Coyotes. Kessel is interested in being reunited with Tocchet, but they are strapped on the cap hit at 6.8 million. The Leafs are carrying 1.2 of the current cap. Sources say the Pens offered up Rust, Sheary, or Simon. Due to the cap hit, to acquire him, someone would need to be traded. The Pirates dealt with some rain after a 1-0 win and a 3-2 loss. l A highlight at the Buccos game was Steven Brault singing the National Anthem. Polonco shows signs of promise, but then the next game lays an egg.
