El Ministro de Obras Públicas habló de las dificultades del FOVIAL para enfrentar el mantenimiento de las calles del país. Aseguró que las rutas que le competen han sido "resanadas" en un 97%. Además, comentó sobre el nuevo proyecto de ordenamiento al transporte y el cambio de placas.
