Faits marquants et grandes tendances 2019 Notre conversation est structurée autour de 9 grands points : 1) Année du démarrage du Social shopping en Occident : Les acteurs de la découverte de produits, en amont de l’achat en ligne, se mettent à l’e-commerce (ex Instagram). 2) Google Shopping Actions : transformer Google Shopping en marketplace. 3) Voice commerce : Référencement, identité vocale, désintermédiation encore… 4) Entrée dans l’acte 3 des partenariats retail&tech : Acte 1 : jamais de la vie.
