Is Carlos Estévez throwing 88 mph a red flag or spring training noise? Should you buy Spencer Strider's velocity dip at pick 112? Joe Bond, AJ Applegarth, and Corey Pieper break down the biggest 2026 fantasy baseball ADP movers using live NFBC datam from injured closers crashing 40+ spots to red-hot prospects climbing the draft board. The guys debate which fallers are worth buying (Eugenio Suárez back in Cincinnati for 40+ bombs?) and which risers are traps (Jarren Durán crushing spring but was Corey's bust pick). Plus: FanDuel betting props on Rafael Devers (30.5 HR over/under) and Spencer Strider (168.5 K over/under). Biggest fallers: Carlos Estévez: 95 mph → 88 mph velocity, Matt Strom lurking (dropped 10 spots) Spencer Strider: Velocity at 94-95 vs peak 98, Corey takes the under on 168.5 K prop Hunter Greene: Elbow surgery, won't pitch until July, ADP crashed from 42 to 330 Josh Hader: Bicep injury, Brian Abreu ready to close (dropped from 109 to 119) Jordan Westburg: Torn UCL, won't return until at least after April (fell to pick 329) Biggest risers: Jarren Durán: 6 HR in 30 spring at-bats including bombs off Sale/Scubal (up 7-8 spots) Matt McLain: .607 spring avg, 2 K in 28 AB, Corey admits "I can be proven wrong" (up to 169) Jac Caglianone: "Could make a run at 40 home runs" - Corey (up to 182) Shane McClanahan: Velocity climbing, only throwing 80% effort (still 195 ADP) Konnor Griffin: Great talent, but are we buying the hype too much? (up to 132) Heated debates: Devers 30.5 HR prop: All three take the over despite .236 avg in San Francisco Hunter Greene innings: Joe says 80, Corey says 40, who do you agree with? Sal Stewart vs Matt McLain: Who's the Reds first baseman to trust? Ivan Herrera utility-only: Still worth it at pick 170? Plus: Why Corey's taking Blake Snell at pick 171 in deep leagues, AJ's Andrew Painter hype as a "generational talent," and the Kevin McGonigle Tigers breakout nobody's talking about. How do you build a championship-caliber offense in your 2026 fantasy baseball draft? Joe Bond, A.J. Applegarth, and Corey Pieper break down the hitter draft strategy you need to dominate, covering core philosophy, positional scarcity, category targets, and roster construction mistakes to avoid. In this comprehensive strategy episode, we tackle the biggest questions drafters face: Is shortstop really that deep? Which hitting categories are hardest to recover? Should you lock in elite SS/OF early or wait for value? How do you balance batting average risk with power and speed? Fantasy Baseball Live – November 30, 2025 – 2:00 pmMicrosoft Teams:Segment 1 – Prospects – NL East – Atlanta Braves and Miami MarlinsQuick BreakSegment 2 – News and Notes1.Light week due to the holiday but we did have another big trade. The Rangers trade Marcus Seimen to the Mets for Brandon Nimmo. a.I wrote 1000 words about the deal to our Patreon members. What did you think of the deal?b.We just talked about the Mets last Sunday and I don't know if this clarifies things or makes it more muddled. We will look at both the infield and outfieldc. We discussed Josh Smith getting time in the outfield last week, but assuming they don't sign anyone, he should open as the starting second baseman. Thoughts on Josh Smith at second?2.The Blue Jays made noise by signing Dylan Cease for 7-years and $210 million. WOW. That's a lot of scratch. Did you like the signing?3.The Orioles finally spend a little bit of money, signing Ryan Helsley to a 2-year, $28 million contract. It takes a big closer arm off the board. Your thoughts?Segment 3 – Fantasy Questions of the NL East – NationalsWashington Nationals1.James Wood hit 31 home runs last season, but only 7 in the second half. He's the ninth outfielder off the board. Is that something that appeals to you?a.We will look at other outfielders going around him2.Dylan Crews – sigh.a.2026 stat line – AB, HR, SB, and BA3.I liked Brady House in the minor leagues and have him in one Dynasty League. I'm worried that his poor approach is catching up to him. In 74 MLB games, he walked eight times. a.Is this a growth stock or someone who will start the season in the minor leagues?b.The NFBC drafters are not bullish as he's the 46th third baseman off the board (ADP of 598). Is that worth a pick in the low 30s in D&H Leagues?4.Daylen Lile showed flashes last season, posting a .299 batting average with nine home runs and eight stolen bases in 351 plate appearances.a.The NFBC drafters seem to think he's a growth stock as he's the 50th outfielder off the board. Is a strong #4 starter feel right or is that a bit too rich?5.Out of the Nationals starters, which pitcher intrigues you the most?6.Give me a sleeper in the organization (minor or majors)Segment 4 – Fantasy Questions of the AL East – Orioles and Red SoxBaltimore Orioles1.After winning 91 games in 2024, the Orioles lost 87 games in 2025. Do they bounce back in 2026? How many games do they win?2.Samuel Bassalo – 2026 stat line - AB, HR, BA3.Gunnar Henderson hit 37 home runs in 2024 but only 17 in 2025. Exit velo is still 92.1 MPH (down slightly from 2024 – 92.8) but still in the top 10 percentile of the league. Over/Under 30 home runs in 2026?4.Nobody seems to be buying Coby Mayo's late home run surge as his ADP is 480 and he's the 31st first baseman off the board. Are you buying it?5.Trevor Rogers was a revelation last season, posting a 1.81 ERA in 18 starts. However, his xERA was 3.41 and he only struck out 8.8 per nine. He's going as the 66th pitcher off the board, or the 50th starting pitcher. Are you comfortable taking him as a strong number four starter?6.Give me a sleeper in the organization (minor or majors)Boston Red Sox1.Roman Anthony – 2026 stat line - AB, HR, SB, and BA2.I've longed been a fan of Marcelo Mayer, but his injury history is giving me pause. Plus, he wasn't very good after getting the callup. Does he get 500 PA in 2026?a.He's going as an after thought in drafts – 502 AB (34th round) or #33 third base. Any interest?3.Is Kristian Campbell a Red Sox on April 1?a.He's going before Marcelo Mayer at 480. Any interest?4.Connelly Early (#81) or Payton Tolle (#137)5.Any reason to not think of Aroldis Chapman as a Top 10 Closer?6.Give me a sleeper in the organization (minor or majors)Close
