P.J. Reilly says he's just an average Joe, but he's got a unique story. After graduating college, he and his wife got into a variety of different entrepreneurial ventures to make ends meet. In 2015, P.J. was introduced to real estate and decided to buy his first piece of vacant land for well below the asking price and was able to turn a nice profit. Today, he makes over 15K each month while still working a full-time job.P.J. sells a lot of his land on owner financing and he has yet to buy a property he can't sell. He started out with smaller deals and now he does about five properties each month. P.J. uses direct mail and shares his strategy. He also discusses which areas of the country he likes the most and the criteria he uses to select properties.
