Camilla Rossing, leder ved Norsk institutt for bunad og folkedrakt, gir klare analyser og maner til saklige diskusjoner. Diako Mavlodi er ikke-religiøs Gudbrandsdøl som kom til Vinstra som ett-åring. 2 av 3 bunader som kjøpes i dag, er ikke laget i Norge, men produsert i utlandet, viser en Infact-undersøkelse for VG fra 2017. Det er ingen krav om merking av hvor bunadene er laget. Blir kundene lurt? 
Foreningen Norges bunadshåndverkere vil «arrestere» de som driver med masseproduksjon av bunader i utlandet. De startet som Bunadspolitiet i 2018, men skiftet navn i 2019. 

 Siri Sveen Haaland er i studio for å snakke om foreningen som ikke bare favner de som broderer og syr, men også de som vever eller driver med sølv.

Ragne Victoria Stauri har laget bunad av søppel for å belyse gjenbruk ved NTNU. Hun bruker bunaden som politisk aktivistplagg - litt slik Hulda Garborg brukte bunaden til sitt formål for over 100 år siden. Ragne V. Stauri brenner for miljøsaken. Samtidig jobber hun med bunad på si. Dette er trolig den dyreste bunaden hun har laget, siden ullstoffet i stakken kommer fra kostbare Haag kontorstoler som stod kassert på NTNU. I vesten har hun brukt trefliser - avkapp etter modellene til arkitektstudentene - for å lage søppelbunaden. Ved å blande det mest og minst verdifulle vi har; bunad og søppel, setter hun fokus på bærekraftig gjenbruk ved Norges største universitet i Trondheim. Ragne Victoria Stauri er utdannet musiker, snart lege og bunadshåndsverker, bosatt i Trondheim, men opprinnelig fra Lillehammer. Hun driver Bunadsloftet Trondheim.
