What dream has God placed in your heart—and what's standing in the way?In the final week of our 50 Days of Transformation, we explore our vocational life—not simply our job or career, but the deeper calling and purpose God has placed within us.Through the story of David and Goliath, we discover that the biggest giants we face aren't always the ones in front of us. Sometimes they are delay, discouragement, disapproval and doubt.David shows us another way. He remembered God's faithfulness, used what God had already placed in his hands, refused to be defined by the voices of the naysayers, and stepped forward expecting God to act.Whatever God has placed in your heart, the presence of giants doesn't mean the dream is over.Remember what God has done.Use what God has given you.Ignore the naysayers.Expect God to act.The 50 Days of Transformation may be concluding—but our transformation is just beginning.Sermon notes: https://www.michurch.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/50-Days-of-Transformation-Week-8-My-Vocational-Life-Notes.pdfTo support the ministry of Melbourne Inclusive Church go to: www.michurch.org.au/give Melbourne Inclusive Church boldly and proudly proclaims Christ's equal love for all people regardless of their ability, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, age, gender, race, ethnicity, or culture. What if financial transformation isn't primarily about how much money we have, but about how we think about what God has placed in our hands? In Week 7 of 50 Days of Transformation, we explore Financial Health: How to Think About Money God's Way.Through Jesus' surprising parable of the shrewd manager in Luke 16, we discover that money was never meant to master us—it's a tool we can steward with wisdom, generosity and purpose. We'll explore how:Everything ultimately belongs to GodMoney reveals what we love and trustMoney is a tool for God's purposesWe can invest what we have in things that last for eternityWe are called to faithfully steward what God places in our handsJesus reminds us: “You cannot serve God and be enslaved to money.” — Luke 16:13 (NLT)Financial freedom begins when our thinking changes. Instead of loving money and using people, Jesus invites us to love people and use money—to bless others, build relationships and invest in what lasts.Sermon notes: https://www.michurch.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/50-Days-of-Transformation-Week-7-My-Financial-Life-Notes.pdfTo support the ministry of Melbourne Inclusive Church go to: www.michurch.org.au/giveMelbourne Inclusive Church boldly and proudly proclaims Christ's equal love for all people regardless of their ability, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, age, gender, race, ethnicity, or culture.Melbourne Inclusive Church is part of the EMI Global family of churches.
Why can relationships be so difficult—even with the people we love most?In Week 6 of our 50 Days of Transformation journey, we explore how God wants to transform our relational life. Looking back to Genesis 3, we discover three fears that can quietly damage our relationships:Fear of exposure – What if people really knew me?Fear of disapproval – What if I'm criticised or rejected?Fear of losing control – What happens if I allow myself to be vulnerable? These fears can lead us to hide, become defensive, blame others, or try to control the people around us.God's answer to relational fear isn't simply greater confidence or better communication techniques—it is learning to live securely in God's love.“Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear.” — 1 John 4:18 (NLT)In this message, we explore three daily practices that can transform the way we relate to others: surrendering our hearts to God, remembering how deeply God loves us, and offering that same love to others. When we know that we are completely accepted, unconditionally loved, totally forgiven and deeply valuable, fear begins to lose its grip. We become freer to be vulnerable, extend grace, forgive, hope and love others as Christ has loved us.Transformation isn't just about changing what we do. God wants to transform the way we think, love and relate—from the inside out.Sermon Notes: https://www.michurch.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/50-Days-of-Transformation-Week-6-My-Relational-Life-Notes.pdfTo support the ministry of Melbourne Inclusive Church go to: www.michurch.org.au/giveMelbourne Inclusive Church boldly and proudly proclaims Christ's equal love for all people regardless of their ability, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, age, gender, race, ethnicity, or culture.Melbourne Inclusive Church is part of the EMI Global family of churches.
God created us with emotions — but our emotions were never meant to control us.In Week 5 of 50 Days of Transformation, we explore what it means to experience our emotions honestly while learning to manage them with wisdom, truth, and the help of Holy Spirit. Our feelings matter, but feelings aren't always facts. Instead of ignoring what we feel or allowing our emotions to dictate our decisions, we can develop emotional maturity — learning to feel fully while faithfully stewarding what is happening within us.In this message, we discover three practical steps for dealing with difficult emotions:NAME IT — What am I really feeling, and what triggered it?CHALLENGE IT — Is what I'm feeling actually true? Is it helping me or hurting me?CHANGE IT OR CHANNEL IT — Does this emotion need to change, or can God use it for something good?We also look at how being filled with Holy Spirit, managing our words, and filling our hearts with God's Word can transform our emotional lives from the inside out.Emotional transformation isn't about pretending we don't feel. It's about learning to bring what we feel into the presence of God and allowing truth and Holy Spirit to shape what happens next.Sermon Notes: https://www.michurch.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/50-Days-of-Transformation-Week-5-My-Emotional-Life.pdfTo support the ministry of Melbourne Inclusive Church go to: www.michurch.org.au/giveMelbourne Inclusive Church boldly and proudly proclaims Christ's equal love for all people regardless of their ability, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, age, gender, race, ethnicity, or culture.Melbourne Inclusive Church is part of the EMI Global family of churches.
In Week 4 of our 50 Days of Transformation series, we turn our attention to our mental life and discover why God is interested not only in changing our circumstances, but in transforming our minds.Romans 12:2 reminds us that transformation happens as God changes the way we think. But that means learning an important truth: we don't have to believe every thought that enters our mind.In this message, we explore three daily choices that can help us develop a healthier, transformed mind:Feed your mind with truth — intentionally fill your thinking with God's Word and promises.Free your mind from destructive thoughts — recognise the lies and strongholds that influence how you see yourself, God and your circumstances, and learn to take your thoughts captive.Focus your mind on the right things — turn your attention toward Jesus, others and eternity.Mental transformation isn't about pretending everything is okay or ignoring genuine mental health struggles. It's about learning to intentionally manage what we allow to shape our thinking and creating room for the Holy Spirit to produce life and peace within us.Transform your mind, and you transform your life.Sermon Notes: https://www.michurch.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/50-Days-of-Transformation-Week-4-My-Mental-Life-Notes.pdf To support the ministry of Melbourne Inclusive Church go to: www.michurch.org.au/giveMelbourne Inclusive Church boldly and proudly proclaims Christ's equal love for all people regardless of their ability, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, age, gender, race, ethnicity, or culture.Melbourne Inclusive Church is part of the EMI Global family of churches.
Stress has become one of the defining challenges of modern life. Whether it's worry, hurry, conflict, uncertainty, or the constant pressure of everyday living, many of us carry burdens that God never intended us to bear alone. In Week 3 of our 50 Days of Transformation series, we discover that one of the Bible's most loved passages—Psalm 23—is far more than a comforting psalm. It is a practical guide to living with God's peace in the middle of life's pressures.Together we'll explore:• The seven biggest sources of modern stress.• Seven life-changing habits found in Psalm 23.• How God provides peace, rest, guidance, protection, and hope.• Practical ways to reduce stress while growing in faith and trust.Transformation isn't just about changing how we think—it's about allowing God to reshape every area of our lives, including our physical wellbeing. If this message encouraged you, we'd love for you to subscribe, like this video, and share it with someone who could use God's peace today.Sermon Notes: https://www.michurch.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/50-Days-of-Transformation-Week-3-My-Physical-Life-Notes.pdfTo support the ministry of Melbourne Inclusive Church go to: www.michurch.org.au/giveMelbourne Inclusive Church boldly and proudly proclaims Christ's equal love for all people regardless of their ability, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, age, gender, race, ethnicity, or culture.Melbourne Inclusive Church is part of the EMI Global family of churches.
What if the greatest transformation in your life doesn't begin with changing your behaviour—but with changing your focus? In Week 2 of our 50 Days of Transformation series, we explore the foundation of every other area of life: our spiritual health. Through the powerful story of the Prodigal Son (Luke 15), we'll discover that no matter how far we've wandered, God is already searching for us and running toward us with grace.Together we'll learn the four steps back to God:• Get Fed Up – becoming dissatisfied with spiritual drift.• Own Up – honestly turning back to God.• Offer Up – moving from "Give me" to "Make me."• Lift Up – responding with gratitude, worship, and praise. We'll also explore practical habits that strengthen our relationship with God, including regular spiritual check-ups, worship, communion, and living a life centred on Christ.Transformation doesn't happen overnight—but every step toward God changes us from the inside out.If this message encouraged you, we'd love for you to like, subscribe, and share it with someone who needs the reminder that God's love is fully inclusive and it's never too late to come home.Sermon Notes: https://www.michurch.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/50-Days-of-Transformation-Week-2-My-Spiritual-Life-Notes.pdfTo support the ministry of Melbourne Inclusive Church go to: www.michurch.org.au/giveMelbourne Inclusive Church boldly and proudly proclaims Christ's equal love for all people regardless of their ability, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, age, gender, race, ethnicity, or culture.Melbourne Inclusive Church is part of the EMI Global family of churches.
What if the life God has for you doesn't happen by accident—but by intention? In Week 1 of our 50 Days of Transformation series, we lay the foundation for lasting change by discovering why biblical goal setting is a spiritual discipline.Drawing from Romans 12:1–2, we'll explore six biblical reasons to set goals and discover the three things God has already provided to help us succeed.Whether you're longing for growth in your spiritual life, relationships, health, finances, career, or emotional wellbeing, this message will challenge you to stop living on autopilot and begin living intentionally with God.Join us as we begin this exciting 50-day journey of transformation and discover what God can do for and through you.Sermon Notes: https://www.michurch.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/50-Days-of-Transformation-Week-1-Setting-Goals-Notes.pdf To support the ministry of Melbourne Inclusive Church go to: www.michurch.org.au/giveMelbourne Inclusive Church boldly and proudly proclaims Christ's equal love for all people regardless of their ability, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, age, gender, race, ethnicity, or culture.Melbourne Inclusive Church is part of the EMI Global family of churches.
Transformation doesn't happen by accident—it happens through consecration. In this message, we continue unpacking our year-long vision of Transformation is Our Expectation by laying the foundation for consecration and inviting our church into a focused week of prayer and fasting. We explore what consecration is, why it matters, and how it positions us to experience the transforming power of God. Rooted in Scripture and personal testimony, this teaching calls us to set ourselves apart, create space for God, and prepare our hearts for what He wants to do among us.
•Ritual and Shelter: This episode is sponsored by Ritual and Shelter. Visit them online at RitualAndShelter.com or in Homewood, Alabama. Welcome to Transformation Week! The universe is handing you the keys to completely rewrite your story from the inside out. With Mercury retrograde returning to Scorpio and joining forces with a powerful New Moon, we have an extraordinary portal for deep inner work and complete metamorphosis. This week's transformation sets the stage for how you'll close out 2025. In this episode, we dive deep into conscious creation and activating our inner light with special guest Judith Corvin Blackburn, author of The 6D Ascension Journey. Judith is a transpersonal psychotherapist, teacher, shamanic minister, and co-founder of the Shamanic Multi-dimensional Mystery School. Main Points: •The Sixth Dimension: The sixth dimension is the realm of creation, where everything that exists in material form has its energetic parallel. Plato called it the "world of forms." By consciously working with this dimension, we can shift our personal reality and the planet. •Creating a New Reality: We have been creating our reality unconsciously for millenniums. By understanding the interaction between the sixth and third dimensions, we can begin to create a new reality for our personal lives and for the planet. •The Power of Collective Consciousness: When enough people hold a vision and belief, it will come into consciousness and manifest in the third dimension. This is why holding the vibration of peace and love is so important. •Navigating the Fourth Dimension: The fourth dimension is where we hold our emotional wounding, unconscious beliefs, and archetypal imprints. Healing the personal clears this dimension and gives us access to the higher dimensions. •Activating Our 12-Strand DNA: We have 10 strands of DNA that have been dormant and called "junk DNA" by scientists. As we open up spiritually, these strands are beginning to activate, allowing us to access our star-seeded heritage and higher consciousness. Key Quotes: "When we can begin to own that and understand the interaction between six D and 3D, we can not only create a new reality for our personal lives, but we can shift the planet, which is a deep passion of mine." "If enough of us are holding that vision and belief that this will be, then it will come into consciousness and it will show up in the third dimension, and therefore we will have a peaceful planet." "When we jump on the bandwagon of 'Oh my God, the world's falling apart,'…that just lowers that vibration versus 'I recognize it…I know this work is so important. I know we can create this shift, so I have to be part of holding that vibration.'" "As we heal the personal, it clears that fourth dimensional cloud…and we have access now to who I believe we really are designed to be, which is a fifth dimensional, six dimensional human." "When we understand how powerful we are, when we understand that we're holding this divine energy, we begin to understand that we really can create the lives that we deserve to live and the planet that we deserve to live on."
