De 2.016 episodios he terminado 1.917. Welcome to Monsters on the Edge, a show exploring creatures at the edge of our reality in forests, cities, skies, and waters. We examine these creatures and talk to the researchers studying them.Mike Scott, is a 60 year old high school teacher/coach/ and athletic director in Southeast Missouri. His initial interest in Bigfoot began when he was 12 when he checked out a book from the library on the subject. But all that was put on the back burner for years until the interest was resurrected with the cable TV shows popping up about 15 or so years ago.He thought the shows were interesting, and did a little research on the subject at that time which led him to the BFRO website and database. With Missouri being listed a number of times, his interest peaked some more. But it wasn't until 2019 when he discovered a track way of footprints about 20 miles from his home in Cape Girardeau. At that point he was hooked and has conducted field work since, learning more and more each time he goes out.He and his wife of 36 years have raised an athletic family as they have two grown kids now, a daughter (33) and a son (31), both had successful athletic careers which kept him out of the woods, and now they have one grandson and a granddaughter that will be here in a few weeks.SEMO BIGFOOT & CRYPTID RESEARCH FACEBOOKhttps://www.facebook.com/groups/822816237928377Click that play button, and let's unravel the mysteries of the UNTOLD! Although it was against B1G-winless MSU, it sure felt good to be on the right side of a late game comeback win as Iowa comes out on top 20-17 against Sparty on Senior Day in Iowa City. The Hawkeye 4DT guys have plenty to discuss coming out of Saturday's game, but it's better to be talking about 7-4 Iowa Hawkeyes team, Kaden Wetjen's heroics and Mark Gronowski's 4th quarter Superman impression than lamenting a 6-5 team, coming off a terrible loss and heading into the final game of the season in Lincoln, Nebraska. Speaking of Nebraska, Zach and Brian look ahead to Friday and try to predict what new and novel way the Huskers can trip over themselves on the way to another Hawkeye walk-off FG - we all know that Drew Stevens has some recent practice with that! World leaders have hailed the first G20 summit in Africa as a victory for multilateralism, even as they addressed challenges of climate change, inequality and war, against a backdrop of shifting geopolitical rivalries. The notable absence of President Donald Trump has raised questions the role of the United States, in a changing world order.
In the last days before the catching away of the Church, the Bible shows us a global system preparing itself for the arrival of a political messiah — a man who will promise deliverance, justice, and national restoration. And as we watch America shaking apart at the seams, we are seeing millions of people placing their hope in a single figure they believe can crush corruption, defeat the Deep State, and usher in a new era of righteousness. This week, that spiritual fever boiled over again as a series of dramatic QAnon-themed digital illustrations portrayed Donald Trump as an apocalyptic warrior, standing alone against the powers of darkness. But what's really going on?“For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.” Revelation 17:17 (KJB)On this episode of the Prophecy News Podcast, let me be very clear: I am not saying Donald Trump is the Antichrist. But I am absolutely saying this, that the world is learning to desire exactly the kind of leader the Antichrist will be. A strong man. A fighter. A champion against corruption. A man who promises justice. A man who stands alone against a global cabal. That is the Antichrist template, that is the prophetic silhouette. And the QAnon movement's artwork paints Donald Trump directly into that outline. It is not about Trump, it is about the pattern, and the pattern is 100% biblical. The Antichrist will rise not as a monster, but as a savior. A hero. A man the world admires. QAnon says a storm is coming, MAGA Trump fans say a storm is coming, and activists say a storm is coming. But the Bible says THE Storm is coming — the one unleashed by the Lamb in Revelation 6. What the world is feeling right now is not political electricity, it is the tremor before the opening of the very first Seal Judgment. Trump is not the savior and QAnon is not the revealer of truth. What this really shows is the deepening polarization of this Laodicean age, where men are desperate for a political savior because they have rejected the real one. On this episode, we show you the ugly truth playing out before your eyes.

Morning everyone! So just this past week, I was chatting with a woman who has been a part of our church for a very long time. We were sort of grieving together over a relationship that we are watching erode in the lives of people we both love deeply. Which, I'm sure you all can relate with. Right? It's…

The script is starting to look familiar as your Iowa Hawkeyes once again come up just short against another top 20 opponent. This time Iowa fell 26-21 to the USC Trojans, after seeing an 11 point halftime lead melt away in rainy Southern California. The Hawkeye 4DT guys convene again this week to talk each other off the ledge as fans are left trying to deal with a once-promising season that now looks eerily similar to the 2010 Hawkeyes, with close losses to good teams. But, despite the losses, the Hawkeyes have three more games, and Brian and Zach give their thoughts heading into Senior Day in Iowa City, as Iowa takes on a struggling Sparty to try and get back in win column in November. We sit down with French River muskie guide Pat Tryon to explore what actually makes a trip unforgettable: humility, timing, and a sharp eye for what guests truly want. From long days chasing a single follow to easy afternoons spotting eagles and picking blueberries, we unpack how reading people—more than reading side imaging—defines success on the water.Pat takes us back to the moment that reshaped his career: watching a guest catch a bigger muskie than he'd ever landed and choosing joy over jealousy. That decision set the tone for a guiding philosophy built on service, not scoreboard. We get into the real craft: teaching mechanics like figure eights and lure cadence when it matters, keeping quiet when it serves the day, and knowing when to protect a spot without shortchanging a paying guest. We also dig into the ethics of information sharing among guides, the practical impact of walleye slot limits, and how bass tournaments can shift entire ecosystems when fish are weighed far from where they were caught.Behind the scenes, Pat opens the playbook on the invisible work that makes everything feel effortless: off‑season waypoint management, hyper‑organized tackle systems, and end‑of‑day resets so the boat is turnkey at dawn. On the lodge side, we talk pairing the right guide to the right guest and keeping personal drama “behind the line” so mornings start with calm water, good coffee, and zero tension. The thread through it all is respect—for guests, for colleagues, and for the resource. And the payoff? Friendships that outlast any bite window, the kind that bring people back year after year because they feel part of something bigger than a single fish.If you enjoy thoughtful stories about guiding, lodge life, and the reality of pressured fisheries on the French River and Lake Nipissing, you'll feel right at home here. Subscribe, share this with a friend who loves the craft as much as the catch, and leave a review to help more anglers find the show.

Not much to say other than heartbreak this week as Iowa comes up just short against Oregon, who ripped our hearts out and crushed our CFP dreams with a last second field goal to escape Iowa City with an 18-16 win. The Hawkeye 4DT guys break out the therapy couches for this one as they look back at couldas, wouldas, and shouldas and what might have been. Even with the disappointment coming out of Oregon, it was always going to be a tall task to go out west to take on USC. That Minnesota win was so good that the Hawkeye 4DT guys decided to take their own bye week. Have no fear, this week's episode jumps in the way back time machine (you know, like, 10 days ago) to recap Iowa's 41-3 domination of the Golden Gophers before turning full attention to this week's matchup against Oregon inside Kinnick Stadium. After scoring TDs in all three phases, the Hawkeyes entered the bye week on a roll and looking to get healthy, while the fans spent that time dreaming about some November and Kinnick magic against Puddles and the rest of the Ducks. Brian and Zach provide their 4DT breakdown of the Iowa football squad heading into meaningful November games - while many (most?) Iowa fans left the Hawks' playoff hopes for dead after the Indiana game, with four games left in the 2025 season, the guys look at what it will take for Iowa to finally break into the CFP discussion and find themselves in the 12-team tournament. Yeah, yeah - one game at a time . . . but no harm in dreaming big, right? Hawkeye 4DT is weekly Iowa Hawkeyes matchup and team analysis. Plain and simple, The Gronowski Game - another exciting installment in the PSU / Iowa rivalry, which saw the Iowa Hawkeyes and QB1 run by the Penn State Nittany Lions for a 25-24 win. While far from a perfect outing, the Hawkeye 4DT guys take a look back at a game that saw the Iowa offense come through to gut out a home win after battling back from an 11 point deficit in the second half. Brian and Zach then look ahead at the home matchup against the, surprisingly, 5-2, Minnesota Golden Gophers, who, while inconsistent, are building momentum after a Friday night win over a ranked Nebraska team. Brian and Zach break down what to expect from PSU when it comes to Iowa City without its long-term starting QB, Drew Allar, who is injured and out for the season, and without stalwart head coach, James Franklin, who was relieved of his HC duties earlier in the week after not only failing to find a way to win the “big one,” but also finding ways to lose multiple “little ones.” The only bad part is that the Hawks weren't the ones to show him the door! Hawkeye 4DT is a weekly Iowa Hawkeyes matchup and team analysis. Brian & Zach break down opponent tendencies, scheme, personnel usage, and keys to the game—nothing else. Send us a textPower is easy to claim and hard to carry—especially when the rules fall away. We take you inside a bold staging of Lord of the Flies led by a first-time director who turns rehearsal into a living workshop on leadership, morality, and what it means to build a tribe. The twist: two full casts, one male and one female, telling the same story from different lived experiences to expose how gender, socialization, and pressure shape our choices when the conch hits the sand. You'll hear how the production was designed from the ground up to center actor growth. Blocking rehearsals united both casts, then split into scene studies anchored by written questions that forced clarity: What do I want? What stops me? What breaks inside me when I cross a line? The team's most intimate exercise—letters written as the characters before the crash and after rescue—unlocked risky, grounded performances. Tears flowed, choices sharpened, and even the youngest cast members found language for grief, responsibility, and change. Around them, a veteran crew—producer, assistant director, stage manager, designers, and fight/movement coach—built an island that feels alive, from the carved light to the hum under the silence. We also open the door on auditions and casting, where the goal wasn't to mimic the book but to discover truth. Actors arrived with monologues that revealed who they are; callbacks measured preparation and chemistry rather than speed alone. The message was steady and freeing: you are worthy, and this is about the story we build together. As opening night approaches, the ensembles own their lines, their intentions, and their bond. See both casts and compare how power forms, fractures, and—sometimes—finds its way back to compassion.Subscribe for more behind-the-scenes stories, share this with a theater friend, and leave a quick review to help others find the show. Then grab tickets, choose your cast nights, and tell us: where did you see the island change?Find STTS:Steps To The Stage (@stepstothestage) | InstagramFacebookSteps To The Stage (buzzsprout.com)Steps To The Stage - YouTubePlease follow on your favorite podcast platform and we appreciate 5 Star ratings and positive reviews!

After a relaxing bye weekend, in this episode of the Hawkeye 4DT podcast, Brian and Zach get back to it by first talking about some final thoughts on the Indiana loss before offering up their 4DT breakdown heading into Saturday night's match-up against perennial rival and former B1G West foe, the Wisconsin Badgers. These may not be Barry Alvarez's Badgers, coming in at 2-3 and facing a gauntlet of a schedule, but there is always a reason to be concerned when hitting the road for a night game in Camp Randall. Now, excuse the guys, as they go off to do their 42 pushups for today…Go Hawks!! Hawkeye 4DT is weekly Iowa Hawkeyes matchup and team analysis. Welcome to the daily 63rd New York Film Festival podcast. Today we're featuring two conversations with Richard Linklater and the teams of his two NYFF selections. First, NYFF Artistic Director Dennis Lim moderates a conversation with Linklater and Blue Moon's screenwriter Robert Kaplow, as well asd its stars Ethan Hawke, Bobby Cannavale, and Andrew Scott, followed by a conversation with Linklater and Nouvelle Vague's Zoey Deutch, Guillaume Marbeck, Aubry Dullin, and Michèle Pétin, moderated by NYFF programmer Florence Almozini. Blue Moon is a portrait of one crucial night in the melancholy life of legendary lyricist Lorenz Hart (played by Ethan Hawke, in a tour de force performance). The film is a surprising yet entirely fitting addition to the Richard Linklater canon. And the spirit of cinematic revolution is alive and well in Linklater's affectionate and wildly entertaining passion project, Nouvelle Vague, which transports the viewer back to a creative landmark: the 1959 making of Breathless by Jean-Luc Godard. Nouvelle Vague opens at Film at Lincoln Center on October 31st, with the first week of screenings presented on 35mm. Tickets are on sale now. The 63rd New York Film Festival is presented in partnership with Rolex. Get tickets at filmlinc.org.
While it wouldn't have taken a perfect effort from your Iowa Hawkeyes, they did just enough to lose a winnable game against the #11 Indiana Hoosiers, 20-15 (sorry folks who had Indiana -6.5). On this first bye week of the season, the Hawkeye 4DT guys take some time to just look back on a disappointing game that pushed the Hawks to a similarly disappointing 3-2 start of the season. Brian and Zach will look to bounce back next week to provide their 4DT breakdown heading into a road matchup at Wisconsin. But, if you think this episode is going to be all negative, never fear - there is some light at the end of the episode as the guys talk about the latest addition to the Iowa WBB 2026 recruiting class! One week into the B1G season and your Hawkeyes are 1-0 in the conference, with a new-look shootout win over Rutgers last Friday night! In this week's episode of the Hawkeye 4DT Podcast, Brian and Zach break down a game that didn't look a lot like a typical Iowa performance. The first half saw multiple long drives by Rutgers featuring downfield passing and, at least initially, a floundering Iowa defense. Fortunately, Iowa responded with a resilient offensive effort that saw Iowa mostly match Rutgers' success and trade blows through three quarters. Ultimately, Mark Gronowski and Iowa's offense, helped by the defense securing its first turnover of the year, came through in the clutch to secure a victory. Join the Hawkeye 4DT guys this week as they finally emphasize the offense on second down while providing some more critical words for the defense - what kind of world are we living in?!? Finally, the guys give their thoughts on #11 Indiana Hoosiers, who, early in 2025, have looked prepared to compete for the CFP playoff again as they did with an 11-1 season in 2024. Clinton administration, particularly the 1994 Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act (Sponsored by Joe Biden, significantly increased mass incarceration, disproportionately harmed the Black community and intensified policing Mass incarceration began before Clinton's presidency, the 1994 Crime Bill expanded it substantially. Mandatory life sentences: Black people were disproportionately targeted by "three-strikes" laws. Federal "three-strikes" provision that required mandatory life sentences for individuals with three or more felony convictions. Crime Rate statistics by ratio fluctuated in the geographical areas where this was applied. Correlation with a steady rise in Prison populations was Expansion of the death penalty: The act expanded the list of offenses eligible for the federal death penalty to include many non-homicide drug crimes. In the five years following the bill's passage, 74% of defendants facing federal death penalty recommendations were people of color. Increased police funding: The bill created the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) program, to put more police on the streets. Racial disparities in drug sentencing: Building Drug War initiated by Nixon, Clinton-era policies maintained strict sentencing disparities between crack and powder cocaine, which disproportionately affected Black communities. Targeting youth of color and Low Income: The bill included provisions that increased racial disparities in the already dysfunctional juvenile justice mill. This expanded the "school-to-prison pipeline" and led to tougher penalties for low-income youth. ...AND WHO says the left can't do ANTI-FREEDOM MILITARIZED POLICE? Bigfoot prints . . . do they track? So many questions! First, we discuss skeptic offerings at Dragon Con, then muse about Florida wanting to get rid of vaccine mandates for public school and RFK Jr. rolling back access to the COVID-19 shots just as we enter respiratory virus season. Seasoned Bigfoot enthusiast Matt Crowley ("Bigfooter of the Year," 2005) joins us to discuss all aspects of the main, namesake evidence for Bigfoot. Those huge honkin' tracks of his (or hers). We go into the competitive subculture of Bigfootery and nuances like dermal ridges and toe flexion. How do believers reckon with the lack of consistency across different footprints, when it comes to number of toes and such? Is it proper to call Bigfoot prints, and casts, a type of folk art? Matt recommends many good books on the topic, and we learn our way around the many names, experts, and hoaxers in the scene since the 1950s.
