We're back with an episode of Coachspeak. It's a coaching podcast that's not usually on topic or that built around a topic, unless it is. Enjoy!

Justin and Sean discuss the coaching carousel heading into Week 12 of the 2018 college football season. Justin kills down a couple Steveweisers and a tequila drink after a cold practice in the drizzling rain. It's one hell of a cold front in Raleigh.

Justin and Sean are reunited to cover week 8 and preview week 9. They cover Ohio State's loss to Purdue, Mike Leach's 4th straight victory over the Oregon Ducks, LSU edging out Mississippi State and other happenings from around college football plus some Air Raid scheme conversation. Then the guys preview week 9 with USF at Houston, the Florida-Georgia game, and other big contests.

Justin flies solo but takes a 180 this week and breaks down Miami at Virginia from the eyes of a coach. Tidbits are included from the R4 quarterback manuals called "From Helmet to Headset" and "Adapt or Die" by Darin Slack and Dub Maddox. Justin also looks into in-game decision making, the personnel decisions that make Mario Cristobal a winner at Oregon, and games to watch in week 8. Justin and Sean recap week 6 of the 2018 college football season. They cover the Red River Shootout between Oklahoma and Texas, LSU at Florida, FSU at Miami, Navy at Air Force, and Notre Dame at Virginia Tech. The guys discuss Kyler Murray, Brian VanGorder's defense, and other WOOFS of the week. They preview week 7 as well.

Justin and Sean are back in the saddle reviewing a week 5 of near upsets and previewing a week 6 that features three rivalries in Miami and FSU, Texas and Oklahoma, and LSU and Florida. The guys cover their woofs of the week, love on Dino Babers, and sit in awe of Brian Kelly.

Justin tackles the week 4 review and week 5 preview alone with Sean nursing a flat tire and since Justin's Frowntier flight was canceled on Sunday. Even through the mess on Sunday and Monday, the guys break down the week of games. From FAU @ UCF (which they attended live) to Miami-FIU in the pool and Oregon-Stanford on the patio they watched a lot of college football.

Justin and Sean recap week 3 of the 2018 college football season while previewing week 4. The guys discuss the impact players, duds, and coach of the week in week 3. The AAC has looked like a Power 6, tOSU Buckeyes didn't miss Urban Meyer at all, and Malik Rosier scored 5 touchdowns to shut Justin up for a little (read: 5 seconds). 

Justin and Sean discuss what happened in week 2 of college football while previewing week 2 of the upcoming slate. The stars aligned for Oklahoma and Kyler Murray as the $5 million man has dominated college football over two weeks. Navy upset Memphis breaking the S&P+ analytics system, Stanford swallowed up USC and African American head coaches were big winners in week 2.

Justin and Sean review the happenings from week 1 of the 2018 college football season. They also preview what's coming up in week 2. The guys give out their coach of the week, dud of the week, and impact players from week 1.

Justin and Sean hash out their vibes on the ACC football season in 2018 and preview week 1's slate of games. The guys have to figure out the duds, COTY, POTY, winners and losers of the 2018 season. They also offer the interesting games for week 1 heading into Labor Day weekend.

Justin and Sean preview the SEC football conference and the big storylines, dud programs, top coaches and players of the 2018 season. The guys discuss the conference winner, schedules, and the whole SEC experience. Don't forget, it just means more.

Sean and Justin preview the Big 12 for the 2018 football season picking the winner, coach of the year, player of the year, and of course- dud program. They also discuss the top storylines like Bill Snyder, Kyler Murray, and Will Grier with possible coaching changes and "muted musings" (reasons to mute your TV during games).

Justin and Sean preview the Pac-12 conference's winner, their top 3 storylines, coach of the year, and player of the year plus ramble about other things as usual. Both fellas like the Pac-12 even if Justin doesn't understand the way time zones work (and he's the one that lived in Oregon...). They answer Twitter questions from two weirdos who tweeted in as well.

Justin and Sean preview the Group of 5 winners (and Navy) plus the top independents like Notre Dame, Army West Point, and BYU. Some tangent topics like spirit mascot, a pre-pre-preview of the 2019 coaching carousel (psssst, Coach Ken may wind up at BYU) and other odds and ends. Justin and Sean discuss how they would fix two bottom feeder college football programs in the Kansas Jayhawks and Oregon State Beavers. From recruiting, to social media, and even scheme- the guys discuss starting from the bottom and getting them to now we're here. 

Justin and Sean discuss their criteria for a great head football coach, and who their top 5 head football coaches are in 2018. FBI profilers and IMFB podcasters use the method of: How + Why = Who. How they're successful and why they coach should lead to which coaches make this list. Justin and Sean talk about their favorite football coach Mike Leach. Leach, the Washington State Cougars head football coach, is a founding father of the Air Raid offense and author of "Swing Your Sword," an autobiographical account of his career prior to WSU.
