The Miami Hurricanes hosted Mario Cristobal's annual LEGENDS CAMP on Thursday, June 22nd 2023 and several former Canes greats, including Gino Toretta, Willis McGahee, DJ Williams, Duke Johnson, Andre Johnson, Bryant McKinnie and Najee Davenport were in attendance. Prior to camp beginning, 5-Star defensive lineman Kamarion Franklin worked out with Jason Taylor. The Hurricanes and Tennessee Volunteers appear to be the finalists in his recruitment. Host Alex Donno shares insight on his observations and takeaways from the event. 5-Star WR JoJo Trader from Chaminade-Madonna made a surprise appearance at the camp. He wanted to get in a workout and keep in touch with Miami. Trader will not take any official visits until the fall. He plans to visit Miami, Florida, Florida State, Ohio State and Georgia. Meanwhile, 4-Star WR Braylon Staley, who visited Miami earlier this month, revealed some commitment plans.
