What do you do when God has breakthrough forthcoming, but the devil wants something against it? The enemy is a defeated foe and that, despite his power, he lacks authority. Amidst opposition, how do we keep pressing forward and trusting in God's ability to bring breakthrough into our lives?

When Abram and Sarai got impatient waiting to bore promised son from God, they take matters into their own hands gave Hagar to bore a child for them. Though the Bible emphasizes Abraham and Sarah faithful followers of God, Hagar is an overlooked character who carries a lot of weight from which we can extrapolate wisdom to life.

Oftentimes we experience an identity crisis when we attempt to step into the shoes of someone whom we were not made to be. It's important to know our true identity is found in our relationship with God and it is He who defines us.

Wisdom and revelation come hand in hand. Wisdom is the capacity for us to see life through God's perspective. When you're in a tough situation, how do you seek wisdom?

Seasons change when we receive new or deeper revelations of who God is. Oftentimes, God gives us revelations through the pains of life and the Holy Spirit.

Have you ever felt like God has spoken a promise over your life, but you can't see it come to fruition? When the Israelites were delivered from Egypt and came to Canaan, twelve spies were sent out to survey the lands. Out of the twelve spies, only Joshua and Caleb came back proclaiming, in faith, that though Canaan had many giants, that God would deliver them. Many times, we're told to wait on the Lord, but it can be frustrating because oftentimes we don't know how long to wait, let alone what we're waiting for. Tune in to hear about how do deal with navigating uncertainty while waiting.

The early Church didn't have seasoned people in the faith. Everyone was a new Christian, yet they saw God move in many miraculous ways and continued to see the Church grow despite their naivety. What excuse does that give us?

Women in church leadership has been a subject of debate for millennia. The Bible has been used to both advocate and prohibit women in leader, but what does the Bible actually say about this topic?

Being Christian does not make us immune to the toil of life. We may learn to have joy in the midst or sorrow, but what does it look like to deal with discouragement as a Christian?

Come to the cross and find that Jesus is enough for you. It doesn't matter how bad you think you are or if you feel like it's too late for you. Come and see that it's not too late and you're not too far gone for God to save you.

The world would say that you should always make the most of every moment so as to not waste a single second. But the believer needs to learn that it's only in God's rest that we can "do" the most. Being busy isn't a sin, but only if you allow it to interfere with what God places in your life.

Do you still believe in the power of the blood of Jesus? The power that the blood holds is in the hands of every believer, but we often forget to apply it over our life. Let's learn together when and why to apply the blood of Jesus over our lives.

We serve a God of miracles. The same God who moved in power in the past and has the power to move in the supernatural in the present. No matter the hardship, even today, if we lean into the power of the Holy Spirit, God can accomplish the impossible. As Children of God, we are called to go beyond what is convenient and familiar, and go deep into His presence. Surrendering what is easy and seeking His holiness. As we learn to rest in the place of our Christ-founded family, our roles expand to one being hosted by the king's presence and one that hosts others who come to the table. What is our first response when we feel shame? Like Adam, it is human nature for us to cover & fight the feelings of shame, as we tend to feel weak and exposed. Until we experience the fullness of shame in the safety of love, shame will always have power over how we respond to the circumstances in our lives. What are you doing to be healed from the brokenness that plagues your life? Are you consistently calling out to God or are you continuing to feed into it? It may need some work and the process may look crazy to others, but we need to get our cry back!

Healing has come! The healing from the Spirit does not come without us going through the process and getting to Him. The process can hurt and reveal, even be embarrassing, but in the end, the healing that comes from God is like no other. Do you want to be healed?

God is calling us to communion with Him daily. Many of us in the body today have lost sight of an urgency for the spiritual war that is taking place around us, and amidst the difficulty of life, prayer makes it so we fight our battles less. What does it really mean to be Christian? In the grand scope of things, we are not very different compared to the general human condition we all live under. We are still broken people in search of something to fulfill our needs and our lives may not be terribly unique. But one thing we do have is a God who knows our every need and is able to fulfill them. We just need to learn how to let him.

When it comes to following Jesus, what is your why? We often follow God on the basis of His gifts, and yet He is asking us, "if I take the goodness of the world from you, would we still be friends?" Join us as Pastor Del reminds us to remember that we live in this world to love and to be loved.

Grace is the pinnacle of the gospel By grace we are saved, but to work out our salvation requires us to constantly apply grace to our lives. This is what the Galatians forgot when they began to revert back to the Law and many of us do the same thing. Let us get back to the gospel of grace and tune into Pastor Del's teaching on Galatians.

When we begin to believe in Jesus and live for him, we think that everything else will naturally change. However, sometimes it requires more than just learning how to walk with God. But needing to unlearn parts of our past that keep us from being able to walk in the fullness of God's love; his covenant with us.

Paul addresses the Galatians with a word on empowering grace, in that He has given us a grace at covers a multitude of sins. The Judaizers might have insisted on a gospel of works, but we know that our salvation is given by grace alone. As we start a new sermon series on the book of Galatians, we look at how Paul addressed the Galatians as their theology began to go astray after initially receiving the gospel. Deconstructing one's faith isn't bad, but it can often be painful because of the lies we have accepted as truth. Let's dive in together with this week's word.

How's your heart doing today? As believers, our hearts are under attack from our thoughts or feelings; we need to check and guard our hearts at all times. We often attempt to perform by living in a constant state of busyness in the hopes that we could earn our place in heaven. The pursuit of happiness; the most common driving force in people's lives. Happiness sounds good and feels good, but is only a temporary version of the Joy that we are to have as Christians. However, in order to live in Joy, we need to learn not to run away from pain.

We may hope for a blessing, but He will delay or even deny it so that we may know who to rely on in a hard season.
