Three tires, one incredible day at the track. At the scenic Burt Brothers Motorpark in Salt Lake City, we spent the day doing a good, old-fashioned Sailun tire test, putting three of Sailun Tire Americas' newest products – the Atrezzo SVA2 ultra-high-performance all-season tire, the Terramax AT2 all-terrain tire, and Terramax RT rugged-terrain tire – through their paces across asphalt, gravel, and rock, respectively. Each tire showed off its unique performance and character. We started with the Atrezzo SVA2, developed by the Chattanooga-based R&D team for North American roads. It features an asymmetrical tread design and Quiet Ride Technology for confident handling and a calm, composed feel.Next up was the Terramax AT2, designed for drivers who divide their time between the highway and off-road. The AT2 features a new casing, enhanced compound, and protective sidewall biters for traction and cut resistance. It's 3-Peak Mountain Snowflake certified and backed by a 50,000-mile warranty. We wrapped up this Sailun tire test with the Terramax RT, the company's first rugged-terrain tire. Positioned between an A/T and M/T, it provides aggressive grip without the excessive noise or harshness often found in mud-terrains. Its squared profile and staggered shoulder lugs with stone ejectors are designed to give it confident traction and a stable, on-road feel.Which of these three would perform best in your market? Let us know, and stay tuned for more from What's Treading.
In this episode, I'm sharing a live training on why doctors are perfectly positioned to coach—and what it actually takes to make money doing it with integrity. If you've felt that nudge for “more” (more meaning, more freedom, more impact) but you've also felt the internal resistance, this will land. I'll show you why you don't need another round of “clarity” to get started—you need capacity: the capacity to believe before you have evidence, sell before someone says yes, and coach before you feel perfect. What You'll LearnSecret 1 — Diagnose like a clinician: How coaching delivers real transformation using the Belief Flow™ (thought → feeling → action → result), and why your diagnostic brain is your superpower.Secret 2 — Show up before you feel ready: The role of nervous system regulation and my Safety Formula™ (simplicity, sufficiency, service, certainty, curiosity, connection) in becoming believable to yourself and your audience.Secret 3 — Get paid without selling your soul: The Action-Belief Process™ for reverse-engineering results so you can enroll high-ticket clients congruently and coach them to measurable outcomes.Real Stories from DoctorsDr. Daa'iyah (EM → Real Estate Coaching): Went from “I'm not a coach” to building a multiple six-figure practice by learning to diagnose and shift belief.Dr. Rasheeda (Nephrology): Raised prices to $6k–$10k offers and started signing clients after building internal safety instead of chasing external validation.Dr. Lulu: Moved from a $97 offer to enrolling a $15,000 client within 24 hours of learning the Action-Belief Process™.Inside The Doctor Coach School™ (Entrepreneur Track)Phase 1 — Coach the Self (8 weeks): Belief Flow™, Safety Formula™, Action-Belief Process™ applied to you first.Phase 2 — Client Acquisition: Ethical, belief-based marketing and sales. This week, Monika unpacks the buzz around Specialized Investment Funds (SIFs) — the newest category in India's investing landscape. Positioned between mutual funds and Portfolio Management Services (PMS), SIFs promise more flexibility for fund managers and new opportunities for investors willing to take calculated risks. Monika explains how SIFs differ from mutual funds, which operate within tightly defined categories, and PMS products, which cater to high-net-worth investors. With a ₹10 lakh minimum investment and the ability to use advanced “long-short” strategies, SIFs aim to deliver returns whether markets rise or fall.Monika highlights that while the product sounds exciting, investors must tread carefully. India's market culture is still largely “long-biased,” and true shorting strategies require deep conviction and expertise. SEBI's educational arm, NISM, has already raised questions about whether most fund houses are equipped to use this flexibility effectively. Given the lack of performance history and untested strategies, Monika advises investors to wait for at least a year of data before deciding if SIFs are truly worth the risk or just regulatory innovation without substance. In listener questions, Chandrasekharan K from Thrissur asks about the best way to invest in smart beta ETFs under a direct plan and whether high brokerage costs can be avoided. Feby Daniel from Bengaluru seeks guidance on making tax-efficient withdrawals while moving from equity ETFs to debt ETFs through a laddering strategy. Madhu, shares a dilemma on whether to buy a ₹90 lakh home outright or take a smaller loan and invest the rest in mutual funds.Chapters:(00:00–00:00) Understanding Specialized Investment Funds (SIFs)(00:00–00:00) The Long-Short Strategy and Its Limitations(00:00–00:00) Should You Invest in SIFs Now or Wait?(00:00–00:00) Smart Beta ETFs and Direct Plan Challenges(00:00–00:00) Buying a Home vs Taking a Loan: Finding Peace in OwnershipIf you have financial questions that you'd like answers for, please email us at mailme@monikahalan.com Monika's book on basic money managementhttps://www.monikahalan.com/lets-talk-money-english/Monika's book on mutual fundshttps://www.monikahalan.com/lets-talk-mutual-funds/Monika's workbook on recording your financial lifehttps://www.monikahalan.com/lets-talk-legacy/Calculatorshttps://investor.sebi.gov.in/calculators/index.htmlYou can find Monika on her social media @monikahalan. 3. US Intelligence Successes vs. Policy Failures Leading to the 2022 Invasion. Serhii Plokhy (Professor of Ukrainian History at Harvard University) details the period leading to the February 2022 invasion, where Russia positioned troops along the border, while the Biden administration publicly ruled out sending US troops or weapons to Ukraine. This policy is identified as a "colossal misjudgment" of Putin. Although US intelligence successfully reported Kremlin war plans almost in real time, hoping to deter Putin, little was done to militarily strengthen Ukraine. The prevailing Western assessment—that Kyiv would fall quickly and Ukraine would be overrun within a week—was based on a massive miscalculation that underestimated the Ukrainian military and people's resolve. Vladimir Putin framed the war using historical claims, stating that Russians and Ukrainians are "one people." This belief, rooted in 19th-century Russian imperial ideas, led to the flawed expectation that 150,000 to 200,000 troops would be sufficient and that Ukrainians would welcome them. Putin's central aim, consistent since the 2014 war, remains stopping Ukraine's Western drift and forcing it into the Russian-controlled Eurasian Union. The countdown to the current war began after President Zelensky, who was an unlikely war leader elected in 2019, refused to implement the Minsk agreements according to Putin's destabilizing agenda during their meeting in Paris in December 2019.

A RARE COMEBACK STORYIn a market where most halted small-cap companies never return, Fobi AI has defied expectations. Under a cease-trade order since November 2024, the company didn't fade into obscurity—the company reported nearly $3 million in 2024 revenue, including approximately $2.2 million from the sale of its German subsidiary. As CEO Rob Anson put it: “Most companies would have folded under these circumstances. We fought through every obstacle legal, financial, and market-driven and we're coming back stronger than ever.”FROM SURVIVAL TO STRATEGYFobi turned a year of constraint into a year of transformation: Consolidated operations with an annual run rate under $1.3M, enabling scale with fewer than 10 employees Redirected capital from the Passcreator sale into next-gen AI-powered wallet platforms Positioned itself as a lean, execution-first company with live products in the marketENTERING A MULTI-BILLION-DOLLAR ARENAThe company isn't merely returning, it's relaunching with sharper focus. Fobi's ambition is to become the “Deloitte of the AI + Web3 era,” offering enterprises not just strategy, but real-time implementation through integrated wallets, identity verification, and automation platforms. With applications across stadiums, airports, healthcare, and finance, the addressable market spans multiple sectors.WHY THIS MATTERS FOR INVESTORSClear Market Fit: Enterprise clients need AI integration that traditional consultants can't deliver Execution Edge: Products are live, scalable, and already generating client interestLOOKING AHEADFobi's comeback is more than a return to trading—it is a reset. With tangible revenues, streamlined operations, and a future-focused product suite, the company is positioning itself as one of the rare small-cap survivors with the potential to thrive in the AI and Web3 economy. For investors, this represents a strategic reset rather than just a recovery, as the company builds toward its next growth phase.

Love story between Megamind and Roxanne praised as a slow burn and effective emotional core. Tribute to actor Terence Stamp (General Zod in Superman films) who passed away on recording day. Strong voice cast (10:40 - 18:00) Notable performances, especially Will Ferrell as Megamind and Tina Fey as Roxanne Ritchi. Jonah Hill's character adds a darker twist on typical sidekick tropes. Numerous classic rock needle drops (22:30 - 23:00) A hallmark of DreamWorks animated movies aimed at older kids and adults. ️ Fight sequences and choreography (26:58 - 27:30) Surprisingly well-executed and impactful, elevating the animated action to near live-action standards. Movie fits well in the 2010 superhero context (51:29 - 58:56) Before the MCU boom, making it a timely and insightful satire and love letter to superhero media. Legacy and community engagement (58:56 - 01:07:01) Tribute to Terence Stamp and encouragement for listeners to join broader fandoms through podcasts and social media.

In this episode of TechMagic, hosts Cathy Hackl and Lee Kebler unpack the week's biggest tech stories, from OpenAI's latest announcements and Sora's deepfake potential to Meta's sold-out Ray-Ban smart glasses. They explore how AI integrations with platforms like Coursera, Canva, and Zillow could reshape how we access and trust information. The hosts also dive into the implications of skyrocketing AI startup valuations and reflect on the end of AOL dial-up, closing a chapter in internet history. Balancing enthusiasm with caution, they challenge listeners to consider the ethical, social, and creative consequences of an increasingly AI-driven world.Come for the tech and stay for the magic!Episode Highlights:The Privacy Implications of AI Video Generation – Cathy Hackl's hands-on test of OpenAI's Sora exposes major privacy challenges around biometric data and deepfake creation. By simply reading numbers and moving one's head, users can generate hyper-realistic videos of themselves or others, without consent. While visuals are striking, voice replication remains flawed. Cathy and Lee caution that such tools blur ethical lines, raising urgent questions about consent, authenticity, and data ownership in creative AI adoption.OpenAI's Vision for Information Control – Lee Kebler dissects OpenAI's ambition to centralise online experiences through deep integrations with Coursera, Canva, and Zillow. By keeping users inside ChatGPT's ecosystem, OpenAI could redefine how information flows, but at a cost. Cathy and Lee warn that algorithmic filtering may restrict perspective diversity, amplify bias, and erode the open web's foundational freedom. Their advice: diversify digital sources to maintain balanced, transparent information access. The Rise of Consumer AR Hardware – Meta's Ray-Ban smart glasses sell-out reveals the next leap in wearable adoption. Cathy and Lee analyse how fashion-forward design, practical utility, and accessible pricing have made AR more approachable. Positioned between novelty and necessity, these wearables hint at future accessibility, productivity, and communication uses. They stress that long-term success will depend on ergonomic design, battery life, and balancing innovation with real-world wearability. The AI Investment Bubble Warning Signs – Cathy and Lee discuss mounting worries from industry giants like Sam Altman and Jeff Bezos about inflated AI valuations. Unlike past bubbles driven by retail hype, today's surge stems from institutional overconfidence and misunderstanding of AI fundamentals. Many investors conflate general AI with LLMs, fuelling unrealistic expectations. How were Aaron Rodgers and DK Metcalf finally able to connect with some big plays? Interview with Garrett Ainsworth, President & CEO, District Metals CorpOur previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/district-metals-tsxvdmx-betting-on-swedens-uranium-future-5726Recording date: 23rd September 2025District Metals Corp has strategically positioned itself at the forefront of Sweden's anticipated uranium mining revival, controlling 100% of the Viken deposit—described as the world's largest undeveloped uranium resource. The company's timing appears exceptional, as Sweden's center-right government plans to lift the country's uranium mining moratorium in Q4 2025, with new legislation expected to take effect January 1, 2026.The company executed a capital-efficient acquisition strategy between 2020 and 2025, securing complete ownership of the Viken deposit for approximately 5 million shares and minimal cash outlay. This approach demonstrates remarkable foresight, as the acquisition occurred during a period when Sweden's uranium mining prohibition remained in place, allowing District Metals to secure the asset at attractive valuations. The Viken deposit offers compelling operational characteristics that differentiate it from complex high-grade uranium projects. Located within Sweden's alum shale sequence, the deposit spans 4 kilometers wide by 6 kilometers long in a shallow, flat-lying formation suitable for conventional open-pit mining. This geological simplicity contrasts sharply with sophisticated underground operations like those in Canada's Athabasca Basin, which require advanced extraction techniques and significant capital investment.Beyond uranium, the deposit contains valuable commodities including vanadium, potash, phosphate, nickel, copper, zinc, and potential rare earth elements. This polymetallic nature provides natural commodity price hedging and multiple revenue streams, reducing dependence on uranium pricing alone. The inclusion of vanadium—particularly valuable for energy storage applications—and rare earth elements aligns with Europe's strategic objectives of reducing critical mineral import dependence.District Metals completed an updated mineral resource estimate in April 2025, addressing deficiencies in previous studies and incorporating multiple commodities that were previously excluded. The company invested in comprehensive MobileMT geophysical surveys to optimize mine planning and expects to complete a preliminary economic assessment within 6-12 months, depending on selected mining locations and metallurgical testing results. The investment thesis extends beyond commodity fundamentals to encompass European energy security and critical mineral independence. As geopolitical tensions highlight supply chain vulnerabilities, Sweden's domestic uranium production capability represents strategic value for EU energy policy objectives. The timing coincides with Europe's commitment to nuclear energy as essential baseload power for achieving net-zero emissions while maintaining industrial competitiveness.District Metals represents a pure-play opportunity on Sweden's uranium mining liberalization, combining operational simplicity, polymetallic diversification, and alignment with European strategic priorities in a capital-efficient package positioned for near-term regulatory catalysts.Learn more: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/district-metals-corpSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Interview with Pascal Hamelin, President & CEO of Abcourt Mines Inc.Our previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/abcourt-mines-tsxvabi-gold-producer-ready-to-restart-sleeping-giant-mine-7160Recording date: 15th September 2025Abcourt Mines (TSXV:ABI) has successfully completed its first gold pour at the Sleeping Giant Mine in Quebec, marking a critical transition from development company to gold producer. Speaking at the Denver Gold Forum, President and CEO Pascal Hamelin outlined an aggressive production scaling strategy designed to capitalize on favorable gold market conditions. The company plans to ramp production from zero to 30,000 ounces annually within 18 months, following a detailed preliminary assessment released in 2023. This production target represents only 45% of the mill's total capacity, providing significant room for future expansion to potentially 60,000-70,000 ounces annually. The scalability provides multiple expansion avenues as the company develops additional mining fronts within the existing operation.Operationally, Abcourt maintains a strong cost structure with all-in sustaining costs projected at $1,600 USD per ounce and monthly operating costs of approximately $4 million. At current gold prices exceeding $3,600 per ounce, this creates substantial margins and positions the company for rapid cash flow generation.Beyond the Sleeping Giant operation, Abcourt has identified significant exploration potential at its Flordin project. The 2024 discovery exposed a vein measuring 300 meters long by over 10 meters wide, with drilling confirming continuity to 400 meters depth. Geophysical surveys suggest the vein could extend up to 2 kilometers in length, with management projecting a four to five-year timeline to operational status. The company maintains a portfolio of 15 projects within trucking distance of the Sleeping Giant mill, enabling potential infrastructure sharing and operational synergies. With plans for eventual share buybacks rather than dividends to optimize tax efficiency for shareholders, Abcourt appears positioned to benefit from sustained precious metals strength while building a scalable production platform in Quebec's mining-friendly jurisdiction.View Abcourt Mines' company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/abcourt-mines-incSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Net lease assets are attracting more institutional capital. New Mountain Capital's Teddy Kaplan and CBRE's Will Pike explore why this resilient, tax-efficient investment strategy is gaining favor.Attractive in volatile markets: Positioned as a hybrid asset class—part real estate and part structured finance, net lease investments offer cash flow backed by quality credit tenants.Manufacturing momentum: Production facilities are emerging as high-performing assets due to their strong cash flow and tenant investment in infrastructure.Sale-leasebacks as strategic tools: Investors and corporate occupiers are increasingly using sale-leasebacks to unlock capital, especially in sectors where considerable capital is tied up in operating assets.· Capital market resilience: Despite macroeconomic headwinds, net lease is attracting institutional capital, with growing interest from large institutions and wealth management channels.· Risk-adjusted returns and geographic nuance: Cap rates and valuations vary significantly by location and tenant credit quality, underscoring the importance of underwriting both real estate fundamentals and corporate financial health.

EPISODE 97 DETAILS Brazil Positioned To Overtake The U.S. In Beef Production For The First Time Brazil On Track To Produce More Beef Than The U.S. According to the USDA's August WASDE report, U.S. beef production in 2025 is projected at 25.992 billion pounds, reflecting a decline due to reduced fed and non-fed cattle slaughter and lighter dressed weights. If realized, this would mark the lowest annual beef production for the U.S. since 2016. Meanwhile, Brazil is forecast to produce 26.23 billion pounds of beef in 2025, slightly exceeding its record output from 2024. If this projection holds, Brazil will produce 243 million pounds more beef than the United States—a historic first. This milestone marks a dramatic shift in global beef production dynamics. In 2000, the U.S. outproduced Brazil by more than 12.7 billion pounds, but that gap has steadily narrowed. While U.S. production has declined by 4.1% since 2000, Brazil's output has surged by over 82% during the same period. Brazil first surpassed 20 billion pounds of beef production in 2007 and has steadily expanded each year since. The 2025 forecast reflects the culmination of this long-term growth trajectory, positioning Brazil as the world's top beef producer for the first time on record. Are you positioned to hear God when He speaks? ABOUT THE MESSAGEIn Part 4 of the Encounter series, Pastor Sam Muyaka helps us look at the story of Samuel and how God called him by name. Samuel's encounter didn't happen by accident—it was the result of Hannah's devotion, Eli's guidance, and Samuel's own response. Hannah's prayers and sacrifice positioned him for God's presence, Eli's wisdom gave him the direction to recognize God's voice, and Samuel's obedience allowed him to respond with the words, “Speak, Lord, your servant is listening.” Are we in position to hear God when He speaks, and will we respond with a heart that's ready? MacroVoices Erik Townsend & Patrick Ceresna welcome, Darius Dale. They discuss why Darius is bullish on U.S. equities, echoing Lyn Alden's recent views, as the U.S. pivots to a pro-growth fiscal policy aimed at "growing our way out" of its national debt crisis. But Darius also warns that if this strategy fails, the likely fallback will be monetary debasement, so investors should take profits before that chapter begin. https://bit.ly/3GRPBou
