What do you want to be known for, and does your digital footprint actually reflect it? In this special behind-the-scenes session from the She Believed She Could Summit, Allison Walsh is joined by Heather French Henry and Brielle Cotterman for a powerful conversation about personal branding, identity, storytelling, publicity, and taking ownership of your narrative. Heather challenges you to look beyond titles, services, and accomplishments to define the character, values, and impact you want people to associate with your name. Brielle then reveals why telling that story intentionally has never been more important, especially as AI changes how people discover, research, and form opinions about individuals and brands online. From defining what you stand for to leveraging PR, earned media, podcast interviews, thought leadership, and third-party credibility, this episode will help you become more intentional about the story the world is hearing about you. Because if you don't tell people who you are, what you do, and what you stand for, someone else will. While Esther thought she was simply another young woman caught in the king's search for a queen, God was quietly positioning her to save an entire nation. [Esther Cha...her Chosen | Word]Long before the crisis arrived, God had already positioned the solution. Before Haman's plot. Before the danger. Before anyone knew what was coming.God was already at work. [Esther Cha...her Chosen | Word]Key Takeaways• God is working even when we cannot see Him• God can use us exactly as He created us• Our ordinary lives are often God's assignment field• God is preparing things we cannot see yet• Faithfulness is never wasted in God's economy• God's providence works quietly behind the scenes• Open doors and closed doors can both be part of God's plan• We do not need to understand everything to trust God• God positions His people before the need arises• What looks ordinary today may become extraordinary tomorrow [Esther Cha...her Chosen | Word]Today's ReminderEsther was an orphan. An exile.A young Jewish girl living in a foreign land. She was not powerful. She was not famous. She was not influential. But she was exactly where God needed her to be. [Esther Cha...her Chosen | Word]While Xerxes believed he was choosing a queen, God was preparing a deliverer. While Esther was simply living her life, God was writing history. And while nobody else could see it...God could. [Esther Cha...her Chosen | Word]The same God who positioned Esther is still positioning people today.Maybe your current job isn't accidental.Maybe your neighborhood isn't accidental.Maybe your relationships aren't accidental.Maybe your current season isn't accidental.God may be preparing something today that won't make sense until months or even years from now. [Esther Cha...her Chosen | Word]The question is not:"God, why am I here?"The better question is:"God, what do You want to do through me while I'm here?"Five Truths from Esther 2#1 God Is Working Even When I Can't See HimGod's name is never mentioned in Esther, yet His fingerprints are everywhere. [Esther Cha...her Chosen | Word]#2 God Can Use Me the Way He Made MeStop comparing your calling to someone else's gifts.God intentionally created you for His purposes. [Esther Cha...her Chosen | Word]#3 My Ordinary Life Is God's AssignmentEvery conversation.Every relationship.Every opportunity.God may be using them for something bigger than you realize. [Esther Cha...her Chosen | Word]#4 God Is Preparing What I Can't See YetGod is never surprised by what surprises us. [Esther Cha...her Chosen | Word]#5 My Faithfulness Is Never WastedMordecai did the right thing and received no recognition. But God was keeping perfect records. [Esther Cha...her Chosen | Word]Today's ChallengeTomorrow morning when your feet hit the floor, ask yourself:"Lord, why have You put me where You have put me?"And then ask:"What are You preparing me to do?"Because Esther chapter 2 teaches us one life-changing truth:You Have Been Positioned for a Purpose. [Esther Cha...her Chosen | Word]The place that feels ordinary today...May be the very place God is preparing to use tomorrow.Stay Connected• Sunday Sermons – Live on Zoom & Facebook• Wednesday Bible Study – BB4J Interactive Sermon Discussion• Daily Dose of Boldness – Daily encouragement from God's WordBe Bold for Jesus Conference 2026October 2–3, 2026Tickets & information at BB4J.comSupport the MissionHelp us continue sharing the Gospel and equipping believers to live boldly, wisely, and obediently for Christ.Give at bebold4jesus.org#BeBoldForJesus #Esther2 #PositionedForAPurpose #GodsProvidence #FaithfulnessMatters #TrustGod #EstherBibleStudy #BibleTeaching #ChristianLiving #SundaySermon #GodIsWorking #PurposeDrivenLife #FaithOverFear #SuchATimeAsThis #KingdomPurpose [Esther Cha...her Chosen | Word]

What if the fear you're feeling isn't a sign to stop, but evidence that you're standing at the edge of something incredible? In this powerful conversation, Allison sits down with transformational speaker, bestselling author, and School of Becoming founder Tracy Litt to unpack why so many high-achieving women know they're ready for more but still struggle to make the leap. Tracy explains what actually happens in your brain and nervous system when you consider doing something unfamiliar, why what we call "lack of clarity" can sometimes be fear in disguise, and how to distinguish real danger from the discomfort that comes with growth. Together, Allison and Tracy share their own experiences leaving successful corporate careers, navigating uncertainty, betting on themselves, and learning to trust the women they were becoming. They also explore why sustainable transformation isn't about eliminating fear, but learning how to create enough internal safety to move forward anyway. Tracy also introduces her Choice Method, a four-part framework designed to help women build awareness, regulate their nervous systems, make decisions from their future identity, and create lasting change. If you've been feeling the pull toward something more but keep wondering, "What if it doesn't work?" this conversation may be exactly what you need to hear. #201 // You feel it. That pull that says you were made to carry something significant. Something that matters. Something for God.Then you look at your actual Tuesday. The laundry, the inbox, the school pickup, the thing that didn't go the way you planned. And that feeling of significance gets real quiet. You start to wonder if you're doing enough, if any of it's even working, if the big thing God put in you is ever going to look like anything from the outside. If that's you, there's something in this week's episode of Positioned to Prosper that's going to take the pressure off completely. Because Jesus said the Kingdom of God isn't out there and it isn't someday. It's inside you, right now. And what's growing in there is bigger than you think. Here's what we're getting into:→ WHY YOU CAN'T SEE IT. What Jesus meant in Luke 17 when He said the Kingdom doesn't come with observation, and why you've been searching the outside for something that lives on the inside→ THE PRESSURE-RELIEF OF THE MUSTARD SEED. Why the smallest, most hidden, most ordinary-looking thing in you is the exact thing God grows into the biggest, and why you can stop trying to make yourself big enough to matter→ YOU'RE THE SOIL. The reason your ordinary, everyday life isn't a disqualification, it's the whole design, and why the seed of the Kingdom needs a real woman living a real life to grow→ YOU DON'T GET DISQUALIFIED FOR A BAD DAY. Why you don't lose your capacity to carry the Kingdom because you had a rough one, got it wrong, or were short with somebody, and the protection God built right inThere's a whole ecosystem of life God wants to grow through the seed He planted in you. So the real question is, how are you going to steward the Kingdom that's already inside you?

Episode Summary Quiet cracking,  distinct from quiet quitting, describes employees who are still showing up, still performing, sometimes performing really well, but are internally under pressure, uncertain about their job security, or unclear on what's expected of them. They're not checked out. They're just cracking quietly while holding it together on the surface.  In this episode, co-hosts Karen Swim, APR, and Michelle Kane address this trend and how it impacts Solo PR Pros. The Talent Trends 2026 report found 54% of respondents have experienced some level of quiet cracking, with one in five saying they experience it frequently or constantly. Gallup's 2025 engagement data shows only 31% of US employees were actively engaged at work. Karen and Michelle make the case that this is not an HR headline — it's a communications problem that solo PR pros are already standing in the middle of, and one they're uniquely positioned to surface and address. They walk through what quiet cracking looks like in client organizations, the say-do gap it creates between internal reality and external messaging, four objections practitioners will raise (with honest answers to each), a three-question filter for identifying quiet cracking clients, a live scenario drill on handling a client who just went through quiet layoffs, and what to do when the same isolation and uncertainty you help clients name applies to your own practice. Episode Highlights [01:22] Quiet Cracking vs. Quiet Quitting: Why the Distinction Matters: Karen draws the line clearly. Quiet quitting was behavioral — people doing the bare minimum on purpose. Quiet cracking is about people who are still showing up and often performing well, but are internally under pressure, uncertain about job security, or unclear about expectations. They're not checked out. They're holding it together while cracking on the inside. The distinction matters because quiet cracking is harder to see, harder to name, and — for PR practitioners — far more consequential to the external messaging they're being paid to manage. [02:43] The Data: 54% Have Experienced It, Only 31% Are Actively Engaged: The Talent Trends 2026 report found 54% of respondents had experienced some level of quiet cracking, with one in five reporting it frequently or constantly. Separately, Gallup's 2025 data shows only 31% of US employees were actively engaged at work. Michelle notes the real number is probably higher — people were likely reluctant to admit it. Karen and Michelle flag upfront that some regional figures they found alongside these reports are still working through their verification process and will be linked in the show notes as confirmed. [04:07] Why This Is a Communications Problem, Not an HR Problem: Karen's framing lands clearly: when a workforce is quietly cracking, the people experiencing it are also the people who talk — to friends, to Glassdoor, to LinkedIn, to reporters who cover their industry. Meanwhile, the company's external messaging is often saying the exact opposite of what's happening inside. In the past, a scandal or mass layoff was needed to make that gap visible externally. Now it leaks constantly in small ways, because everyone has a publishing platform in their pocket. The say-do gap between internal reality and external narrative is squarely a communications problem. [06:03] Why Solo PR Pros Are Already Standing in This Spot: The most common objection Karen anticipates: 'I'm an external comms person, this is an HR or culture consultant's job.' Her response: if you already do executive communications, thought leadership, or employer brand messaging, you're already standing at the exact intersection where internal reality and external narrative either line up, or they don't. The question to start asking: is what you're telling the outside world about this company's culture and people something that would hold up if anyone looked inside right now? That's a comms function, not an HR function. [09:01] Four Objections — With Honest, Bounded Answers: Karen and Michelle work through four objections the Solo PR Pro community will raise. One: I'll get pulled into HR issues I'm not equipped to fix. Answer: you're doing a narrative alignment check, not a culture overhaul Two: this feels like scope creep. Answer: keep the initial offer narrow and bounded, a message and narrative audit, maybe a leadership communications coaching session, scoped clearly upfront. Three: is quiet cracking just another buzzword? Answer: the underlying data isn't new, Gallup has been tracking disengagement for years, and it keeps getting worse; the label may fade but the problem won't. Four (the quiet one): will raising this insult the client and jeopardize the relationship? Answer: frame it as market context, not a diagnosis — here's a trend I'm seeing across industries; I wanted to flag it and ask a couple of questions. [13:05] How to Raise It Without Blowing Up the Relationship: Karen's approach: never lead with it and never frame it as an accusation. Bring it as market context — a trend showing up across industries that you wanted to flag and ask a couple of questions about. That framing lands completely differently than suggesting the client's organization is falling apart. Karen also names these as her favorite kind of client engagement: rich, layered, strategy-heavy work that uses PR skills in ways that don't always get deployed in day-to-day media relations. [14:33] The Three-Question Filter for Identifying Quiet Cracking Clients: Karen's three questions to run on any current or prospective client. One: is there a visible gap between the external messaging and what you would actually find if you talked to employees? That's the say-do gap check. Two: is leadership communicating clearly right now about anything that will create uncertainty — restructuring, return to office, layoffs, a merger, a rocky quarter? If not, that silence is the opening. Three: would a light-touch audit — not a full culture overhaul, just a message and narrative review — surface something useful? If all three are yes, you have a real offer to bring. [16:53] The Live Drill: A B2B Tech Client with Quiet Layoffs: Michelle runs a scenario: a long-retained B2B tech client just went through quiet layoffs — no public announcement, people disappearing from company Slack — while the careers page still says 'we invest in our people.' Karen runs it through all three questions: the say-do gap is glaring, leadership communication was absent, which created an uncertainty vacuum for remaining employees, and a light-touch audit of the careers page messaging is a completely natural scope conversation. The entry point: 'I noticed the careers page messaging hasn't been updated since before the reorganization. Do you want me to take a look at whether it still reflects where you are?' Not scary. Not confrontational. Exactly in scope. [20:54] Why This Connects Back to Why Solos Went Solo: Karen closes on the thread beneath the whole episode: a lot of solo practitioners went independent partly because they didn't want to be inside a workplace that was quietly cracking. Now they're watching that same dynamic play out for the clients they serve. The isolation and uncertainty they help clients name in their organizations is worth naming for themselves too — and it's a good reminder that none of them should be figuring out how to spot or address this stuff completely alone.   Resources & Additional Information Talent Trends 2026 Report — Quiet cracking research Gallup — State of the Global Workplace 2025 That Solo Life, Episode 349: The 4 Structural Fixes That Protect Solo PR Pros from Burnout Solo PR Pro membership community: soloprpro.com That Solo Life podcast website: thatsololife.com   Host & Show Info That Solo Life is a podcast created for public relations, communication, and marketing professionals who work as independent and small practitioners. The Day of Atonement, known in Hebrew as Yom Kippur, is one of the most profound pictures in all of Scripture of what Jesus Christ would accomplish on the cross. Positioned at the center of Leviticus, which itself sits at the center of the Torah, this ancient ceremony was never merely a Jewish ritual. It was a carefully designed preview of the gospel. Once a year, the high priest of Israel would enter the Holy of Holies, the most sacred space in the tabernacle, as the sole representative of the people before God. He came not in ornate robes but in simple linen, because linen does not cause sweat. The message embedded in that detail is striking: you do not earn your way into God's presence. You receive it. This same pattern finds its ultimate fulfillment in Jesus Christ, one man, one sacrifice, one way to the Father. The ceremony also involved two goats, each representing a different dimension of what atonement accomplishes. The first goat was sacrificed, its blood shed as payment for sin. The second, known as the scapegoat, had the sins of the people symbolically placed upon it before being sent into the wilderness, never to return. Together, these two goats illustrate what Jesus does for every person who trusts in Him. He pays the penalty for sin and removes it entirely, as far as the east is from the west. The book of Hebrews makes clear that Jesus is the ultimate High Priest who entered the true Holy of Holies, not with the blood of animals repeated year after year, but with His own blood, once for all time, securing eternal redemption. The practical implications of this truth are life-changing. When Jesus died on the cross, the veil separating the Holy of Holies from the rest of the temple was torn from top to bottom, a declaration that the barrier between God and humanity had been permanently removed. Because of Jesus, every believer has direct access to God at any moment, not because of personal merit or religious effort, but because of what Christ has done. Approaching God with intentional humility, coming to receive rather than to achieve, is the posture that reflects a true understanding of atonement. The message has not changed in thousands of years. Sin is real, but Jesus is better, and through Him, anyone can be made at one with God again.

Price example: $275 vs typical $500, highlighting savings. [0:13:35] Segment Intro: Peptides & Weight Loss Framing: Peptides as one of the hottest trends in 47 years of Ed's experience. Shift from grey‑market injectables to safe, effective oral peptide powders. Ed has seen impressive feedback on an oral peptide powder for weight loss in early customers. [0:13:47] What Are Peptides? Protein basics: Proteins are long chains of amino acids essential for structure, function, and regulation. Peptide defined: A shorter chain of amino acids broken off from a larger protein. Lego analogy: Individual Legos = amino acids. Tall tower of Legos = full protein. Kid knocks tower over; a small intact stack (~8 Legos) that falls off = peptide. Each peptide has a “fingerprint” determined by: Length (how many amino acids/Legos). Sequence (order: e.g., red–red–blue–blue vs red–blue–red–blue). Processing (how it was broken off or created). Clarified: peptides are not primarily for fixing protein deficiency, but more for targeted signaling effects in the body. [0:20:52] Yeast‑Derived Oral Peptide for Metabolism & Drug Comparisons Endogenous peptides: made naturally inside the body. Exogenous peptides: introduced from outside (drug injections, supplements). Ozempic / GLP‑1 drugs: Yes, Ozempic is a peptide. These drugs are lab‑made peptides made to mimic natural body peptides. Peptides are not synthetic drugs in concept; they are peptide structures the body uses, though drugs are engineered. Focus on Ancient Nutrition “Active Peptide for Metabolism”: Contains a yeast peptide derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae (brewer's yeast), broken from a larger yeast protein. Mechanism & effects: Influences hunger and satiety signaling: Increases leptin (satiety hormone). Decreases ghrelin (hunger hormone). Reported benefits: Reduced hunger and cravings (including boredom eating). Weight loss primarily from fat mass, not muscle mass. Comparison with GLP‑1 injections (semaglutide, etc.): Injections often cause muscle loss (e.g., “Ozempic face,” loss of facial muscle/fat). Yeast peptide research shows fat‑centric weight loss. Clinical results quoted: After 2 months, average daily caloric intake decreased by ~600 calories. Leads to meaningful weight loss, depending on baseline intake and muscle mass. [0:24:25] Dosing, Timing, Stacking & Safety Considerations How to take it: Once daily, typically in the morning to curb cravings throughout the day. Users report: easier recognition of fullness during meals. Stacking with cortisol peptide product: Ancient Nutrition also has a cortisol‑active peptide capsule for stress support. Same amount of yeast peptide per serving; research supports doubling the yeast peptide dose, so: You can use the metabolism powder + cortisol peptide together. Stress, cortisol, and weight: Chronic stress and high cortisol promote fat gain. Stacking stress support + appetite control may help body composition. Onset of effect: Reagan reports she personally noticed benefits around 2 weeks (quicker than many supplements that take 60–90 days). Cost & practicality: Approx cost around $50 for 30 days. Positioned as a cost‑effective alternative or complement to expensive injections. Side effects vs injectables: Reagan's hospital experience with GLP‑1 side effects (e.g., gastroparesis, impaired gastric motility, some requiring tube feeds or IV nutrition). Oral yeast peptide described as gentler, working with natural processes, not “forcing” the system. [0:30:09] Yeast Source, Candida Concerns & Usage Notes Yeast strain: Saccharomyces cerevisiae (not S. boulardii, and not pathogenic/candida). Clarifications: Will not cause yeast infections. Will not feed candida overgrowth. Taste & preparation: Chocolate flavor described as surprisingly good, even for those picky about chocolate. Temperature-sensitive: Must be mixed with cool liquid (NOT hot coffee/tea or hot beverages). Leaving it in high heat (e.g., hot car) can degrade activity. [0:36:03] Segment Intro: Phase Angle & Seca Scan with Dr. Kurt Dearing Discussion of: Seca medical‑grade bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) machine (~$12,000). It's commonly in hospitals/clinics, but rarely publicly accessible; Nutrition World and Be Well Labs both have one. Dr. Dearing's consult package: Includes consult + Seca scan + follow‑up visit + follow‑up Seca scan (~$195, promo if listeners mention the show). [0:37:35] What Is Phase Angle? (Deep Dive into Measurement & Meaning) What the Seca scan measures: Total body fat and visceral fat. Muscle mass (overall and by body segment). Phase angle (key focus). Phase angle basics: BIA sends low‑level alternating electrical currents through the body. The phase shift (time/angle difference) between current and voltage is measured. That phase shift = phase angle. Higher phase angle → healthier cell membranes, better cellular integrity, more muscle mass, better hydration. Lower phase angle → often malnutrition, chronic disease, frailty; can be used in dialysis, cancer patients, etc., to predict outcomes. Used as a longevity biomarker: Akin to an “EKG of your cells”. Can function as an early indicator for overall health trajectory, barring accidents Dr. Dearing's personal story: First scan categorized him as “bronze” on Seca's scale: Levels: None → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum. Motivated him to increase strength training and eating healthy. Subsequent scan: improved from bronze → gold. Ed's anecdote: Friend and gym member Fred now tests as platinum, after sustained gym and nutrition efforts. Phase angle as a guide: If results are poor, that's a signal to upgrade the plan (diet, exercise, supplements). If phase angle improves (e.g., 4 → 5), it proves the plan is working, beyond just “feeling” better. [0:43:47] How to Improve Phase Angle (Practical Protocols) Key drivers and interventions: 1. Strength Training & Exercise Primary recommendation: resistance/strength training to build muscle mass. 2. Adequate Protein Ed's guideline: ~1 gram of protein per pound of body weight (men; women can often target ~¾ g per pound). Protein shakes often needed to hit targets. 3. Hydration & Electrolytes Proper cellular hydration improves phase angle. Maintain consistent fluid intake and electrolyte balance (sodium, potassium, magnesium). Avoid excessive diuretics/water pills. Dehydration causes phase angle to drop sharply. 4. Inflammation Control Systemic inflammation lowers phase angle and contributes to chronic disease. Tools: Anti‑inflammatory diet (Mediterranean‑style, high in omega‑3s). Omega‑3 fatty acids. Curcumin. Vitamin D optimization. Also includes sleep quality and stress management. 5. Foundational “Core Four” Supplements (Nutrition World concept) Covering: magnesium, zinc, vitamin D, B vitamins, etc., as baseline. 6. Targeted Add‑ons Creatine (supports muscle and cell energy). HMB (beta‑hydroxy beta‑methylbutyrate) – often paired with creatine. CoQ10 (mitochondrial and cellular energy). Phosphatidylcholine / BodyBio PC – to improve cell membrane integrity. [0:52:45] Closing Reflections Ed reads and comments on an article by Dr. Sircus about: Many doctors being “misaligned”: intellectually capable but no longer listening. Critique of: Over‑reliance on credentials. Under‑reliance on open‑mindedness and corrections. Emphasis that many clinicians are excellent listeners and deeply caring, but that institutional habits can discourage listening.  The post Radio Show / Podcast – July 26, 2026 first appeared on Vital Health Radio.

"Send me a text"There's a brand in the women's wellness space whose tagline is worth more than their entire formula. Not because the formula is bad, but because the words are doing more of the selling than the ingredients are. The brand is Arrae, the line is targeted supplements for life's unsexy problems, and that brand went from nothing to nine figures in one of the most crowded corners of the entire supplement world. In this episode, I break that line down piece by piece and show you why it works at a level most supplement marketing never even reaches. How the word unsexy creates instant recognition and takes the shame off the table. How the word targeted plants a flag on precision in a category drowning in vague, do-everything wellness. And how the aspirational brand wrapped around both hands the buyer an identity she'll pay a premium to step into. Then I give you the exact exercise to find your own version, the three ways brands botch it, and why sanding the edges off sharp positioning to feel safe is the fastest way to become invisible. Because people don't buy supplements the way they buy other products, and in a market this crowded, the words you wrap around your product are often the whole ballgame.Learn more about The Supplement Business Accelerator Group at https://creativethirst.com/groupIf you're interested in working with me and my team to improve your supplement business. Positioned as a “restart story,” the project benefits from existing infrastructure, including a processing mill, camp facilities, and established site systems, significantly reducing the capital intensity and technical risks typically associated with new mine development. The company is focusing on incremental upgrades rather than rebuilding core infrastructure, while leveraging a substantial historical database to streamline engineering and planning.Initial drilling results have reinforced confidence in the asset. A 175-hole Phase 1 program intersected economic-grade mineralisation in 87% of holes and identified two new mineral lenses near existing workings. These findings support the company's broader strategy to develop an integrated mining operation combining open-pit and underground sources, with a roughly equal contribution in the early years and a gradual shift toward underground production over a projected 12-to-15-year mine life.Selkirk is now progressing a 50,000-metre Phase 2 drill campaign focused on upgrading resources and advancing geotechnical studies. The program is ahead of schedule and will inform a feasibility study expected to begin in late 2026 and conclude by mid-2027. Updated economic and resource estimates are anticipated in July 2026.Production planning targets approximately 30,000 tonnes of copper-equivalent output annually, supported by by-product gold and silver credits. To fund development, the company is pursuing non-dilutive options such as offtake agreements, project financing, and a potential silver stream, while avoiding the over-leveraging and permitting missteps that affected the previous operator. With strong drilling results, existing infrastructure, and favorable metal price conditions, Selkirk aims to position the project as a lower-risk path to near-term copper production.Learn more: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/selkirk-copperSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Interview with Farhad Abasov, Chairman, Millennial PotashOur previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/millennial-potash-tsx-vmlp-the-worlds-next-low-cost-potash-producer-6383Recording date: 15th June 2026Millennial Potash is advancing a large-scale potash project in Gabon that it positions among the world's largest undeveloped deposits. The company has defined an estimated 6 billion tonnes of measured, indicated, and inferred resources from drilling across just 4% of its 1,500 square kilometer licence area, leaving significant potential for further expansion. This scale, combined with a relatively low projected cost structure and proximity to key agricultural markets, underpins the project's investment appeal.A central component of the project's development is support from the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), which has provided a $3 million grant for feasibility work and may offer construction debt financing, subject to project milestones. Additional backing from US government entities reflects growing strategic interest in diversifying global potash supply, which is currently concentrated among a small number of countries. Millennial aims to complete feasibility and environmental studies by early 2027, secure full financing by mid-2027, and begin construction later that year using solution mining, a lower-capex method than traditional underground mining. The company is targeting a capital structure with 60–65% debt to limit equity dilution and is seeking off-take agreements tied to upfront financial participation rather than simple purchase contracts. At the same time, management is exploring strategic partnerships or acquisition opportunities, drawing on its track record of selling previous potash projects to major industry players.Infrastructure development, including access to an existing port and a proposed deepwater facility, could support scaling production from an initial 800,000 tonnes annually to as much as 4–5 million tonnes over time. Positioned near underserved African markets and major importers like Brazil, the project aligns with broader trends toward supply diversification in the global fertilizer sector.Learn more: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/millennial-potash-corpSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

On this week's Lang Fairy Tales episode we're encountering a tale by folklorist Charles Deulin, The Enchanted Canary.Positioned as a legend out of Flanders, it sees a prince head out to find a wife whose skin is not white or pink...Perhaps wisely, he goes south, following his dream of an orange grove, waylaid by witches, bricklayers, and his own inability to follow advice.A surprisingly rounded story, packed with gags and some genuine pearls of wisdom - “The danger which is most to be feared is never the danger we are most afraid of...” - it's an excitingly rich fairy tale, as we discuss in the analysis section at the end. Is it a retelling of the Solar Prince? Is it a tale about the integration of the Anima? Is it about how great immigration can be?Is it all three at once?!Let's get into it - and of course we really hope you enjoy the episode! Speak to you again on Saturday for our Herefordshire-themed Three Ravens Live Show, recorded last weekend at Leominster Festival! If you are unfamiliar with the Lang Fairy Tales, these seminal collections were assembled between 1889 and 1913 by a married couple, folklorists and translators Nora and Andrew Lang, with most of the work done to compile them completed by Nora, also known as Leonora Blanche Alleyne.Assembled and published in 12 colour-coded "Fairy Books," the corpus the Langs put together included 798 fairy tales from across cultures, many of which had never before been translated into English. They were amongst the most influential books of their time, changing the course of children's literature - although they're hardly just for children, and often deal with quite challenging concepts.Today, purchasing a complete set of the Lang Fairy Books in good condition costs over £4,000 ($5,000+).Thankfully, the collections are all out of copyright, meaning that we can now tell these stories, in podcast form, many for the first time, and share them with a global audience, for free. Our plan is to release the stories between main series of Three Ravens, performing them straight (though with plenty of silly voices) letting the tales speak for themselves in all their madcap, sharp-edged, often quite bizarre glory. The only edits we have made are to amend some culturally-insensitive epithets, which typically pertain to ethnicity, with any such edits made by Eleanor Conlon.Three Ravens is an English Myth and Folklore podcast hosted by award-winning writers Martin Vaux and Eleanor Conlon.Released on Mondays, each weekly episode focuses on one of England's 39 historic counties, exploring the history, folklore and traditions of the area, from ghosts and mermaids to mythical monsters, half-forgotten heroes, bloody legends, and much, much more. Then, and most importantly, the pair take turns to tell a new version of an ancient story from that county - all before discussing what that tale might mean, where it might have come from, and the truths it reveals about England's hidden past...Bonus Episodes are released on Thursdays plus Local Legends episodes on Saturdays - interviews with acclaimed authors, folklorists, podcasters and historians with unique perspectives on that week's county. With a range of exclusive content on Patreon, too, including audio ghost tours, the Three Ravens Newsletter, and monthly Three Ravens Film Club episodes about folk horror films from across the decades, why not join us around the campfire and listen in?REGISTER FOR THE TALES OF SOUTHERN ENGLAND TOURVisit our website Join our Patreon Social media channels and sponsors Hosted on Acast. Wes argues that the twin-towers era may already be over before it ever really began. After teams like the Rockets, Timberwolves and Cavaliers struggled in the playoffs, are jumbo lineups being exposed? The NBA may still value rim protection, but the next wave of elite bigs — Victor Wembanyama, Chet Holmgren and Evan Mobley — looks different from the traditional two-big builds teams used to counter Nikola Jokic, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Joel Embiid. Then, Mike explains why the Memphis Grizzlies may be the best-positioned team in the NBA Draft with the No. 3 pick, able to land a star prospect without the pressure of making the top decision.
