1 Cor 3:1-4 We all know what it looks like for a baby to grow, learn to eat, learn to walk, and just develop in general. But what does it look like for a Christian to grow? And what could hinder that growth? Pastor Andrew answers those questions as he continues his study in 1 Corinthians.

Gal 3:1-14 When you come to church you expect to hear good things, don't you? We're sort of conditioned to hear good news. We all want to hear about something good! Yet, Paul tells us in Galatians chapter 3 that Jesus was cursed. What does it mean for Jesus to be cursed? And why was He cursed? We consider the curse of the cross as we pause for communion this week.

1 Cor 2:6-16 We know how important our vision is, but what about having spiritual vision? Seeing things the way God intends. How do we get that? And how do we know if already have that? We consider those questions as we continue our study in 1 Corinthians.

Rev 22:6-11 We all perceive time a little differently don't we? We can all think of kids asking in the car "Are we there yet?" However, as we get older our time feels like it is running out. And there is something helpful to us in that. Time is running out. So, how should that affect the way we think about our lives? We could become depressed or anxious. Or, it could make us think about the things that are truly important. The truth is that Jesus could come back at any moment. So, are you ready for that?

1 Cor 2:1-5 We care how we present ourselves, don't we? We don't like to appear unattractive. We don't want to be unpopular. We want to present ourselves in strength. Yet, Paul the apostle tells us that he came in weakness and foolishness. What did he mean? And what are we supposed to learn from his example? We consider that as Pastor Andrew continues his study in 1 Corinthians.

Rev 22:1-5 Have you ever gotten used to something that you knew was less ideal? Maybe it was an old car. You know there are newer, nicer cars, but you're just used to the old one. Perhaps that same mindset has invaded your view of the world around you. God is presenting heaven to us at the end of Revelation. And even in the light of this beautiful, new creation, we can sometimes still find ourselves gazing up on this world instead of the world to come. Join us as we gaze upon this new creation that is to come.

1 Cor 1:26-31 As Pastor Andrew continues his study in 1 Cor we consider pride this week. Whose glory are you most interested in? Perhaps you know as a Christian that it should be God's glory. But is that what those around you see? And more importantly, is that what God sees? We consider those questions this week.

Rev 21:9-27 What would you say if I told you God was preparing a home for you? With endless resources, wisdom, and creativity, how special would that place be? Well that's exactly the promise we have in Revelation chapter 21. Listen this week as we consider the place prepared for those who love God.

1 Cor 1:18-25 Why does Christianity seem so foolish to the world? Is that really intended by God? Why doesn't He make it more appealing for people to be saved by their sin? We consider those questions as we study this crucial passage in 1 Corinthians.

Rev 21:1-8 We like new things, don't we? Whether it's a new car, a new phone, or a new home we get excited for new things. But you know what undoubtedly happens? New things become old. They lose their glimmer. They crack and degrade. It's no wonder that God gives us the hope that all things will be made new. And they will stay new forever. But what exactly will change? And how should that change the way we live? We consider those questions this week as Pastor Sam continues his study in the book of Revelation.

An update on the Vaughn family missionary work in China.

Rev 20:11-15 What is it in the heart of man that desires to do the wrong thing, even when there are consequences? We even see it in children! Evil can be seen everywhere around us, even in our own hearts. So when will all this evil be dealt with? Will there ever be justice? Join us today as we consider those questions and witness God's view of justice and how He will bring His judgment.

A special message from one of our local missionaries Alta Bradenberger

Rev 20:1-10 We know Jesus is the King of kings and Lord of lords. But if He were to rule and reign on the earth, what would that actually look like? Is it even possible? Well, according to Revelation that day is coming! And the church will be a witness to it. This week Pastor Sam expounds on this truth as he continues his study in the book of Revelation.

1 Cor 1:10-17 What is it that makes a church healthy? Well certainly we would look at the beliefs of the church, and whether Jesus is central to their worship. But what about unity? This is the first topic Paul tackles in his letter to the Corinthians. Why is unity so important to the church, and how can we guard against it? We consider that this week as Pastor Andrew continues his study in 1 Corinthians.

Rev 19 As Christians we all know that the Son of God came down from heaven to be a man. After He was crucified, He rose from the dead and ascended into heaven. And He made the promise that He would return. So, what will it look like when Jesus returns? Will it be with the joy and peace that we see depicted in our Christmas depictions? No. It will be dramatically different. Let's see what God has to say about Jesus' second coming.

1 Cor 1:4-9 Last week we began our study of 1 Cor and we started to discuss some of the sin this church was struggling with. We said that the Lordship of Jesus was really the key to addressing sin in that church, and in our lives as well. This week we consider God's faithfulness. What does God's faithfulness have to do with sin you ask? Pastor Andrew answers that and more as we continue our study in 1 Cor.

Rev 18 We've all seen sports dynasties come and go. Nations rise and fall. But there is a kingdom that will never fail. And it's not Babylon. What nation is this that will rule and then fall with such great calamity?

1 Cor 1:1-13 This week Pastor Andrew begins a new series in 1 Corinthians. Perhaps you've been tempted to quickly skim over the first few verses of a NT letter because it's “just a greeting.” However, the key to the rest of Paul's letter is found in these first few verses. What could be so important in a greeting?

Rev 17 When we look at marketing we can see how tempting it can be to get the latest and greatest, to enjoy the best beverage ever made, or to look like a model. But do you know that there is a far greater marketer than any of our product marketers? It's Satan himself - The great seducer. And one of the ways he tempts is us by telling us the lie that it is good to worship ourselves. So, how do we avoid this terrible lie and not fall into the trap of self-worship? We consider that as we continue our study in Revelation.

Rev 16 What is happening when God's bowls of wrath are being poured out? And why is He bringing such violence upon the world? We consider those questions as we continue our study in Revelation.

Phil 2:1-11 Whether it's in our children, or ourselves, we all think about attitude. We know what it looks like to have a bad attitude, and perhaps we think of a good attitude as a cheerful countenance. But what about the attitude of a Christian? What does that look like? We consider that question this week as we look upon Jesus' attitude as He went to the cross.

Matt 5:7-12 Guest speaker Elliot Wells continues his study in Matthew 5.

Rev 15:1-8 If you're a Christian you love to worship God. Perhaps you think of His grace or His mercy or his patience. But we are called to worship God with all of His attributes! You might ask, "even His wrath?" Absolutely. You might shudder at that thought, but it is true, and it is Biblical. Let's consider this important aspect of God's character today.

Matt 5:3-6 The sermon on the mount is the most famous message Jesus gave during His ministry. In it he speaks of being humble, poor, and thirsting for justice. Are these simply qualities that He rewards? Or was He speaking of a deeper spiritual meaning to these terms? Listen this week as guest speaker Elliot Wells helps us to see the gospel that Jesus was preaching even in the sermon on the mount.

Heb 11:6-22 This Father's Day perhaps as a dad you're thinking about the family God has given you. And as your life goes on you may start to think about your legacy. Want to know the best legacy you can leave behind for your kids? - A faithful dependence upon God. So, what does faith lived throughout a lifetime look like? And how can we pass it on to our kids? We consider that this week for a special Father's Day Message.

Rev 12:1-6 Pictures and symbols are everywhere around us. We might see a sun symbol and know that it is referring to brightness. Or we might say that a dessert is "heaven." We know that means it's so good it's like heaven. Today God is going to give us some pictures that point toward future events. So, who is this woman, child, and dragon? We consider that this week as we continue our study in Revelation.

Rev 11:14-19 Throughout history there have been many different types of governments. Whether it's a democracy, a democratic republic, a dictatorship, etc, they all have their problems. And do you know why that is? - Because all governments are led by people. And people are sinful. But there is one ruler coming who is without sin - The man Christ Jesus. So, who is the one true Ruler? And how will He establish His kingdom? We consider those questions as Pastor Sam continues his study in Revelation.

2 Peter 3:11-18 We've considered false teachers, the origin of the Scriptures, and the reason for God's delay of His judgment as we've studied 2 Peter. But we're not done yet! As we conclude our study we read of the promises that God has made regarding Jesus' second coming, God's destruction of the earth, and even the world to come. Listen as Pastor Andrew finishes this wonderful letter from Peter.

Rev 11:1-13 As we continue our study in Revelation we come to chapter 11 and we read of two witnesses. Who are these witnesses? And what does their testimony have to do with God and His purposes? They are even breathing fire and coming back to life! Why is God telling us about these individuals? We consider that and much more this week!

2 Peter 3:9-10 Last week we considered some of God's qualities, such as His holiness, His timing, etc. This week we consider His sovereignty. Listen as Pastor Andrew continues His study in 2 Peter.

Rev 10 In Rev 10 we see a pretty sad prophecy of how God brings bitterness in His judgment, but yet He also brings sweet comfort to His children. How do these things both seem to coexist? We consider that question as Pastor Sam continues his study in Revelation.

2 Peter 3:1-8 This week we consider some of God's attributes and how critical it is for us to know God. Although many of these qualities are a terror to the unbeliever, they are a comfort to His children. Listen as Pastor Andrew continues his study in 2 Peter.

1 Samuel 1:3-28 For a special Mother's Day message we consider one of the most beautiful passages in the Bible - the account of Hannah and her example to us.
