Pastor Caleb continues our journey through the Gospel of John with a message from John 14 titled When You Don't Know the Way. As fear grips the disciples and questions swirl, Jesus speaks peace into the room with seven words that still calm hearts today: Let not your heart be troubled. But He doesn't just soothe their emotions. He gives them Himself. I am the way, the truth, and the life. This moment isn't just comforting. It's clarifying. Jesus is not one of many options. He is the only way to the Father. He is the truth we can build on and the life our souls were made for. When you feel lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain, John 14 reminds us where to look. Not for a plan. For a Person.

Send us a text Christian Nationalism is a popular term these days, but it's often used as a catch-all for anyone who happens to be conservative both politically and theologically. We believe the language we use matters, and we need to be less casual about applying blanket labels like this to followers of Jesus who voted a certain way or don't share our political convictions. So, we had a conversation about it. We had the joy of sitting down with Caleb Campbell, pastor and author of the recent book “Disarming Leviathan: Loving Your Christian Nationalist Neighbor.” In this episode, we delve into what Christian nationalism is, what's behind it, and how we can best love those who are caught in its grip. Pastor Caleb Rivera delivers a message entitled "The Cross Has the Final Word."
In this message, Pastor Caleb discusses the importance of the price God paid for all mankind through Jesus Christ. God purchased His people so they should not have the mindset of allowing God to rent them. May more Christians realize they were bought, not rented. In this at-home message for mid-week service for winter weather, Pastor Caleb continues the series on the sin of familiarity. Allowing the sin of familiarity with the Word of God hinders God's Word from helping a Christian become who God wants them to be. Christians should not allow this sin of familiarity with the Word of God. Send us a textSupport the showFor more information for our church visit AGCSparta.org.

In this Easter message, Pastor Caleb discusses the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Many people today look among dead things for Jesus Christ or the things of God. The angels asked the question among those looking for Jesus why they were searching among the dead. May Christians not look among dead things, but look for Jesus Christ where He is currently. Pastor Caleb wraps up our 2-week series from John 12 titled The Hour Has Come with a powerful Easter Sunday message: What Will You Do? In this final public message before the cross, Jesus makes one last invitation—a call to believe, to step into the light, and to surrender. As we walk verse by verse through John 12:20–50, we see the contrast between dead religion and the risen Christ. The tomb is empty. The cross was real. The resurrection is historical. And what sets Christianity apart is this: Jesus is alive. So now that you've seen Him… what will you do?
In this message, Pastor Caleb discusses the importance of faith in producing the fruits of righteousness in Christians' lives. Without faith, it is impossible to please God, but a lack of faith also leads to religiosity or an empty confession. Are you allowing faith to produce the fruits of righteousness in your life?Send us a textSupport the showFor more information for our church visit AGCSparta.org.
Pastor Ben, Matt, Pastor Caleb, and Pastor Steve finish their study of Deuteronomy 5-11. In this lesson, they explore Moses final charge to keep God's commands before he goes on to list out God's demands in the following chapters of the book.
Pastor Caleb continues our journey through the Psalms with a powerful message from Psalm 8 titled “Majesty and Mud” In this Psalm of wonder David looks up at the night sky and asks the question we've all felt deep in our hearts What is man that thou art mindful of him It is a song that reveals two life changing truths God is majestic beyond comprehension and yet He still cares deeply for people like us As we walk verse by verse we see how God's glory fills the heavens how He crowns clay with honor and how the Gospel shines through. This message invites us to worship not just with our lips but with our whole lives
In this message, Pastor Caleb discusses using the resources that God gives His people to obey Him. Jesus gives resources to God's people not to hide away but to fulfill the Great Commission within their lives. It is important to live in a relationship with Jesus Christ and not assume Who He is. A faith in Jesus will produce an obedience to use the resources given to glorify God. What are you doing with what God gave you? In this message, Pastor Caleb discusses Palm Sunday, when Jesus was placed on the donkey by His disciples and adored by the people. Pastor Caleb challenges the church to embrace a lifestyle of discipleship, sacrificial mission, and intentional growth, inspired by the relationship between Paul and Timothy in Acts 16.
Pastor Caleb kicks off a brand-new chapter and 2 week series from John 12 titled The Hour Has Come with a powerful Palm Sunday message: The King Is Coming. In this episode, we follow Jesus as He enters Jerusalem—not on a warhorse, but on a donkey. Not with swords drawn, but with crowds shouting “Hosanna!” It's the beginning of the end—and the start of everything new. We explore what real worship looks like through the extravagant, unashamed offering of Mary… and what superficial faith looks like through the palm branches of a crowd who would cheer on Sunday but change their minds by Friday. We talk about how Jesus came not to take the throne by force—but to win hearts through sacrifice. If you've ever wrestled with the cost of following Christ, been tempted to settle for religious performance, or wondered how close is too close when it comes to worship—this message is for you. Because the King is coming. And when He does… everything changes.
