Welcome to the Dancing in the Kitchen podcast! Let's get back on the dancefloor and pick up where we left off! It's crazy how sometimes we have the best intentions but distractions can send us off-course. On today's episode I am talking about just that...distractions, catching up, and also how seasons change. A year ago, I would have given up at this point and kept wandering in the dark. But SO much has happened and instead, I'm being inspired by others and getting back behind the mic to shine a little light. That's what this podcast is about, right? Sometimes we get started on something and get distracted, and we realize it's a season. It's exactly that, a season. A time to change and re-direct our course. And even though it's not exactly what we had planned, it's exactly where we are supposed to be. Stay tuned because we will have some amazing guests joining us here soon! Welcome to the Dancing in the Kitchen podcast! On today's episode I share some crazy dating stories from my past and what may lie ahead. Yep, I've decided to jump back into the dating game. I'll talk about how it used to be in the early days of online dating, and how it is today. While I intentionally took a break for the past two years, it might be nice to have someone to share life's adventures with (even though I've been adamantly fighting it)...so maybe it's time to check it out again. But dating at this age and in this crazy time we're living in, it's hard! So I will trust the process and see where it leads. Welcome to Dancing in the Kitchen! And welcome to Season 2 with our first conversation where we will follow our dreams, literally. On this episode you will hear how Caryn McCleskey pivoted from the direction she was heading and eventually found herself doing dream interpretations for friends and is now creating a new business. It's fascinating how our dreams can indicate what is happening in our waking life and how they can guide us to answer questions for which we seek meaning. We talk about common dreams that many of us have and what they symbolize. From being back in school, teeth falling out, bathroom dreams, when we are falling down or flying, and even dreams about food...we just touched on a few highlights. Would you like to know the meaning of your dreams? Follow Caryn @caryndreams over on Instagram and stay tuned for what she has coming up, or you can schedule a 1:1 dream interpretation. Make sure to catch her next workshop "Dream Interpretation Circle" on Sunday, August 28 4:00-5:00 PM EDT - you can register on her IG page. On this episode we are looking back over the past eight months since we started the podcast and talk about who we've met and what we've learned. You met my family (mostly during my birthday month), #thefunnyfitnesstrainer Kelly Bailey, we talked about gut health and how my friend Terry Thomsen created @FeelGoodDough, you listened in on Happy Hour with My "Got Your Back Girls", we danced...lived life uncorked...did coaching through art...got in touch with our feelings...let go of the paper weight...learned a new way of eating...learned to dance with the fear and use our voice...dreamed about our solo destination in Bali...prepared for the empty nest...and had conversations with some adorable kiddos!! WHEW! Next, I look ahead and give a little peek of what to expect this season. We will pack our bags and follow our dreams, and learn what they mean, you will meet a Super Hero, and more new friends to be announced. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for tuning in each week and I'd REALLY love, love, love it if you shared the podcast with someone you think would enjoy it. Welcome back to Dancing in the Kitchen podcast! Today's episode turned out to be an impromptu lesson on planning ahead and having a backup plan. Since the episode I had originally planned for today didn't quite work out, I wanted to share with you some things I've learned on this crazy journey during my move. You'll just have to listen in to hear what they are...but I will tell you, we are never to old to keep learning!! P.S. Welcome to Dancing in the Kitchen podcast! Hey friends! I hope you're enjoying the start to your summer as much as I am! Today we have another fun conversation with a smart, witty, and adorable kiddo that has had an impact in my life. Today you will meet Miss Lili. You may remember her momma, from Episode 13: Doing Life With Danielle Mixon. Danielle and her husband, Joseph, host a life group from Grace Church Medina East Campus. I am so grateful they shared their family with me. I am already missing them...and the snacks. Go back and listen and y'all will know what I'm talkin' about. In our chat you will hear Lili's natural leadership when she talks about her three siblings, and also about achieving your goals. She has a great appreciation for music, baking, and friendship. We talked a lot about her time away at church camp, which is where she is as this hits the airwaves. This girl is going places!! I have no doubt she will do BIG things! Lili and I have always had a connection through our love of baking and cupcakes and I will always remember that conversation about achieving our goals. She is wise beyond her years (and I'm sure her momma will attest to that!) Closing out the episode today, we will get in touch with our 10 year-old self. What would you tell her (or him)? I share with you some great insights that I discovered when asking this question, and how you can apply them today as an adult also. Getting in touch with our inner-child can absolutely help you to discover what it is we should be doing, where we should be going, and how to ENJOY THE JOURNEY ALONG THE WAY. ***** ***** Let's connect: Like the podcast? Welcome to Dancing in the Kitchen podcast! Can you believe it's already June? The kiddos are out of school and lots of people are taking vacations again!! WOOHOO! Do you remember when you were a kid and you just did what made you happy? Did you run through the sprinklers in the summer or play in the rain? We need to grasp those moments of happiness and joy and hold on to them just like we're kids because tomorrow is never promised! So I thought we would Jump for Joy into June and talk with some fun little humans that have made an impact on my life, and then talk to some amazing people I've been meeting who are well on the opposite end of the age spectrum. I think someone needs to remind them that they have aged.. orrr…maybe not! Because they keep living it up as though they're kids. I love how everyone here has tapped into their inner child and lives each day to the fullest. This week's episode will kick off a series about KIDS and finding our own inner-child. Before I moved, I sat down with my great-niece Cecelia (we call her Cece) to have a fun little chat and can't wait for you to meet her! She's a soon-to-be 7 year old that thinks she is 17. I love her so much. I also love the perspective that kids have about food and what makes them happy. She tells me about her favorite foods, and her least favorite (we share the same dislike of a family tradition at our "feasts" as she calls it...aka, the holidays), and she tells me what she wants to be when she grows up. This was such a FUN conversation. I miss her already! We close out today's episode with a quick version of an exercise to help find your inner-child, and listen to what your younger self has to say. Stay tuned this month as we continue to tap into that practice of just having fun...like a child. ***** ***** Let's connect: Like the podcast? Subscribe and leave a review! Welcome back to Dancing in the Kitchen podcast! We are wrapping up our Motivationally MOVING through May and talking about that next chapter of an empty nest. I am literally moving from Ohio to Florida as we speak! I cannot believe I am about to step out in faith into the next chapter of my life. I have no idea what it’s going to look like and I’m super excited to see where God leads me! One thing I do know is that I will use what I’ve learned over this past year and continue to grow, even if that means to fail forward. It’s perfect timing to have today’s conversation with my friend, Brenda Lenweaver. Brenda is not quite in the empty nest phase yet, but she’s getting ready. When she was looking for groups to interact with and/or give advice to prepare for the next chapter she couldn’t find anything to fit her needs. So she created her own group…called Next Chapter Empty Nest. It’s a group for those who want to prepare for when their kids leave home, making it a positive experience to meet their own goals and try new things! I wish I had a group like this to get me prepared for what to expect. If you are approaching that empty nest phase and are looking for a fun place to get prepared, check out Brenda and her Facebook Group Next Chapter Empty Nest, and she’s also on Instagram with that same name. She also has a podcast Next Chapter Empty Nest but is taking a brief break to prepare for her summer series called “The First One Leaves the Nest” as her daughter is getting ready to leave for college. Brenda will be sharing with us her adventures and how it’s all working out with the family. ***** ***** Let’s connect: Like the podcast? Subscribe and leave a review! Pamela has created a business called Dream to Destination where she will guide you in three phases to make your dream vacation come true, and how to settle back into reality when you return. She paints such a vivid picture of her time in Bali and tells us how she made it happen. You can feel her passion and excitement and love of travel, and all things Bali! When you are in that presence it will motivate you to follow your dreams as well. I know I’m ready to hop on a plane and travel again! Are you? Do you have a place in mind? Somewhere you’ve always dreamed of going? Hmmm…I’m starting to make my plans now! Speaking of making plans…can I just shift gears for a minute and share with you that my son and his fiancé have been planning a fabulous wedding and it’s coming true! Welcome back to Dancing in the Kitchen podcast! The motivation continues to keep us moving through May! Today you will get to meet Mo Jones. Mo is a Public Speaking Coach empowering women to own the power of their voice in life and work. A speech and language pathologist by trade, Mo uses effective and proven techniques and strategies to journey women from fear to brave in building confident speaking skills. Her passion is to help women use their voice to go live on social media, start podcasting and speak with confidence. This led her to moLife Speaks, her coaching business, in which women learn to own the power of their story and own their voice. Fiercely Dance with the fear! Mo’s message stirs my soul for so many reasons…how about you? I have been guilty of running and hiding from things that scare me instead of facing the fear, dancing with it and getting through it… and growing from it…until recently. I have been learning so much from Mo and her motivating messages and I hope you have (or will) too. I’m finding inspiration to find more of what I’ve lost and build upon what I’ve found through hearing other people’s stories. Which is why I’m moving and ready to start living again. In some of the empty nest mom groups that I belong to, so many women are struggling and there is such strength in knowing we are not alone. It has empowered me to help guide others who have been in the same place where I was, and where I am, and holding hands to make sure we get through it together. Don’t you agree that knowing someone else has come from a place where you might find yourself stuck, and they are dancing with that fear and finding such happiness and joy on the other side? Doesn’t it give you hope? It does for me!! And I’m so incredibly grateful for crossing paths with so many amazing people that God has placed on this journey with, and for me! If it weren’t for learning how to use my voice to share my stories, as well as those of my friends, and talk about things we love to do like cooking, baking and dancing… I’d still be stuck. I would have never started this podcast, which is something I’ve always wanted to do from the minute I heard my very first podcast. Friends, when you feel that tug in your heart follow your dream. Find the people that inspire and motivate you. For me, it’s been friends like Mo Jones that have helped me find my way. You can book a 1:1 session with Mo through her website: www.molifespeaks.com and find her on Instagram @molifespeaks and her Facebook Group moLife Speaks One last thing…I want to give a special shout out to Mo’s daughter who is celebrating her birthday on the day this episode hits the airwaves! Welcome to Dancing in the Kitchen podcast! We are moving into May with some serious Motivation on today's episode. In this conversation you will meet my friend Luisa Morrone. Seven years ago, Luisa weighed 315 lbs and used a cane as she couldn’t walk even a few steps without experiencing excruciating pain. After watching her late father and father-in-law both pass away due to complications from diabetes, and even after being told by her doctor that she was on her way to becoming a type 2 diabetic and gaining weight every year, Luisa didn’t make any changes until she was diagnosed and placed on medication. Luisa never thought it would happen to her but she knew that was the beginning of the end unless she changed her way of eating; that was Luisa’s “Ah Ha” moment. She tried so many different diets and programs without success. She would lose a few pounds, then get discouraged and would end up giving up and putting more weight on. She discovered the KETO/LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) lifestyle, has lost over 140 lbs since then and is no longer on medication. She created My Way of Eating - a safe and supportive program where she now she coaches others who want to lose weight, get off meds, get healthier and feel better. You can find Luisa on Facebook and Instagram, and sign up for her FREE 7-Day Retreat which is being held May 10th - May 16th. Sign up here. Let’s connect: Like the podcast? Welcome to Dancing in the Kitchen podcast! Join me as we will be Motivationally Moving through May! So much is going on and the month of May is going to be all about Motivation and Moving! What motivates me, what motivates you, and I’m moving! Yep, if you haven’t heard my special Birthday Bonus episode yet, (which I’d love it if you went back and listened by the way) I am packing it all up and flying south to Florida at the end of May. WOOHOO! We are going to kick off this Motivational May series with someone who has taught me how to let go of things that no longer serve me, especially those pesky piles of paper that seem to grow overnight. You know what I’m talkin about! She has been a huge help to guide me in this process. Her name is Tamar Prager and she is such an inspiration to so many people by teaching us to let go of our paper and make space for our soul. Surrendering and letting it all go. What an important concept…it’s so true though. Once you release something that no longer serves you, you finally feel that sense of relief, that weight lifted off your shoulders, that joy and happiness and to be open to receive what is meant for you. I love how Tamar took her experience in infectious disease control and started doing consulting work during the pandemic only to make a major pivot back to something she had done years ago that she loved…helping others let go of the excess in their life. It really is important to do what we love. I hope she gives you the motivation you need to do the same. She has for me! You can find Tamar on her website: tamarprager.com where you can book consultations, sign up for her membership and listen to her podcast called “The Paper Weight”. She is also on Instagram @tamarprager (The Paper Weight). ******** ******** ANNOUNCEMENT: I am happy to announce I have a discount code for you! Do you remember meeting Terry Thomsen on Episode 4? She is the founder of Feel Good Dough and I really love and believe in her product and brand…so much that I want to share it with all of you. When you order their dry mix dough online at www.feelgooddough.com and use the code DEBI33 at checkout, you will get $2 off the 5-packs of dry mixes and free shipping in the US! Welcome back to Dancing in the Kitchen Podcast! As we wrap up Birthday Month here on the podcast, this week I’m thrilled to introduce this sweet mamma, Danielle Mixon. I’ve had the pleasure of doing life with this power-house (and her husband) as they lead our church life group. Almost three years ago I walked into their home and wasn’t quite sure what I was doing there, but quickly felt at home. Although, I have a confession…there were times I questioned if I actually fit in or not; and she was always reassuring and supportive to remind me that I absolutely did. Isn’t it great when friends become family? That’s exactly how I feel about our small group from Grace Church Medina East Campus. On this episode, I had a chance to steal Danielle away from her four kiddos and loving hubby for a fun conversation about so many things. One thing we did not mention on the recording is that April is also Danielle’s Birthday Month! And just like with my family, our life group family celebrates birthdays too! Every month we have a fantastic cake to celebrate all the birthdays that month…well at least we did pre-COVID. And let me tell you about the snacks…haha. There has always been some type of connection and familiarity between Danielle and I that we just can’t figure out, but God definitely knows and I’m so grateful that He led me to their home that first night. As soon as you meet her, you will feel her friendly southern charm that she absorbed from her 10 years living in Alabama. She is definitely living a full life and using her gifts well by serving others and enjoying every minute. I just know you will love her as much as I do! Let’s connect: Like the podcast? Welcome back to Dancing in the Kitchen Podcast! As we continue with Birthday Month, I'm excited for you to meet my sister Renee, aka my BFF. Our birthdays are only two weeks apart, but two years difference (she's older). In today's episode Renee and I sat down at her dining room table and talked about so many fun memories along with her favorite foods, least favorites, and her discovery of bird watching. We talked also about how food is always involved in our family celebrations, and laughed at the celebrity she unknowingly turned down on the dance floor back in the day. She shared her love of music and the inspiration she gets from our Great-Aunt Virginia (Ginny Wright) who was a country singer back in the 1950s. Renee was definitely given the gift of song and if you've heard her sign karaoke, you know. Here's the thing about sisters. Not only are we family, we are also friends…and like I said before, Renee is definitely my ride or die. We have inside jokes that no one else gets, laughed so hard we peed our pants or had juice come out our noses…and we’ve cried together through the night when life got hard. She has always been my biggest cheerleader and I don’t know where I’d be without her. I hope that if you have the privilege of having a sister too, that you also share some funny stories, and have made it through the not-so-funny ones too. Mine keeps me grounded AND she lifts me up. I love her so much. I am going to miss her like mad when I move and so thankful for technology to keep in touch. Let’s connect: Like the podcast? Subscribe and leave a review! SURPRISE! Who else celebrates their birthday all month long?! I never used to until recently…actually, I used to not like my birthday for the longest time. But given everything that has happened in the last year or two, I’ve come to realize life should be celebrated…every day! So join me in this special BONUS BIRTHDAY episode as I share with you some insight of what I've learned this past year, and the exciting news I have to share about what's in store for me this coming year! Welcome back to Dancing in the Kitchen Podcast! Did I mention April is my Birthday month? HAHA. So who better to have a conversation with, than the person who brought me into this world - my MOM. On this episode Mom and I sat at the table and chatted about so many things. We talk about my dad being an identical twin and some funny stories she remembers while they were dating and even now, how my dad and uncle are often thought to be each other and the jokes they play on people. Mom was a teenager in the 1950's so she loves the music from that era still to this day, and she shares her story of going to see Elvis in concert - even though she didn't really like him prior, she sure did like him after. I always love chatting with my mom. Every time I learn something new. And I guess now ya know where my love of baking and cooking comes from, huh? It’s so fun to sit down with your parents, or grandparents and hear their stories – it just takes you to a different time and place; and really know where you came from. Don’t you think it really puts your own life into perspective too? I think it absolutely helps to connect the dots so to speak. I hope you enjoy this conversation and that you have a chance to chat with your mom; if not, I hope and pray you have fond memories of her and hold them close to your heart. Love you Mom! Welcome back to Dancing in the Kitchen Podcast! April is my BIRTHDAY month! Birthdays have always been very important in our family, so I wanted to focus on family for the next few weeks to celebrate that. In today's episode I sat down with my oldest son, Dominic. We chatted about his favorite foods, his love of video games and where that's leading him today; our Christmas cookie tradition and how it got started; and how he and his fiance dance in the kitchen. It was really fun having this conversation with Dominic. He is such a kind, caring, loving kid…I mean man. Oh my gosh! How did my little Domino that was always picked on in school grow up to be such a tall, intelligent, creative, handsome MAN?! I love how he still looks out for his little sister and has a good relationship with his brother too. Now that he has been on his own for a few years, I miss him…and his hugs…he’s always managed to make me feel loved no matter what. Having him over for dinner or just visiting is always so special. I’m so proud of the man he has become and where he is heading in life. I can’t wait for you to meet him. P.S. I'm gonna be real here for a minute, and please forgive me...but there are parts of the audio that fade out and I just can't figure out how to fix it. Guess it's part of being self-taught and figuring it all out as you go. Let’s connect: Like the podcast? Subscribe and leave a review! Today on the podcast we are going to do a little slow dance around a subject that not many will talk about – suicide survival. While we don’t go into all the details here, and I promise this slow dance doesn’t consume our entire conversation, but my friend Amy Fowler is a shining example of someone who was at her lowest point and has found the way to shine a light on her experience and let us know it’s possible to heal the hurt and find happiness and purpose in everyday life. Amy lives in Ontario, Canada with her hubby, Aug and their adorable pup, Pepper… and like I said…she’s a suicide survivor. During the course in which I met her, she discovered it was her purpose to share her story and is now helping others through her intuitive energy healing sessions. She will brighten up the room with her smile and is that friend that will hold your hand and drag you out on to the dance floor. She is truly hungry for happiness! Amy also hosts a podcast called “In Her Feelings” and talks about all the things. I can’t wait for you to meet her! She will share a bit of her story, where she was and where she’s heading. We will talk about how music stirs her soul and how she and her hubby have always loved dancing in the kitchen! Thanks again friends for tuning in. I would love to see what you’re up to! Come join us in the Facebook group Dancing in the Kitchen Podcast and introduce yourself! Shoot me a DM there if you, or someone you know would like to join me on the dancefloor in my kitchen (aka on this podcast), or if you have any questions. Friends, could you also do me a favor and please subscribe to this podcast and leave a review, it really helps to get the word out to make a difference. Isn’t it great that we can meet so many people from around the world with all of the technology that we have access to today? Moving along through the month of March and celebrating International Women, today you will get to meet my friend Mariam Berzon. Mariam is a child of Russian immigrants, born in Memphis, TN and currently living in Modi’in Israel …but tucked in there she also lived in New York for 10 years while her husband attended medical school and completed his residency. I met Mariam through…you guessed it…the program I took last Fall called Made To Do This. And I swear I’m not getting paid to talk about this all the time. It truly has changed my life. It still just blows my mind that a 12-week course has opened my eyes, my mind, expanded my community and my skills, created so many new friendships… everything. Like I said, it’s simply changed my life and my world. And I am so grateful that I’m able to share it with you. One of those new friendships that has been such a blessing to me, is of course that with Mariam Berzon. Mariam has created an amazing Coaching Through Art program that has been super therapeutic for me, and everyone else that has taken one of her classes. She has combined her talents of coaching women and creating art. Think along the lines of a wine and paint party with your girlfriends…but learning and healing at the same time. And without the wonders of technology, we would have never experienced this together. She is a fantastic artist, and has a beautiful family…who happens loves dancing in their kitchen every Friday. I love how Mariam reminds us to be present and mindful of where we’re at…right here and right now. And to be grateful…for overcoming challenges... and enjoying life. I guess I never thought of dancing as another form of meditation, but when you think about it, she’s totally right… it really does allow us to be in the present moment and celebrate. Continuing with our celebration of International Women this month… today you are in for a treat and I cannot wait for you to meet my friend Jennifer Legra. Jen is a Cuban transplant from Jersey living in Guadalajara, Mexico by way of the Dominican Republic. You will feel her zest for life right through the airways! She is someone you would definitely want to enjoy a cocktail or two with…or the whole bottle for that matter. And speaking of that…she has created such a fun atmosphere with the virtual Happy OURs that she co-hosts with her husband and shares on her blog and website…rightfully titled “Drinking the Whole Bottle”. From hosting private parties and creating a book club called “The Collective Pour”, to helping others live life uncorked and savor every drop. I love the metaphors she uses for living life uncorked and will let her tell you all about it along with her other ventures and what it is that makes her dance in the kitchen. You can find Jen her on Instagram @drinkingthewholebottle or find her Facebook group by the same name…and don’t forget the blog and website www.drinkingthewholebottle.com. Hey, have you ever met a group of totally random strangers and wondered what the heck did you just get yourself into? But then once you meet them, you just know and feel it in your gut they are going to be your bff’s for life?! Or maybe you have a group of girlfriends that you could just pick up right where you left off as if no time passed since the last time you got together? Well, today you will get to meet that group of girlfriends for me! This was definitely a divine download of us coming together. God knew what he was doing when our Pod9 was created. We’ve ugly cried, laughed our butts off, had all night chats, inside jokes, and we support each other…both personally and professionally. We came together through the program called Made To Do This…you may have heard me talk about it a time or twenty. From the very beginning we just clicked. When the program got hard, and trust me…it got pretty intense at times, we were always looking out for each other and named our little Pod 9 as the "Got Your Back Girls". And even though the program has ended, we are still soul sisters. On this episode you will join us for Happy Hour which we recorded around the holidays as we talk about so many things that make us hungry for happiness. Let's connect! Welcome back to Dancing in the Kitchen Podcast! I met Kelly Bailey a couple years ago in a local networking group and trust me, you will fall in love with her! She’s funny, she’s so full of life, very active, she’s gorgeous, and did I say she’s funny? In this conversation we talk about her #thefunnyfitnesstrainer and how it came to be, the impact it’s had on her personal and business life, and how she deals with stress through humor. We talk about the silver linings in hard times, our shared love around travel and taking a food trip, her balanced eating habits, intermittent fasting, eating disorders, and the relationships we should have with food. She is a great trainer/coach and she helped me personally lose 15 lbs. in her IF coaching group which has made me feel great. She is such a light and has such a great energy about her. If you’d like to learn more about Intermittent Fasting, balanced, intentional eating and fitness... then I highly recommend you follow Kelly at #thefunnyfitnesstrainer, or on her Facebook page Kelly Bailey Fitness, or check out her website: kellybailey.fit (that’s www.kellybailey.fit) and stay up-to-date on her upcoming programs and services. Welcome to Dancing in the Kitchen Podcast! On this episode I invite you listen in on a conversation with my beautiful daughter, Kayleigh. We reminisce about younger days around the dinner table and her brothers (my sons) , youth cheerleading, her choice to become vegetarian at a very young age and now living a vegan lifestyle, dance parties in the kitchen, and her art. We talk about an inside joke regarding salad, because the extended family just didn't get the whole vegetarian thing (at the time) and always said, "well, you can have a salad" at various functions. (Maybe you had to be there.) You know, as a parent when you’re raising your children, you hope what you teach them, sticks…and that they remember those lessons. So, when I heard her say what she did in this conversation, it made my heart dance!! It's great to hear her talk about the positive relationship she has with food now, and how important that is in relationships and life in general. I would also love to connect with you on social media! You can find me on Instagram @debs_410 or @diningwithdebi (that's my cooking & community page), or join us in the new Facebook Group - Dancing in the Kitchen Podcast. Can't wait to take you on this journey with me and hope it inspires you to discover what stirs your soul! In the meantime, keep on Dancing in the Kitchen! --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/dancing-in-the-kitchen/message
Welcome to Dancing in the Kitchen, a podcast for coming back to what feeds your soul and makes you hungry for happiness. On this first episode, you will get a taste of who I am (a question I asked myself when this whole thing started) and why are we here? This podcast is about coming back to what makes you hungry for happiness, what feeds your soul. It’s about remembering the crazy stories that got us where we are, the things we want to tell our younger self, so we don’t get lost along the way. It’s about our favorite meals, and the memories, the senses, the tastes, the conversations, the people…and maybe even the meals we’d rather forget but are etched in our minds anyway. So let’s have conversations over cupcakes, we’ll talk about the music we listened to in the 80s, the music we listen to now…what’s our happy place?, and why it’s so important. I would love to connect with you on social media! You can find me on Instagram @debs_410 or @diningwithdebi (that's my cooking & community page), or join us in the new Facebook Group - Dancing in the Kitchen Podcast.
